Went well. Rock was very polite and professional. Finished ahead of schedule.

I called the provider when he did not show nor call at the scheduled time. He said he had my "ticket" but had failed to put me on his calendar for the scheduled time. He offered to come the next day but I declined as I had house guests arriving and needed work done that day.

It went very well and I would use them again. I was very pleased!

We established a "window" time period in which the contractor would do this work. He called 20 minutes in advance and told us he was on his way and arrived right on time. I explained what I wanted done, and he then assessed what materials he would need to complete the work. Left to get parts and returned shortly thereafter, then went right to work and completed both jobs well within two hours. The contractor was very pleasant and knowledgeable and very easy to talk with. I would use this contractor again. This Angie's list deal was very well worth it. l

We had an appointment scheduled for today and he didn't show up. I contacted him and he said he lost my information and made a lot of different excuses.

Installed a totally different light switch, didn't match. He came back out and he installed the correct light switch which we bought.

He was initially very disorganized in scheduling the appointment, but after about a week and a half of confusion on his part, service was completed extremely quickly.

HE was here when he said he would be and did the work in the amount of time estimated. He was very professional and polite. I would definitely use Tarheel again.

It went really well! I had three separate light installments I wanted put up and, realistically, he probably did more than I thought he could do. He was very patient in scheduling with me as I had to purchase a few other lighting components. He was also helpful in recognizing that a previous installation had been done improperly. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. Everything's been working fine since they did the work!

Everything went great! There were some minimal additional fees, around $12, for materials. They were at my home for about one hour and 1/2. The company did call to re-schedule with me once, but overall they were very professional and knowledgeable.

Purchased the deal for two hours $79. Had to pay for the ladder to hang the chandelier and the time it took for him to get the rented ladder. Took him forever to install the chandelier. Ended up paying 225ish dollars for the install. And....he had to call and reschedule. Which I was gracious about obliviously he was not gracious on his pricing......you get what you pay for. Spend more get a better deal in the end with someone else.

I received one call to schedule. I scheduled, but then had a death in the family,and had to reschedule. Then the man had to reschedule due to family conflicts. I have not heard from him since that time.

After purchasing the deal, I had to make initial contact after 4 days, I had to contact to make initial contact and to schedule an appointment. The company then cancelled or failed to show up for three appointments over the next two weeks. They provided several excuses to including we have too much work. If this is true, they need to do a better job of planning their work or continue to lose customers by providing a poor customer experience.

Our home is over 50 years old, so sometimes it's hard to say whether it's the house, the fixtures (which are made on the other side of the world) or the installer's skill, if something isn't perfect. Probably a combination of th three, Overall, I am pleased, and really, I got an incredible deal, at three installs for $99.00. That said, the post of the ceiling fixture is slightly crooked, but it could be our home or the fixture, and not the installer's fault. My daughter insists that NOONE else would ever notice, and she is probably right. One of the two outside fixtures is just a little crooked also--but my husband says that he thinks it's the fixture itself.

The provider had to reschedule twice because he was backed-up on two different projects. The last time, he wanted to reschedule for Sunday afternoon! This is unacceptable as my husband had to re-arrange his work schedule twice in order to be at home for this service. We will not be using Tarheel Electric again -- totally undependable. Now we have to try to get our money back!
