Service technician Michael Newmeyer performed service and he invaded my and my family’s privacy. Customer service was horrible. Will never allow them in my property again!!!! BEWARE

I contacted Service Plus about a clogged drainage pipe in my yard. They responded promptly and came out and diagnosed the issue at no charge. They also recommended that I contact both my homeowner's association and the county to see if either of those entities might actually be responsible for footing the bill to repair the pipe. Turns out that the pipe is owned by the county and the county is going to completely handle the issue. I can't say enough about how helpful and honest the Service Plus reps were about this issue.

It didn't. I had a leak spring up that required shutting off main into house ... no water for me! I have used Service Plus in the past with good results. Since Service Plus states they have 24 hour service, I gave them a call. Can't show up until tomorrow. I found another company that will do the work tonight. Disappointed for sure.

This is the worse experience I have had with any company using technician/contractor. I requested to have a furnace tuneup/maintenance because bill is high. They sent over Joe W. After I told him my bill was high he first looked at the thermostat. He rewired the thermostat without first looking at the unit which blew a fuse on the transformer. I had him speak with the tech that did the thermostat install earlier this year to give context and he got into an argument with him over the phone. He got upset dropped what he was doing and said he would send someone else out to finish his job. I said wait what is the deal, you have not done your job. He left the thermostat dismantled and the transformer fuse blown and NO HEAT in 32 degree weather. I asked him to stay and at least put it back the way he found it, but he refused. I told him it was very unprofessional to leave it this way and he shut the door in my face. I am currently without heat which was not the case before he came. My husband and myself have called the office several times, but keep getting the run around that management has been informed and someone will call me to take care of it, but have not been contacted yet.

It took them 4 attempts to schedule reconnection of my ac unit. The quoted cost is 50% higher than the industry average for 3 hours of labor to complete the job.

I scheduled the free plumbing inspection that comes free along with my service agreement with them. Tom came out last Thursday and did the inspection checked all the faucets and plumbing incuding checked all the plumbing in our basement utility room. He messed with everything to make sure they were working good. He flushed the area where the Sewage Ejection pump is and noted no problems.He noted that everything looked good and gave us a quote for the possibility of upgrading our back up sump pump. BUT IT DID NOT NEED ANY ATTENTION CURRENTLY! Fast forward 24 hours , my daughter takes a shower in our basement bathroom and she runs out to get me . Water was coming up shower drain and the toilet!!! Raw sewage came up and covered our bathroom floor. I immediately called Service Plus asking for someone to come out. It was Friday at 7pm and she said there is nobody. I expressed that they were just there the day before and something is wrong . She said we can't do anything to help you. She said she would try to find out if anyone could after pressing her. She never called me back. By this time , 30 minutes had gone by and I had sewage coming into my basement from the bathroom. We emailed , we tried to live chat to them. Nothing . I called Godby Plumbing and the lady answered and was so polite and asked me to take a picture of the plumbing area. She said locate the sewer ejection pump was because over the phone she knew it might be that. I took a picture and she said it looks like a "then she knew what model it was ". She explained she couldn't get anyone out there that night , but she could give me a call as soon as she gets in the office to get someone out there asap. She told me what I needed would be 874 including labor and materials and it comes with a 3 year warranty. I then cleaned up sewage water for hours and the smell was horrible ! Hours gone by and still no call from Service Plus. I have never and such poor customer service !! They were there messing with my plumbing 24 hours before this . Coincidence ? Godby called me at 7am to tell me someone could be there at 12pm. 830 am a lady called from Service Plus and she said she was on the way to the office but unsure of the schedule . Total dysfunctional ! I told her this was an emergency , I said I have another company that can come but I want your company to come out. That would be the right thing to do. NOPE!!!!!! I called back ..nothing . My girlfriend called in and she used the live chat function to try to get the owner to call back. The lady on live chat apologized for everything and said the owner himself or a manager would call her back right away. THEY NEVER CALLED !!!!!! NO email , no text, nothing . Then they sent us an invoice to fix it for $1,900 with a one year warranty!!! More than twice than Godby and less warranty. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. Pure robbery! Because I live in Fishers , your charging me that AFTER your company was there 24 hours before the flood. Couldn't even get us in. She said they were full that day and she would try to schedule me as soon as they had an opening and then no call back. Just a bill for $1,900 THIS IS WHILE I STAYED UP AND SHOP VACCUUMED SWEAGE FROM MY FLOORS! I had Godby there and they were professional , quick and I will have them every time for my needs. Run from this company ! Unethical. Still almost a week later nothing from them.

