Everything went very well. Scheduling the work was easy, the electrician was informative and business-like, and the job was completed to my satisfaction.

The day of the service appointment the provider called just before the scheduled time to cancel. He gave me an excuse of excessive work at another project and didn't care that I took the day off and was loosing my pay for the day. He called the next day and said he would place me at the top of the list for service and I said great how about saturday. He said they couldn't make it that day and asked about a day almost two weeks in advance. I have now requested a refund from angie's list due to this issue scheduling.

It went fine. The guy was very friendly and proffessional.

Raheem is a very nice person who was professional and knowledgeable. He was efficient and got things done quickly. A second job was performed in January after purchase of another Big Deal. I have the same positive feedback. My second review was removed by Angie's List, however.

I had a dryer that was tripping a breaker. He checked the breaker and found it to be weak, and after inspecting the 220 Volt dryer connection he discovered worn connections. He replaced the breaker and installed a new 220 plug for my dryer. All good.

Rocky was prompt in making the initial appointment; but after his cancellation for rain, a logical delay, we were told by rocky that our Lawrence area residence was too far for him to drive and that He couldn't reschedule for another 2 weeks. During subsequent phone calls we had the repeated impression that he was not writing down our service needs and had to keep asking us what it was we wanted him to do. By the end of the third conversation our confidence in this company had weakened to the point we want to select another provider.

Everything went excellent. He explained any additional fees from the big deal I purchased. The work that needed to be done required a little extra work, but his rates were fair. He cleaned up everything when he was done, and was a very kind man. I have already recommend him to others.

Last week I sent them an email outlining when the appointment was, and the work we?d agreed to, and the additional rate per hour they?d quoted. I asked for an idea of how much the materials might cost. They wrote back and said I needed to contact the installer and gave his phone number. He called at 10 am and said he couldn?t be there at 11. He referred to it as a 9-10:30 window, instead of the 9:30 appointment we?d agreed to. He talked about some conference call. It was rude and unprofessional. I didn?t want them coming to my house if that was how they treated me, so I'm getting a refund.

He smelled of alcohol, it was a very noticeable smell. This happened five months ago but I still want others to take note. Got a message from him on 4/22/2014 informing me they would contact me as soon as possible. 4/29/2014 get a message "please give us @ call ... we have no #for you, Thanks" When the guy finally shows up on 5/1/2014, he smells heavily of alcohol. Like he just got back from a bar of heavy drinking. He didn't stumble around or anything but I didn't feel comfortable with him messing around with anything electrical. Luckily, I already found out what was causing the circuit breaker to trip (there was a metal hook touching the electrical wire, just had to remove it) and he didn't have to do anything.

He was fine. We had trouble getting the power company out there to shut off the main meter so he could work. He was a very nice man.

Electrical outlets in the garage were intermittently on and off. We asked Mr. Sharief to troubleshoot the circuit, which on the breaker panel is clearly labeled "1/2 bath & garage GFI." It took him and his helper, whom he brought on the third day, over 11.0 hours before he thought to reset the GFI in the 1/2 bath, which solved the problem. Total charge: $767.50, including $65.00 for coming over anyway on a day when the outlets were back on. We don't recommend Mr. Sharief for troubleshooting unless you enjoy throwing hundreds of dollars out the window.

It started out bad and never got better. He showed up late. His associate even later. His associate came into the house and did not bother to introduce himself. I had to ask who he was and why he was there. We had purchased a "Deal" for a couple of hours of work at a great price. While looking over the job, we were told that it would cost several thousand dollars to make the repairs. Then we got a lecture about how we should not have purchased the deal for this job. We asked them to leave and found another licensed, bonded, and insured electrician to make the repairs for $800.

It went great. We scheduled an appointment. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. I paid $30 over the big deal I purchased because his hours went over a lot of time that I already paid for. I had to wait several weeks to schedule out because they were busy.

I bought a big deal for them. It was okay. They had a hard time; they were very busy. But they came out within the week. They knew the business. It was just one gentleman who owns the company. He seemed to know what he was doing, and that was fine. I chose them because of the big deal. With regard to price, it was a big deal. He didn't need to stay as long as it specified. It was alright; I was satisfied. I am not acquainted with what most electricians charge; I really don't have any basis

Some scheduling issues due to an electrical storm in town but the company made adjustments and did the job when promised.

I had already purchased the fixtures and Rock installed all five outside fixtures. It ran over a half hour, he had a lot to do and it went very well.

Their service was fine and I was very satisfied. I purchased a special Angie's List deal for this service.

Well! He really knew what he was doing. He was knowledgeable, professional and prompt. We will definitely use him again when the need arises.

There were with no troubles with scheduling and the price for the work was fair. He did a good job with the work so far. Everything has been fine.
