Description of Work: THEY WERE VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY, BUT DIFFICULT TO GET IN TOUCH WITH. INITIALLY, HE CAME OUT AND GAVE AN ESTIMATE WITHIN A FEW DAYS. HOWEVER, WHEN WE TRIED TO CALL BACK AND SCHEDULE, WE EXCHANGED PHONE CALLS ONCE OR TWICE, AND THEY THEN DID NOT RETURN OUR CALLS AT ALL. THIS SET BACK OUR PLANS FOR DRIVEWAY EXPANSION BY SEVERAL MONTHS - A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT FOR US.
