Suzette's Tub Saver

She did an excellent job there. I was really impressed with what she did. She explained to me everything that she will be doing and how long it would take. She offered me an opportunity to come back. She also gave me suggestions on how to keep the tub clean which I appreciate. It took me a while to get things set up with her. Once I set up with her, it was worth the wait to get with her. I would use her in the future.

Suzette came very promptly when another contractor referred her service to me. Originally, I had contacted a contractor to have my bathtub replaced. The bottom of my tub had ground in dirt that I could not remove with bathtub spray cleaner. I thought the tub would have to be replaced. One contractor that I contacted came to look at the tub and a quote was e-mailed to me for $3,200. I could not afford to replace the shower panel and the tub for that price. Another contractor tried to advise me against replacing the tub and suggested having the tub reglazed and put me in contact with Suzette. Suzette came to look at my tub and told me the ground in dirt was probably just scum and dirt from using bar soap. She advised me to start using liquid soap in the shower, instead of bar soap. She also advised me to first try removing the dirt and scum on the bottom of the tub with Zep scum cleaner and a scouring pad. She said if I couldn't get the tub clean after that then to call her. I followed Suzette's advice and bought some Zep cleaner and a green scouring pad and applied some "elbow grease" to cleaning the tub and shower panels. I was so amazed that the Zep removed the dirt and scum from the bottom of my tub and the scum and lime on the shower panels. It just melted away! My tub and shower panels are clean and look brand new! By giving me the advice, Suzette saved me the expense of having to reglaze my tub. No other contractor told me the dirt and scum could be removed by using Zep and a scouring pad. No, they would have replaced my tub and shower panels and charged me the money to do so. I told Suzette that I appreciated her truthfulness to me when it did not gain her any financial advantage to do so. Suzette has won my heart as well as my good word to others about her business. When there are so many people who want your "hard earned money" these days, Suzette is a true gem. Suzette, may the good Lord reward you richly for what you did for me. I appreciate you so much.

Suzette did a great job and was a joy to have in my home! (My dog adored her, too.) She came on the date and time agreed to. She did an amazing job on renewing my bathtub's totally worn porcelain surface, did a good job of cleaning up afterwards and was very reasonably priced. She also advised me of the best way to clean the surface going forward and her advice has proven correct. My century-old tub looks better than when I bought my home ten years ago. I would happily hire her again and highly recommend her. She definitely knows what she's doing!

Suzette was awesome. We saved a ton of money but simply having her re-glaze our tub instead of replacing it with a poorer quality fiberglass one. We couldn't be happier with how it looks, and no one will know the white was not the original color. After nearly 3 months of use, it still looks great!

Spectacular work! Suzette refinished a cast iron bathtub and three sinks set into tile in two different bathrooms. If we had had to replace the tub and sinks, we would have had to completely replace all of the vanities and tile work. The "surgery" that she preformed on these bthroom fixtures was nothing short of a miracle! In the process, the bathrooms looked like operating rooms, and Suzette wore special clothing to do the procedure. As she worked, she was careful to assure proper ventilation. A day or so after the "operation", Suzette retuned to make sure the caulking was properly replaced and sealed. Later, when we down-sized and moved to a condo nearby, we called Suzette to refinish a fiberglass bathroom shower floor. The result was no less spectacular. Suzette's initial response to our call was not immediate; however, when the call was returned, she was able to provide an accurate cost estimate over the phone. We had to wait a couple of weeks for her to be able to do the work, but THE WAIT WAS WELL WORTHWHILE...and money well-spent! With proper care, the items she refinished look great, and with proper care, they are sure to enjoy many, many more years of life! Suzette would not accept payment until she finished her work. Suzette receives our highest rating and recommendation for her professional workmanship. We would call her back in a heart beat if we needed a bathtub, sink or shower floor refinished.

Suzette was great. She returned my voice message almost immediately and came to refinish our clawfoot tub three days later, on a Saturday. She did a great job and was the best price we could find.

