Description of Work: Pool closing, they responded promptly. Eldon painted my pool last year and began servicing this year.

Description of Work: I changed my pool service to SHS, this year. Elden and his crew, esp Robert, have exceeded expectations. Their willingness to help, coupled with their knowledge, has made owning a pool so much easier. Robert recently became certified by gaining his CPO (Certified Pool Operator). All work hard to maximize my enjoyment for the pool season. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of servicing their pool

Description of Work: The work they did for us was great. We have a hot tub that needed to be drained, cleaned, and all the works. The price quoted was what was chargged and the hot tub looked better than it did when it was first installed! Excellent job, and we will be calling quarterly to have him come out to service.

Description of Work: Beautiful day on saturday and the pool cover would not open. We had previously had an electrician out and continued to have problems. Eldon responded to my call and was out in an hour. Found the problem, and opened the cover. I feared it was the motor, but after a series of tests, he found it to be wiring. he was honest, and professional. He even cleaned the pool.

Description of Work: They came in and both replaced the sand filter and re-plumbed the pool equipment.

Description of Work: Last time he came out, he worked on my hot tub and deck.

Description of Work: We had a leak in our pool - Eldon came out, did all of the thorough testing, and finally found it after three days. Was very diligent about his work and finding the problem.
