Excellent. Shannon carpets returned my call. We scheduled to have someone take a look at the amount of carpet that we had to see if there was enough to complete the job. I received the bid. I called the next day to accept the bid and the person had the day off, but that didn't matter. Someone helped me, scheduled the job and the technician came. This all happened within a 5 day work week. We were trying to get a condo finished up so that we could put it on the market. I was thrilled that for such a little job and a job that didn't involve any sale for them that I got excellent, prompt service.

I responded to Angie's List "deal" for carpet stretching/repair. They did an excellent job considering how old the carpet is. They fixed three or four "wrinkles" in three rooms.

The service was pretty good.The installers were supposed to arrive on the scheduled date. They did not show, call, or follow up. However, they arrived the next day to do the work. They did a pretty good job. The salesman told me that the new linoleum would over lay the existing flooring. When the installers arrived, they said they could not do that. They had to spend an extra day scrapping the original flooring. If I would have known that in the beginning, I would have selected another type of floor. Now I have the new linoleum on top of a concrete slab which is not what I wanted. The end result was good, but it took longer than expected. The product was good but there was a lot of confusion throughout the process. The salesman did not know his products and he was supposed to be one of the better ones.

The service was very good. We worked with the owner and he worked with us on the price. We were very happy with the service.

They did okay. They cut it too short so there is a piece sticking out. They made it work. They sized it incorrectly but they did made it work.

Whoever bound the carpet did not bind it right. It has a lump in it. They did come back to stretch it, but it did not work. They were really helpful. I purchased lament flooring form them in the past and that experience was fine.

They were very prompt and I had no problems with the installation. The service was very good.

The carpet has held up well. They offered a five year warranty. I had no problems with the service and the price was reasonable. The carpet was inexpensive. We shopped around and their price was good compared to others.

Their service was good. I have not had any problems with their work. I have been very happy with their service. The price was right and so was the quality. They showed up on time and did the job they said they would.

It took them three weeks to have someone come out. I had to contract them about five times. They finally completed the work and did a good job. There was not a fee because it was covered by the warranty. The installers said the previous installers did not put glue underneath the flooring which is why it was buckling. It was hard to communicate with them because they did not speak much English.

It was really nice. They were very helpful in picking a carpet that would help with selling the home. They were very accommodating to me with my schedule while I was in town.

They arrived when they said they would and replaced carpet in living room. Work was done in a timely fashion and they cleaned up all the old carpet and disposed of the old carpet.

This is the second time I have used Shannon Carpet for my home. The first time was when I purchased the house almost 9 years ago and then again last month. My entire family uses Shannon Carpet and we have always been pleased. When I went in I didn't really know what I wanted and Tommy and Mike helped me pick out flooring for my entire home. They have an enormous selection but he also sometimes has some discounted/discontinued products on hand at extremely low prices. I found the most BEAUTIFUL piano finished wood floors that they installed on the first floor and my loft and then he found a neutral high quality carpet for my bedrooms, stairs, and landing. I had about 1500 sq ft. of flooring installed and I got one heck of a deal. Everywhere else I looked I was looking at $5,000 + for just the downstairs wood/laminate flooring which is about 700 sq ft. I got the entire house done for $5600! I got lucky with the discontinued floors. Tommy and Mike always work to find you the best deal. We had one issue with the installer for the carpet where the seams were visible and a gap on the stairs. All I had to do was call and the owner himself was out the next day to inspect it, brought out a different installer and swore to never use the other one again. They were extremely responsive to my concerns and got it fixed immediately. I was very impressed with how it was handled.

Tom, the owner took really good care of me. I was 20 years old and had no idea what I was doing. I had never purchased floors before. Tom and his sales staff went over the benefits of the different types of flooring, warranties, costs, and helped me decide which flooring would be best for my situation with my father and I and helped us make a smart decision. They didn't try to upsell me, they actually went out of their way to save me money (which was not my experience at other retailers in the area). My family has been using Shannon for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. You can tell that they really care about customer service. They aren't pretentious or snooty. They treat you like gold whether you are going to spend $1000 or $100,000. He has been in the business for years. Tom is a straight shooter and will never scam you.He is honest and takes pride in his business and the quality of service and the products the provide. I have never had an issue with them, but if I did I know that Tom would address it immediately if I came to him with any problem. He takes care of his customers and you can really tell everyone there cares!

Don't go there. Always get an itemized listed from them to make sure you get what you order. They did not want to print out a bill and they did not give us any brochures on our flooring or carpet. They never gave us an invoice and we ended up finding out that they gave us the wrong carpet. They told us to clean the laminate flooring with the wrong product, which ended up turning it all white and taking the clear coat off of it which ended up voiding the warranty. Update: We were able to prove that the carpet they used was not they carpet they ordered and that it was a discontinued carpet. The padding was also incorrect as to what we ordered. We were able to prove our case 100% through our credit card company. They couldn't even provide invoices or contracts to help them in this case.

They were one of the 3 company that the insurance company was associated with. I give them an A rating and I will use them again if I need new carpet.

Everything was very smooth and went very well.
