SYNC Technology Integration

It went really well. They showed up on time. The installation was flawless with no issues. They also did a good job at cleaning all of the mortar and sawdust from drilling into the fireplace and built in on the right side of the fireplace. After the job was completed, I was having issues with getting my Smart TV connected to my network. The installer figured this issue out for me and was able to connect the TV to the network. He logged into my modem and changed the settings. Now, my TV connects and even my phones have a better connection to the internet. The installer didn't charge extra for helping me set up my Smart TV. I am very satisfied. The only reason I would give a B rating for punctuality is because they had to reschedule the preliminary appointment because they said they didn't receive an e-mail response from me even though it is something that I knew I sent.

They came over and gave me an estimate, but I didn't end up getting anything done. They were at my home for about an hour. I wanted them to install a HDMI line from my wall up through my chimney to where my TV is.

Gary was excellent. He went out of his way to make a 2nd return to my home because I needed a different wall mount for the television. He was very careful and considerate of our home. I definitely made the right decision asking him to do the job. He also told me I could call him if I had any questions and his work was guaranteed for two years should I ever have a problem. What more could one ask!!!!!

Gary and Tim were both on time. Very friendly and professional. Explained how everything worked. They cleaned up all of the mess that was made. Before they left they made sure that we understood how to operate all of the new equipment. They also gave us a quote on some new work to be done this summer. When they came in I was dealing with our dog and some problems he was having. At that point, the dog was having seizures when he got excited. Tim helped me with the dog and both of them were very considerate by making sure that they didn't startle the dog. Neither one would let me put the dog in an upstairs bedroom and they both paid great attention to him. They went out of their way to be kind to our dog while still continuing to do a great and efficient job with the task at hand. Very professional and with a kind heart also. We will definitely use them again for the basement and we have recommended them to other people.

Sync was very prompt and communicated well leading up to the install. On install day they were right on time and able to complete everything without any hitches. Everything looks and functions great after 2.5 weeks of use. I would highly recommend Sync to anyone looking for any type of networking or multimedia install.

This was the second time that I have used SYNC Technologies in the past year for some work done in my basement. The first was to hang a T.V. on the wall the second was too install my Definitive Technologies speakers on my wall and ceiling. Gary and Tim were on time friendly and very professional the whole time. The install was was great and I will use them once again in the future.

It was awesome. The TV install was not simple and they made it look very clean and were thorough and cleaned up very well after themselves. I am an audio geek myself and had been perplexed about how I could do this install. They figured it out and did a great job. I highly recommend.

Tim was extremely helpful explaining all of my options from replacing only what was absolutely necessary to upgrading the entire system including replacing my mounted speakers with recessed speakers. He gave me estimates for three different options. He spent all the time I needed to understand exactly what each option would give me making it very easy for me to make a decision I would be happy with that was within my budget as well as upgrades I can make in the future should I choose to do so. Tim was very patient with me in the timing of my install. He is extremely professional and truly concerned that the customer is totally satisfied. I love the fact that I can call them with confidence knowing I'll get the service I expect.

I purchased the "Big Deal" on Monday, March 31. Monday evening I received an email from Gary asking to explain what I needed to have done. I replied back and also gave him some additional dates I would be available since the first dates I had chosen did not work for him. My credit card was charged on April 1. I never heard back from Gary to see what day he was coming out, so on Thursday, April 3, I sent a message, through the Angie's List site, asking Gary if he could please confirm the date and time of Tuesday, April 8, at 4:00 p.m. He sent a reply back later that day with "Confirmed". I cancelled another appointment and left work early so that I would be home at 3:30 p.m. After one hour had gone by, and Gary had not shown up, I called him. He did not answer so I left a voicemail for him to call to let me know what time he would be coming out. He never returned my call. I waited 3 hours for him to call or show up.... NOTHING!! I AM VERY UPSET, DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED!

The scheduling and install went great. I would recommend SYNC to family and friends, and would use them again! Thanks Gary!

I called the provider for an estimate and they came out as scheduled. They worked with me on the numbers I needed in order to make the project work financially. Very courteous, timely and professional. They worked with our schedule as we were finishing our basement. We hired them and we set up a time line for our job to correspond with our remodeling company. They were very flexible and knowledgeable. We could not be happier with the job they have done. We are not "technical" people and are very thankful that Syncti is as we have a great sound system, speaker systems in our rooms and Blu Ray players to go with it!!

