From start to finish, everything was great.

They were very good. I will use them again in the future.

I chose Suzettes because of her high rating and "star member" status. Don't be fooled by this!!!!

Fabulous! Suzette is a one man show. She spent over 8 hours in our home. She actually charged us only $365, but I thought that her work was worth more, so I wrote her a check for $400.

There were several delays in getting the work started, mostly on my end, but Suzette was great about staying in touch and making sure we were both on the same page at all times. She's very considerate & made every effort to coordinate with us. Once she got there, she got right to work. She provided all her own supplies - paper towels, tape, etc. - and cleaned up after herself. She used a tarp to protect the floor & taped all around the tub to protect the room. She brought a very impressive ventilation system and has developed very efficient procedures. She explained each step as she did it & worked efficiently. She did a beautiful job on the tub - it looks like new again. She gave me a list of dos & donts that's very comprehensive. Because I'm very ignorant regarding home maintenance, she even told me how to soak the hardware in vinegar to make them sparkle, then re-install them in the tub & the wall. She came back the next day to caulk around the tub. She's also been very congenial with all my followup questions. The only downside was that even though she covered the floor with a tarp, there was still something left on it that had to be cleaned off.

Because Suzette is a one-person shop, we initially had some communications problems. She was supposed to call me back to confirm our appointment, but she lost my telephone number and did not call. But once we reconnected, everything went well. She is both personable and professional. She took a great deal of care to get the glazing just right, and she came back the next day to caulk the tub because she did not have the right caulk with her. At every point, I was impressed with Suzette's attention to detail and with her concern to do a good job. As a result, we are very pleased with our refinished tub.

She did an excellent job and was very careful. There had been a sliding glass door with adhesive along the top and she finished it off to where you could not even see it had ever been there. It looks great.

The refinishing went great. She was careful to ventilate so the smell was minimized. Although she had to leave the plastic protecting the rest of the bathroom up because the tub was not dry when she left, there was no mess outside the bathroom. Suzette was a pleasure to have in my home and she kept me apprised of each step of the process. The inside of the tub looks brand new! Now I have to paint my bathroom so the rest of it looks as good as the tub.

We had to postpone our original appointment to refinish the tub at our rental property because of heat & humidity (the air conditioning was out of order) but we were in close contact in rescheduling and when it looked to be a good day to do it, she jumped right in. I appreciated that and so did our renters! The tub looks great and our renters are happy! I am very pleased with her work and would definitely hire her again.

Suzette is the best! I spoke with her directly on my first call; she went over the entire procedure, how many hours for the job and the cost. On the day of the appointment she was running late and called to let me know this. When she arrived she started on the job immediately and let me know each step she was doing and why. She arrived at my home at 10:30am and didn't leave until 5:45pm. It was a long and messy job and it entailed a lot of work. At the end of the day my tub looked brand new. Before she left she went over things I should and should not do. She gave me a printed list of how to care for the tub to keep it looking new. She was professional and obviously enjoyed her job. I would not hesitate to hire her again or refer her to other home owners. Denise

Suzette was great! She made a special effort to reglaze our tub in time for our holiday visitors. She called before she came, and did an excellent, professional job. The ugly old streaked tub is now sparkling white, and I couldn't be happier.

Suzette did a perfect job. She promised to call me 30 minutes before she arrived and she did. As we had just had our guest bathroom bathroom remodeled with new tile, paint, bath fixtures and a vanity, we were concerned that the reglazing of our tub might damage the work already done. Suzette insured that everything was masked and covered with tape. She also set up her painting equipment to insure that the fumes were vented from the house. She carefully prepared the tub for priming and reglazing. She also fixed several areas of the tub where the tub was chipped. She also explained to us the process for applying the no slip substance to the tub. She started work at the promised time and completed the job in a timely manner. Her professionalism and quality of her work were awesome.

Suzette is great. Confirmed the night before that she was coming, showed up exactly on time, and worked hard all day to take an ugly pink tub with the glazing long-since-gone into a lovely shiny white tub! Really nicely done, great workmanship, no leftover mess, and a great work product!!

Overall they did a good job. Suzette the owner, was very nice. We would use them again in the future if needed.

Suzette promptly returned my phone call and explained the process. The day of the appointment, she called to say she was on her way and arrived on time. She was very friendly and professional. When problems arose with the finish, Suzette fixed them promptly and apologized for the inconvenience.

We will have him or Suzette back to complete the work once we tear out tile and retile. Very nice people to work with.

Suzette returned my call promptly. She gave me helpful advice about what to expect with the project. She arrived on time. Suzette was very careful with my home - she covered her shoes, and covered the walls thoroughly with plastic. She also provided care tips so that the resurfacing will continue to look GREAT for a long time.

Suzette was very professional, friendly, and skilled at her job.

SUZETTE WAS VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND OBVISLY SKILLED AT HER TRADE OUR TUB LOOKED BRAND NEW AND IT WAS IN HORRIFIC SHAPE, BEFORE SUZETTE PERFORMED HER MAGIC.

SHE WAS INCREDIBLE AND I WAS EXTREMELY IMPRESSED. THE TUB LOOKS GREAT, SMOOTH. SHE REALLY DID GO OUT OF HER WAY AND DID SOME EXTRA THINGS WITHOUT CHARGING US. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE HER AGAIN.

SUZETTE DID AN AMAZING JOB! OUR BATHTUB LOOKS BRAND NEW, AND THE REPAIR IS EXCELLENT. THERE IS NO EVIDENCE THAT IT WAS EVER CRACKED OR THAT A REPAIR WAS DONE! THE JOB WAS HANDLED IN A TIMELY MANNER; AND SUZETTE WAS CAREFUL TO EXPLAIN THE PROCESS, COVER OUR BATHROOM FLOOR, AND CLEAN UP THOROUGHLY. THE JOB WAS VERY REASONABLY PRICED AND AN OUTSTANDING VALUE. SUZETTE DESERVES AN A+!
