They showed up when they were supposed to and they got rid of our bugs. I would probably use them in the future.

Our personal technician is terrific. He is personable. He is responsive and does a great job. All in all I have had a good experience. I wish they were cheaper, but the service levels are great.

I think I pay them about $150 an application. I will use them again in the future.

We are very satisfied with them. We haven't had any problems with bugs.

Their pricing seems a bit high for what they do. They are professional, and I will, unfortunately use them again.

The billing was an issue with them. We struggled with getting a refund from our previous address in Alabama. We had over paid from where we were and they were not helping us get the money back. Then they sent someone out to our house without us knowing and we don't know if they actually did the service they said they did or not. I don't want to blame anyone locally but I'm sure the problem was just with the Terminex company in Alabama. We also had an issue with ants that they never got cleaned up in Alabama. We switched service providers when we moved to Indianapolis after all of this happened.

They have worked out very well. They have been very responsive, and come back whenever I need them.

We have been using Terminex for several years with great results. On the rare occasion that we have a problem, they come out promptly to treat.

Annual termite inspection scheduled between 5PM - 7PM 2/21/12 was not performed. I arrived home at 4:32 PM for this appointment. The technician did not arrive. I called the 800 number the next day to determine why the technician did not show. I was informed that the technician reported at 4:51 PM that he had arrived at my home but no one was present. His log showed that he was here for one minute. The doorbell did not ring and there was never a truck in the driveway. A scheduled service for 2/18/12 to have the inside of the home treated for insects did not occur as the technician "developed flu symptoms overnight and cannot make it." There have been numerous instances in which my wife and I have waited for technicians to arrive and they have been no-shows. There have been several times that they have come without our knowledge and allegedly treated the outside though we had our account set up to do both inside and outside. This resulted in having to schedule another service date for the inside. These were the appointments most frequently not performed due to no-shows. There is a problem with the way scheduling is done in that the calls the company said were made to let us know of a time and date for appointments were never received, thus the surprise outside only treatments. We paid $50.00/month but received sporadic, unreliable service. We have wasted many hours waiting for technicians without results. Very disappointing.

I contacted the manager on this number that he left on the reviews and asked him if they could take care of ants. He assured me they could. I scheduled for them to come out. They first had someone come out and do an inspection. He was very thorough and friendly. Next they scheduled for the exterminator to come out. She has been out a few times. The last time was on 2/21 to treat for the ants. It has been awhile since the first treatment and we still have ants. A few times I have tried calling the manager and he will not return my calls. He seemed more responsive before I was a customer. I am going to cancel my service with them since it does not resolve the issue that I wanted them to take care of. They seem very friendly and professional but if you have problems with ants I would not use them.

Mr Patz was very courteous, professional and respectful to my needs as a home owner. During his inspection, he did inform me of pest control issues that he found during the termite inspection. I was aware of the issue for some time and decided to use their pest control services in the near future to control the situation. I was very pleased with Mr Patz's performance and knowledge to correct any existing problems. Mr Patz took the time to listen to every concern I currently have and addressed each issue with an answer to correct the problem. I was also please to know that there were no active termite activity at my home. The initial treatment to remove termites worked with excellent results. Last spring we were over run with ants. They invaded the kitchen and we were finding them in the family room and occaisionaly in the bedrooms. I called Terminix, they sent someone out to treat the exterior walls on the inside of the house and the outside of the house. That first trip eliminated most of the ants. On the second trip they treated the exterior of the house and entry points and we have not seen any more ants. This winter I called them about mice in the attic and they came and put traps and poison in the attic at no additional cost and now that problem has been eliminated. This company is well worth their fee and if all of their technicians are as knowledgeable and nice as Steve they must really know how to select their employees.

I've used Terminix for serveral years. They are very professional and polite. I like that its the same gentleman who sprays each time. I also really like that if I find anything within 10 days of the spray, I can call them back and they will treat my home as many times as needed to treat the problem without additional charges.

It turned out to be another type of damage. It was fine, he went through the house and pointed out what he was looking for and I showed him my concerns. He told me it didn't look like termite damage, it looked like another type of bug. He gave me a quote for doing the annual service. They were punctual.

We have a yearly contract with them. They are usually good. They come when we call them if we need the extra calls. They call before they come. They are good most of the times. Our neighbor from two doors down works for them and that is probably the reason that we picked them. I am sure that my husband has compared their price with the other companies as he is pretty good at that. I am not sure about their exact price for the service as my husband deals with that but I guess that it is around $300.

They come in and checked everything. They gave me a certificate.

They are clean and polite. They call before the appointment and they are mostly on time.

They come out quarterly. If you have any ants or anything they will come back and take care of them. I haven't had any issues with them.

When we had a problem with carpenter ants and flying insects, they came out two or three times without charging us. They were out very quickly; the response was excellent. I think the price is reasonable.

I can't say enough about them. Their prices are great for the amount of work that they do for you. The service man that I use is fantastic. They will always call ahead to ensure you will be there.

They are good. They always do a good job inside and out. We have a contract and they come out 2-3 times a year.

I have met the guy a couple of times when I am here and they are very friendly. They come early in the morning. They are quick and punctual. The price is fine.

I thought the work went pretty well. Their prices were in line with other estimates that I had. They were very responsive and I am still using them for inspections.

We find $100 a quarter is fairly expensive though we did fight this last increase. We have used them for 8 or 9 years and their rates have continuously gone up. I think they do a fine job. They send me an e-mail telling me when they are going to come. They come and they leave a bill on my door. In their e-mail they will ask you if you have any specific problems and if you want them to come inside so that they can make arrangements for you to be home. Price wise I think they are high compared to the other companies that have come out here to quote us. But we always call terminus and tell them that we have a lower quote and they usually match it. As for responsiveness whenever I have called them about a billing matter they have always got back in touch with me or found someone who could answer my questions. As for punctuality they are always here when they say. I don’t always speak to them however I am sure they are very professional. They just come and do their bit and leave me alone. I love that. We would continue to use this company as long as they continue to provide their services for a fair price.

They are very accommodating. They are very helpful and willing to assist with other problems that I may be having. They tell me to call if I have any other problems or questions.
