Description of Work: Annual inspection done. Inspector made a suggestion regarding prevention. We have used Terminex twice for treatment after finding termites years ago. The contract renews in May but they come earlier in the year-this time I believe in January.I don't know how their prices compare to others.

Description of Work: Pest control ongoing quarterly service. They automatically treat exterior perimeter all around within 3" of house, and optionally the interior. Initially we had seasonal issues with ants & spiders, resolved with 1 interior treatment, and just the ext maintains it now. Always fully friendly, professional, efficient & effective, costly to maintain but worth it to us compared to the self treatments we had tried with commercial products. No sales calls or spam, just occasional mail promotions of things like termite prevention. Price had been in the 90's but raised to $119/qtr, making it nearly $40/mo now.

Description of Work: We have a plan with Terminix for termites. We have had Terminix since 1998 when termites were found. We continue each year to have them come out and check. They have not found any evidence since our initial service. So each year we renew our plan.

Description of Work: I have used Terminix for probably at least 6 years now. They provide me quarterlty applications per year as a standard, both inside (if you are home) and outside but they will return as many times as you need without any additional charge, which they do for me frequently. I was dealing with a terrible ant problem when I first contacted them, and they were very conscientious about working with me until the issue was extremely lessened. I still have the occasional ant, but when I see one I call my technician Tim Taylor and he gets back with me right away.

Description of Work: I have Terminix do my bug spraying. They always call before they come. This time I had to call them back to eliminate the small Ant problem in my kitchen. They came out timely and covered their shoes. The ants are gone.

Description of Work: We've used them for years. Just discovered a mouse in our basement and they took care of it.

Description of Work: I have a contract (25 years) where they inspect annually or on demand if infestation suspected. I had termites in 1989 and had significant damage (garage area) which I had repaired. Terminix treated for active termites and annually since. Only one small intrusion since and little damage in a threshhold. They check inside and outside. They will pay for any damage due to these termites if I ever have any.

Description of Work: Applied pesticide around the outside of the house to control spiders. Sprayed inside as well. Also supplied glue boards for creepy craw lies, and small rodents. Has controlled pests to date.

Description of Work: This is the cost of the yearly contract that I have maintained for over 15 years. They do the annual inspection and if they find any termites they guarantee any treatment needed to be free of any further costs. We did have termites when we origionally had them treat our home and have been free of termites since them. They do need to send a small person to do the inspection as he/she needs to go into the crawl space so frequestly they need to reschedule as they don't seem to remember this.
