SYNC Technology Integration

We had a fabulous experience with them. They had tremendous ideas. They think outside the box. They truly do. They were spotless and picked up everything. One thing they did that we loved, they divided the work into three sections or steps. We did section A and B now, and we're going to do C later. It was really nice the way they did it. They're very innovative and extremely knowledgeable. They broke everything down, so we could understand it. They had super ideas, for very simple things like mounting the TVs to extremely difficult theater room ideas, from simple to extravagant. I've told many friends, "Don't hire anybody else until you've talked to them."

Sync Technology Integration, Gary, came out for a free consultation and estimate. Spent alot of time looking at my existing system and understanding what I hoped to do. Recommended a Sonos sound system and sent an estimate for necessary equipment and labor within a few days. I had lots of questions about how it would all work and patiently answered all of those via email. Gary ordered the equipment and came out and installed it all in a morning, even cleaning up the maze of wires behind our TV and stereo cabinet. The system is fantastic and can be controlled manually, by remote or off the phone, ipad or computer. Gary is extremely professional, on time, efficient, respectful of the house, and easy to work with. Will certainly recommend and use them again if we future audio/video needs.

Tim has been yo our home several times as we identified additional work that we wanted completed. He communicated with us the best date and time for work to be completed and was always arrived timely, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. It was an excellent opportunity getting to know Tim and having all our work done in a professional manner.

Tim and his crew were great. Everything was done quickly and very professionally. Our goal was to have an easy to manage audiovisual system both indoors and out. Most of our audio equipment was 15 to 20 years old and we had wires everywhere. They recommended a Sonos system to accomplish what we wanted and its been great. Very easy to use and far fewer wires etc floating around. Plus, they were more than willing to work with existing items we had to incorporate them into the set up. Twice we had a problem with the sound not functioning on our TV on a weekend (problem with the tv being an older model, not their work); I emailed Tim and he responded each time within minutes with an explanation of how to correct the problem. Truly impressive service and I would highly recommend them. We used them again to help streamline our computer networking system and Tim did everything I was hoping to accomplish.

I called Sync Technology Integration for a consulation. I had wired outlets in the walls and speakers around my pool deck and in my kitchen ceiling, but I was not sure if they were integrated into these wall outlets or how to best use the system. Gary came out, did some testing and gave recommendations. I went with his suggestion to install a Sonos system as I wanted to have multiple zones that I could control with my phone. Gary ordered the equipment and came out and installed the equipment working around my busy schedule. The system is fantastic and works better than I could have imagined. Gary was extremely professional and easy to work with. He was always on time, efficient and very accommodating to work with my schedule. He also installed an interent service through my entire home. I needed two access points so that I could run off of one network. It covers my entire house with strong signals. I would definitely recommend Sync and will use them again.

The service went well. Two technicians came out and completed the job in about 2 hours. They did a great job and were punctual. They were also well prepared for the job and neat in their work. They installed the TV above the fireplace. They did a great job of hiding all of the cords and connecting everything correctly. I had no problem scheduling the service.

Their pricing was reasonable. I liked the quality of their work. I had a separate issue, they came out to fix it at no additional fee.

Ryan from Sync set up an appointment at my convenience immediately after contacting them via Angie's List. He listened intently to our needs and sent 3 different, detailed proposals for us to view, then he was able to come back on a Friday night to talk further about the proposals. They began the work promptly, were always on time and very professional. At one point, all of the Sync workers were here and they were all pleasant to work with and very knowledgable. They always answered my questions patiently and came back to troubleshoot when we were having an issue. We are very happy and would highly recommend Sync for any job, big or small!

They removed excess wires, better utilized HDMI cables, and integrated the system with the AT&T remote controlling the whole system. We could not be more pleased. Great sound and picture with minimal manipulation of components. Great buy and great opportunity

Sound is great, HD-TV is great, and the simplified system is easier to understand. It was a joy to have them and they came promptly and well prepared for the task. I appreciated that the technicians were very neat in their work and even wore booties in the house even though I told them it was not necessary. It was well worth the time and expense to have them help update the system. I could not be more pleased. I would be happy to have them again should the need arise.

Tim and his crew were extremely professional and courteous. The did a first rate job, and are clearly experts in their field. It took a bit longer than expected, but the job was flawlessly performed. I will use Synch TI again in the future!

He did a great job. I had some new equipment to install and he replaced some old speakers and got all the different components hooked up and programmed on my universal remote. He even checked out my old speakers and old remote to make sure those still worked. He cleaned everything up and did a good job keeping the wires tidy.

Two techs showed up on time. Both wore shoe covers inside at all times. They got right to work without a lot of reviewing the job to be done. They worked on their job while I worked on a project outside and came in only to check on the progress. Each time I stopped in they were fast at work. They asked me what I wanted and took care of it. Very professional service. Very affordable and knowledgeable.

Tim Watts did a superb job of taking care of some set up issues and showing some possible upgrades for Universal Remote for our entertainment system. These guys are the best!!

He came of an estimate on Wednesday and installing on Monday. Fantastci turnaround.

I can't say enough good things about the work that was done. a) the workmanship was great, b) they took their time and did it right, c) the wiring was terminated exactly how I asked, d) everything was immaculately cleaned up at job completion. It also didn't hurt that the price for running cable in an existing home was very reasonable. I truly cannot fault them for anything; they communicated every step of the way. Highly recommend.

They came back and did a complete wireless network. They got the job done in half a day. The cleanup was great and I would highly recommend them. The scheduling was fine and they communicated effectively through email.

They were fabulous! They came and updated our modum and they are also coming to update our sound system and work on our tv as well.

We purchased an Angie's List special even before we purchased a television (I believe the special posted late-October or early-November of 2013). We knew we intended to get the TV at Christmas, so we were proactive in this purchase. Unfortunately, my Mother suffered a medical error almost immediately after the cerfificate purchase (a routine colonoscopy gone horribly awry); a long hospitalization, an even longer rehab, and a comparatively brief hospice later, she passed away. I did not even remember about this until sometime in late-March, so we rushed out to get a TV and to try to arrange something before the certificate's expiration. I wasn't satisfied with what we had done -- but that's our fault, not theirs. We were not prepared. The person was nice, completely competent, and extremely efficient for what he did. We didn't have all the apparatus needed for the set-up to be anything other than a simple (almost routine) task, so the we feel we didn't get the certificate's worth. I therefore rate the Company highly because our lack of preparedness was OUR "fault" (though a fault we couldn't help); they did precisely what we asked of them. I just can't narratively give them much more than average because the task we set for them ended up being average.

Great job. I would use them again.

It went well. They did a good job. One wire was detached in a week or so, but they told me how to fix it over the phone.

Sync does an excellent job! They installed the mount and TV, programmed our remote, and organized our cables. They also cleaned up before they left. Highly recommend them!
