Description of Work: Installed new carpet. In a short period of time the carpet developed a large wrinkle down the center of the room. I called them and they told me the warranty time period had passed and they would have to charge me too fix the carpet. I called another company and paid them, why pay them when they did it wrong the first time. I don't remember the date of the installation.