Suzette was absolutely terrific. She worked with us as part of a total bathroom remodel. She came out and stripped our cast iron tub on one trip. When the bathroom was completely done she came back in an completed the tub reglazing. Everything was kept clean and dust free. She was more than willing to work with us on service dates and responded quickly and professionally to our calls. I would highly recommend her.

Suzette was great from the initial phone call where she gave me a quote thru the repair itself. She was good at staying in touch while the insert was ordered and to schedule the repair. The repair was done in a few hours and it looks great. If A+ was an option, she would be getting those.

Suzette did a fantastic job restoring an old tub. She covered everything before starting work and spent 5 hours making it look like new. She is a hard worker, extremely careful and conscientious and left the place looking fine. Fortunately, she was totally covered when she used the toxic chemicals but there was still a lot of noxious smell for some time. Don't plan on using the bathroom or area being worked on for at least a day. I highly recommend Suzette for the quality of her work. She is also a very pleasant person to work with.

Received estimate over the phone. Suzette arrived at the agreed time, prepped the tub and sink and covered everything else in the bathroom to protect from over-spray. She had to use Bondo to fill in some of the pitting. Overall the job went very smoothly and high and highly satisfied with her work.

Suzette, was very pleasant and professional. She felt like an old friend from the first time speaking on the phone. She did an excellent job on the tub, it looks amazing! We were out of town when the work was performed and she was extremely trustworthy.

It takes awhile so understand that you're not going to throw a dinner party 3 hours after she gets there.

Suzette gave me an estimate over the phone and set up an appointment to come out and complete the work about a week and a half out. On the day of the appointment I met her at my house to let her in. She completed the work and came back after the finish had dried to caulk around the tub. The bathtub looks great and I was very pleased with the results and the price. I would recommend Suzette to anyone.

I called Suzette to set up an appointment. She asked me many questions so she could get an idea of what I needed. We set a date for the work to be done. On the day of my appointment she called that morning to let me know she would be a few minutes late so I wouldn't sit and wait. The work she does it labor intense and she did it with ease. When she left my house it looked as if I had installed a new tub and she left my house in perfect order.

Suzette’s was actually recommended to us by another company. She came out and looked at the job and she said that she couldn’t do the job because it involved some other work. She also called the other guy and consulted him about it. She told him what exactly the repair was and also told me that it wasn’t fair for her. She was very honest in telling me that she wouldn’t be able to do that job. She was very friendly person. I would rate her high overall.

The bathtub looked terrible before Suzette came in. She took her time and put in a lot of hard work. The tub looks great! For all the work she puts in, we actually thought she UNDERcharged us. We would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a bathtub refinished.

They do house cleaning and they’ve got a really well organized system. It's efficient. They've got a sheet that they check out what they've cleaned and who did it with initials for each room and I think that’s great. The owner takes feedback for no performance. They are flexible. If I have any issues, they'll give a scheduling. They are personable and they come in as a whole team (like 3 or 4 people) so they are in and out pretty quickly. They know who's got what. They bring their sweeper and supplies except if I've got something special like a stainless steel or something that needs a special cleaner. I think if I don't have a cleaner they would use theirs. They are reliable. They are conscientious. They are very good and nice people. I like them. They are very good and responsible. I have been using them for over a year or a year and a half. The price is very fair. It was better than some people I've had in the past. They fall right in what I want to pay. (They fall right in my range) I would definitely use them in the future and I would recommend them.

It was a tough job (and smelly), but it looks as good as new!! My husband is gratefuI that I won't be needing that $12,000 renovation now!! It's amazing how just doing the shower stall made such a difference. It will be easier to clean, and the simple shower curtain looks great. I love the results.!!!

Suzette did a great job, she completed the job very quickly and was very nice and clean. A few weeks after we had the job completed we accidntally droped something in the tub and had a small ding. We called Suzette and she was over the next day to help us out for an extremely reasonable price. I would definitley use her again.

Suzette was prompt in responding to my request for an estimate, as well as scheduling a time for the work despite playing phone tag a few times. She made sure to let us know when she was running a little late, which I appreciated since my mom expects things to happen on time. My mom called me when Suzette was almost done with the job - the first words out of her mouth were, "It's beautiful!". If my mom was satisfied with the work, then the job was well done.