We arranged for SYNCTI to arrive at our home during the timeframe the Comcast tech was scheduled. Gary and Tim showed exactly at the beginning of the window. They worked as a team with the Comcast tech and moved right along with the installation. Both explained the mounting and provided an overview of the equipment while doing the work. At the end, Tim spent more time explaining how we can use our system and the many new areas we can explore. I did encounter a problem that Saturday evening trying to get my laptop onto our new home network. I called Tim and he fully assisted me reconfiguring my device....all while over the phone and on a Saturday night! Thanks very much. We will use SYNC in the future and highly recommend them.

Went great! Two guys showed up - one headed upstairs to begin mounting the flat panel in a back bedroom and the other started downstairs routing an HDMI cable through the wall behind the downstairs flat panel that I left exposed because of a device addition to my theater system. After that cable was hidden, he began making some sound quality adjustments to my system that have markedly improved my sound quality. He did all of this in conjunction with resetting my universal remote making some of the tasks a little simpler (won't get into details). In less than two hours these guys had addressed each of my two concerns and then some. Very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. And my system sounded and performed better by the time they left and that wasn't on my list of things to have them do. Highly recommend this company. .

My experience was very good. We ended up getting a contract for an additional project, so he did a good job. I would recommend him. They cleaned up after themselves.

It went really well. They showed up on-time and gave me a few different options for where to mount and how to deal with the cables. They went to work and were very fast and also made sure everything worked on the TV before leaving. Would use them again.

I am not very savvy when it comes to electronics. I have an antiquated set-up and am grossly underutilizing my theatre room. Sync-ti came out to clean up my space, upgrade some of my technology, and improve the theatre room. They did things I didn't even know we're possible with syncing everything to one remote, and fine toning the whole set up. I can't wait to use it! They even helped me with my tv upstairs when I was having issues. No charge. I'll definitely be having them back out.

I used the Big Deal and the job went excellent! Gary and Tim are true professionals and know their stuff and would use them again without a doubt. Provided great advice, were timely in responding to questions and gave very detailed estimate. The installed 2 rear speakers, center speaker and sub-woofer, and connected it with receiver, TV, DVD ran wiring under carpet for rear speakers and cleaned up the cable "mess" I had before.

We worked with Gary in the preliminary phase in helping us decide the direction we wanted to go. Prices quoted to us for hardware were researched by my husband along with the quality of the products. We felt that the prices quoted to us for both the products and the labor were fair and that considerable thought was put into the products selected. The installation was completed by both Gary and Tim from Sync. They both arrived as scheduled and worked through the day without taking a break. The house was pre-wired for sound but there were changes made by the 2 of them that improved upon what was already in place. It was easy to tell that their goal was to make sure we as the customer were happy with everything. They had to cut out bigger holes in places on the walls and ceiling but they came prepared. They brought their own shop vac and bucket and cleaned up as they worked. On the 2nd visit, Gary went through everything that was done for us and made sure everything worked. He also gave us explanations/demos on how things should work. He made sure we understood and patiently answered any questions. He also told us to call or email them if we ever have any questions or concerns. We highly recommend using SYNC. They are a small company that gives 110% to make sure that their customers are happy.

Purchased a deal through Angie's List for complete wall installation. They did a very thorough job. After determining the best placement for the television on the wall they were finished in about an hour.

They installed a repeater, and it has resolved our problems. Great follow-up and support of their products and services.

This was an excellent experience the system they installed is great and no cables are showing anywhere. It is truly a professional job. Both gentlemen that did the installation and used the little booties that go over the shoes. They also cleaned up everything when they were finished. I would also like to mention they went above and beyond during the installation because after "my" existing television was mounted I thought it looked a little small for the area above the fireplace so they met me at a appliance store. We discussed options and I purchased a new TV. They assisted me by using their truck to move the TV to the house. I was very grateful to have their expertise in the store and a truck to get to my house. My family room now has a great home theater setup with stunning sound. These guys really know the ins and out of audio/visual technology. I'm glad I chose them and would happily choose them again.

So far results are excellent.

All went fine. They were on time and very professional. They let me know what extra things had to be done, such as a dedicated electrical outlet for the TV. They cleaned up when finished and I made a future appt to get ideas on how to upgrade my home intercom/radio system.

Used an Angie's List deal for installation. They came out to preview in advance what was needed, ordered the additional materials and came back and installed. It was well worth the time and money.
