The help they gave me was very beneficial. They were very prompt and very professional. They did not push services on me that I did not need. They told me it would be expensive to remove the ants and termites. They told me to call if I ever needed their services. They were very professional.

They are very professional. Their technicians are very friendly and clean. Their price is reasonable; it is not the lowest, but it is not excessive either.

They basically charged for something that they never did and then refused to do it. They were not on time. I have asked them multiple times to take me off their mailing list, and I still get their garbage. I would not use Terminix again in the future.

I am planning to call a different company because, we have carpenter bees, and the person at Terminix described how they would handle that, and it does not seem to me that it is a thorough and effective approach.

We like them. One thing, which is good, is that, if anything is ever seen like any bugs or ants in between they always come out very quickly to address that. In terms of price, I know my husband looked at prices and they may not be the cheapest but they have a long history. I have no reason to believe otherwise. I would continue to use Terminix in the future.

I used them for a year and quit because I thought they were too expensive. I would not use this service again.

With my contract with them, they come by monthly to spray for pests. Since I started there hasn't been any pests to deal with. So they're very dependable.

Techs always seem to like questions and seem to enjoy what they do. The only reason I gave them a "B" on punctuality is that I believe there is a bug between the online scheduler and when they are disbatched. There have been 2 times that the online scheduler said one thing, and a few days later it says a different date. The last visit I had to re-schedule because the system sent them out 2 days before I had it scheduled for. Again, I doubt its this branches fault - but I wanted to explain the "B" grade.The cost is very well worth it in my opinion, I signed up online and get a 10% discount for a year. I picked Terminix based on their reputation, and experience with them at work. (we use their commercial service at work)

I like that they will come back out and spray again if you need them to. We will use them again.

Paul showed up on time and also called to communicate arrival. He performed a visual inspection, located and identified the pest. He answered all our questions and scheduled treatment for the following day. I opted for an annual protection plan which includes quarterly pest treatments as well as any necessary on demand treatments. I paid the entire year up front which even earned an additional discount.

I think they are really good. I would give them a good recommendation. They have handled my problem and have worked very well. I have been using them for the past eight or ten years or more. I contacted them as I was not happy with the previous people I had used. They bought another company apart from owning their own. They perform inspection as often as I want them to after I pay an inspection fee. If something damages my property they repair it because of the maintenance fees. I have been on maintenance for about six to seven months. Their price is fair and reasonable. They are very professional to deal with. I would use them again in the future.

It has been OK. I haven't been too terribly impressed with them. It is very seldom I hear from them. They are supposed to come and check the house at least every six months and they come maybe once a year. It has been very disappointing. They house I bought did have some termite damage. I have to call them for somebody to come out. I will not continue with them. I think it is way overpriced for the service that I get. I haven't had any issues with termites, I guess the treatment worked; but they are not doing their inspections and follow up. They are very friendly and knowledgeable about their job, but it is very hard to get them to come out.
