SYNC Technology Integration

Description of Work: Tim installed my home theater system in my TV area. He had selected a particular wireless device sufficiently powerful to drive the Klipsch surround rear speakers. THe first time TIm attempted this one of the parts "was dead, Jim". I'll bet we waited about six months for Tim's supplier to replace it. Tim brought it over and began the installation of the system, fortunately the replacement worked. HOwever, Tim's partner was either ill or on paternity leave and Tim had to work by himself. He was amazing: didn't eat, didn't drink, didn't stop until the work was done and the whole system functioning correctly... I remember hours! Then he went to another call!! I look forward to my next installation to use Sync Technology Integration.

I could not say enough good things about them. They were patient, courteous, and knowledgeable. They had great customer service and met all the things I wanted done.

Description of Work: Gary installed two wall mounted TV's, one with a surround sound system and the other with a hidden receiver and DVD control center and wall mounted sound bar. His electrical installation work was performed very professionally and exceptionally neat. I would highly recommend Sync Technology Integration for this type of work.

Evaluated the quality and speed of our current home network connections.. and explained wireless options to increase coverage. Very cordial and professional. My wife and I decided to accept his suggestions and cost, and he performed the necessary improvements. We were very satisfied and will definitely utilize Sync Technology's expertise in the future.

Description of Work: We have some outdoor speakers so we had SYNC Technology Integration come out a month ago to check our wiring. They reset a couple of things and did not charge us very much.

Description of Work: Gary arrived on time. He fixed the sound level on my theatre system. Reconnected some wires appropriately to get the ceiling speakers to work and cleaned a messy wires I had with the theatre system that were not used with the newer devices. I used the available deal for Angie's list members. Very professional

Description of Work: Whatever the tech question, Tim Watts and Gary Jefferies of SYNC have the answer! No longer can you buy a TV, plug it in and have a simple operation. Our large screen TV meant we also needed a receiver, speakers and 3 remotes to turn the TV on, go to Netflix and control the volume. We wanted to get to one control so bought a Harmony control. Before we knew about Sync, we hired an electrician to add an outlet for the TV and two remodelers to install the TV. We wanted the wires behind the wall. The electrician did a great job, the remodelers who had installed a similar tv for my daughter did not..we had 2 holes in the wall that shouldn't be there and wires all over the floor and had spent $350 on the installation. SYNC to the rescue. We eliminated 6 remotes and they programmed the Harmony so everything turns on and off at the appropriate time. They also redid the wiring and were able to eliminate a switcher and cables and the wiring is organized as I hoped it would be. Tim and Gary synchronized all our equipment so the integration is seamless. Do save money and hire Tim and Gary. .

Description of Work: They arrived on time and immediately determined a solution to getting Netflicks running on our large screen TV in the basement. The wireless router signal strength wasn't sufficient but they installed a device at a very reasonable cost. Very happy with the wrok and the solution!
