Description of Work: They disconnected attic fan. They proposed replacement of fan with same type or solar fan. Cost from this visit will apply to new fan.

Description of Work: They were very professional. They told me they thought they had a man that would come and they would call me back by 4 o'clock to let me know when he might come. They did follow up and he arrived when they said he would. Very professional and nice. He went in and took a look at it and gave me the price. He completed the job which was done in a more than adequate amount of time.

Description of Work: They installed 2 toilets that we had purchased. Very professional. Caleb did a great job and answered all of our questions. We also purchased a maintenance agreement with this company for plumbing and heating.

Description of Work: We had a high efficiency HVAC installed 5 years ago by Summers. This spring the pipes to system were leaking all over the basement floor. They did have a repairman fix it for a fee. However it seems that they may not have been sealed properly. I did have some leaves in the back flow which may have caused the problem.

Description of Work: I called them for a $54.00 A/C check and tune up on my whole house unit. The unit is about 4 years old. The serviceman took off the outside panels a found that the grids (?) that take in the air were completely clogged with grass clippings. I never thought about that ever happening. He cleaned off the grids and also found that I was low on Freon due to a leak. He fixed the leak and installed more Freon. He recommended an electronic filter system for the inside unit which I bought and he installed. I highly recommend that anyone with central heat and air to remove the outside panels at least once a year and hose the grid off from the inside out. Very easy to do by removing a few screws and the unit will run more efficiently. I am certainly NOT qualified to give A/C advice but that simple five minute job will save you money. The A/C now works like new. I also bought a one year service contract which was included in the price. Thank you Summers.

Description of Work: I purchased a new furnace and air conditioner from them with a two year free service contract on the furnace, A/C, plumbing, water heater. They first gave me detailed information of the types of furnaces & A/Cs on the market and the benefits of each vs repairing my old furnace and A/C to help me make a decision. They installed my new high efficiency Lennox furnace and A/C in one day, removing the old, going into the attic to secure and install gas line hook up and exhaust to the outside, installed the A/C condenser outside. All the men were efficient, knew what they were doing, double checked everything before leaving, were clean and wore covers on their shoes and used dropcloths on the carpet, tested the furnace before leaving. All were polite and courteous. Furnace is great, my gas bills have been lower. Excellent job.

Description of Work: Emergency visit for water heater leak @5pm. Replaced it that evening! Awesome promptness & response! I have not seen the installation yet so cannot comment on quality, but my renters are satisfied. I asked to have an old conditioner appliance removed & they were not able to accommodate but offered new one for $1500. I felt this was too high. I still wanted the old conditioner hauled off.
