Terminix - Indianapolis -Termite & Pest Control

Description of Work: I will use them again because I have a termite contract with them & need the terminte insurance. Their customer service is horrible. It is next to impossible to talk with a local representative. They leave automated messages telling you when and what time they will be there not allowing you to schedule yourself. After many many minutes on the phone you can possibly reschedule. The first appointment this year was a no-show; the second I took time off work to be there. When I arrived he had already left--over an hour before scheduled time. I called and raised a huge fuss and he came back. In 2014 I NEVER got the inside inspected...3 no-shows. I am in a rural area and do not have many options for this service.

Description of Work: The regular yearly inspection for termites. This company leaves an automated call to say when they will be at the home. I would prefer to speak to a person to arrange the appt. |The inspector and services were well done.

Description of Work: On Jan 19 2010 they came and blasted some "garbage" into the attic claiming to insulate, when in reality nothing changed and I am stuck with a thousand $s worth of paper shreddings and they damaged the entry to the attic to boot without any attempt to repair it. Although that was 5 yrs ago, I am still madder than "H" about it. |On the other hand their termite service is acceptable.

I believe their program was a little expensive but I used their service as they had a good reputation and national exposure. Their |annual cost is fair and they notify you of their appointments, |

Description of Work: At one time, I had pest control and termite protection with Terminix. I cancelled pest control because they could NEVER keep their appointments. Then I cancelled termite protection because I didn't feel like the once a year inspection was worth over $200.

Description of Work: i had the termite system installed around my exterior. That was fine although it is very pricey. The problem that I have is the local office never answers their phone. I am always automatically forwarded to the national call center which I would have preferred calling in the first place since that number is toll free. They say they send messages (emails) to the local office but I never receive a response. The automated system sends me emails and auto calls that an appt has been scheduled but then no one comes. Much of the time I am told that the appt was wrong. This is very annoying. The bulk of their problem is communications related and I can't understand why they can't fix it. I've complained many times and this has been happening for at least 4 years.
