The service was good, Responsiveness was good, pricing was good, they are very professional.

Eldon was a lifesaver! I called for repair on a Monday and he arrived early the next day to diagnose the problem. Although the equipment had to be replaced, he sold me an upgraded model that is more energy efficient and installed that afternoon.

Fantastic! My 15-16 yr old hot tub had a myriad of issues, beginning with a tendency to just shut off for no apparent reason. Elden went after the issues like a bulldog and resolved all of them. He even showed up periodically to check on the operation of the hot tub, knowing the apparent unpredictability of the unit and its tendency to just shut off. I cannot say enough good things about the service of Elden and SHS overall. I was ready to saw the tub in pieces and discard, but they have the tub working "like a charm". I would highly recommend SHS to anyone who has a hot tub or pool and needs repairs or maintenance.

They put in a liner, cover, hosed down pool every year, replaced parts as needed, installed a slide, closing the pool for the season. They are very professional, courteous, respectful. They have good pricing and do great quality work.

Eldon was up front about his pricing, worked efficiently to find us a time in his schedule, quickly diagnosed the problem upon his arrival, ran out to get the parts, and resolved our "no heat" hot tub issue the same day! He was friendly, professional and even called the next day to make sure everything was great!

They were patient, kind, and worked really hard. My poor pool had sat most of the summer almost empty.. it had become moldy and gross.. in one day it was back to normal! Even when it started losing water Elden was out here and fixed it! I'd high recommend this company.. I will be using them for everything pool related!

SHS performs weekly pool service for me. This season my pool heater needed to be replaced. As always, Elden was easy to get in touch with, was prompt, and did a great job.

They did not do a good job. They cut wires and did not dig the trench to the point in which we talked about.They cut irrigation lines and power lines. he flooded the backyard. My neighbor had to call another company to have job redone after this company. he would not come out when asked and he did a lot of no-shows. He was a fast talker and very unprofessional.

I love this company. Eldon very thorough and explains what he needs to do and cost. He is on time,courteous and neat.

Our pool pump quit working during a bad storm a couple weeks ago. I called and set up a time for a quote. There was a little mix up on the original date of the quote but they were able to come out within a week to not only give me the pricing but also come back that day and complete the job which was great as my pool was starting to turn green. As an owner of an A rated AList business myself (Final Touch Solutions) I know the value of excellent service and SHS definitely has excellent service. The pricing for the motor and installation was the same price had I gone and bought the motor on my own without installation. They also addressed and fixed several other small issues that I had not been aware of prior to their visit. I could not be more pleased with how everything went and would definitely highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their pool or spas.

Why did it take us so long to find these guys?? We have been using another pool company for 7 years and just didn't realize what poor service we were receiving and how much we were being overcharged for that sub-standard service. So what happened? We have used SHS for the past two years for pool service, and any other service needs. They have been very professional, fair in pricing, and very attentive to detail. I have cared for our pool ourselves for many years, then tried a couple of other pool services. I am please with all the work, and would highly recommend them.

They are really good. Great service. We use them the entire summer. They take care of the pool from Spring to Fall. You don't have to pay for anything else unless it's a repair and they take care of that. They are really great. They are responsive. If something is not right or something just doesn't look good they come over.

The service was okay. There was no additional cost above the $45 of the big deal. After they left, the stereo system would no longer turn on, so we had to fix that. It was hard to tell if it was because of them. They did what they came out to do, but they had another company come out. It was questionable as to their quality of services.

The issue was a manufacturer issue. To save money, they made an attempt at sealing it without redoing all the pipes which would cost 5x the amount or more. It's been two months and it's holding great. Plus they gave me some other tips for the hot tub and purchasing of accessories. Very nice guy.

Overall, SHS provides very competent and conscientious service. I have been a pool owner for 15 years and the weekly service was the best by far of any other provider I have used. Many companies report to brush the pool walls as a part of the weekly service, but only do it when I was watching/observing. Bob did a great job each week with the pool maintenance and service. I will note we got off to a rough start after the third week of service in May when my pool was not serviced for 9 days. I realize this occurred during the height of the opening season for pools. The water turned cloudy and Bob came out immediately and for several days subsequently to adjust the chemicals until the water cleared. SHS also provides an email describing the services performed and water chemistry after each weekly visit. I did not start receiving these until June, however. That meant I did not know when the pool was serviced during May unless I happened to be at home when the crew was performing the service. SHS also performed some minor repairs (replaced in-floor cleaning heads and cover bumper, plus repaired a leak in the pvc piping). The work was well-done and correct. My only complaint is that I had to wait so long to have the repairs done. Granted, the in-floor head and cover bumper replacement were non-emergency items. On the pvc leak, I had to wait 10 days for that repair. It was significant enough that we had to shut down the pool until the repair was made. Since it was late in the season (mid-Sept) we chose to have the leak repaired and close the pool at the same time. I recommend SHS to pool owners for service and repair. I plan to use them again next season.

Eldon did an excellent and has closed my pool last year as well.