It went as well as I could hope. The serviceman was able to show up within two days to get the job done, put it in a very convenient place and even made some plumbing improvements while he was there, such as giving a me a main shutoff valve on the main floor instead of the one in the crawl space.

Service plus has been professional and courteous in all of my dealings with them. They moved quickly when our A/C went out and we decided to replace the whole system given its age. They gave us options and respected our decisions. They weren't our cheapest option, but they gave us quality and I know I can call them for any problems with it in the future. We also have a yearly membership with them for our HVAC and plumbing maintenance.

It went excellent! They went above and beyond. They were punctual and worked quickly and efficiently. They were responsive and knowledgeable and clearly knew what they were doing. I was satisfied with their services and I would highly recommend them to others.

As always, Service + did an excellent job on all projects!! All work was completed as estimated and promised and done in a timely fashion. Technicians were extremely knowledgeable, expedient and very considerate of our home and property.

Personnel on time, neat, professional. Explained fully all analysis of the furnace and heat pump. Service work done well. Have used them now for several years and will continue to do so.

Passing grade, as they did everything according to the estimate. Here's what wasn't in the estimate, but should have been: 1. Patch up big hole completely through wall to outside that was made to install the unit 2. Consult with owner on the impact of rewiring the building such that inadequate power remains for lighting, refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave 3. Be responsive to customer's dissatisfaction in a timely manner. Install was completed on Tuesday, 9/17; repair of install was completed on Wednesday, 9/18, with much remaining; multiple phone calls resulted in many promises that a manager would call me back soon. Eventually, things were straightened out. By 11/10, almost two months later, the company fixed all the problems they had caused and I was happy to pay.

We had a fantastic experience with Dustin and his team from Service Plus. The dispatch office is always so organized, and the technicians punctual. They had to customize a part to make it fit in our space, and did so at no additional cost. They showed real attention to detail and were concerned about excellence. The new furnace is beautiful. I’m definitely using this company for any future needs.

Great experience again today with Service Plus. Tom Greer was the most knowledgeable plumber I’ve ever met. He fixed our water heater and toilet, and gave a lot of great advice about plumbing maintenance. Scheduling was also fantastic - the office is very well organized. And the price was very fair. I’m definitely using these folks in the future!

They're awesome. On time, prompt, and knowledgeable.

This is a follow up from 6-26-2019 visit. Service Plus did fix the wrong. So, they won back my trust. It is that I don't have to "follow" the service tech around when he is servicing. Doing what the customer ask you to do. Without selling or being a sales person. This Hvac is nothing new to me. In fact, my son is doing apartment Hvac (EPA certified). End of the day, you need to have the Christian golden rule.

3 estimates, first $3200, second from service plus $7550...the third $4600. I supply all parts, how is a $4300 difference possible? Warranty, workmanship?

It was fantastic from start to finish. I needed our drain cleaned ASAP and they were able to send someone out within 90 min. Tim came and assessed my drainage issues and gave me all possible options and prices. Thankfully he was able to get everything flowing quickly and effectively. I'd definitely use them again.

I hired Service Plus to assess a water issue I had at my home. A large water spot suddenly showed up on my downstairs ceiling so I hired Service Plus to send a plumber to assess the issue. After inspecting all of the upstairs plumbing fixtures, cutting a hole in my downstairs ceiling, and inspecting the water meter outside my home, the plumber asserted that the water issue I was experiencing was not a plumbing issue at all. He further asserted that the issue was likely related to skylights on the roof of the house or something else roof related. Needless to say, the wet spot on my downstairs ceiling was not roof related but was in fact a leaking water line. My previous experience (multiple time customer) with this company has been fine however not being able to diagnose a water line leak is gross incompetence. I would not recommend this company for any serious plumbing issue.

Michael and bill did an outstanding job. service plus is a aaa plus company and provides excellent customer service. they are on time, polite, wear shoe coverings, and are efficient they have my highest recommendation. Part of my prepaid maintenance agreement, well worth the cost.

This company has forgotten why customer service is important. I planned my AC PM appt a month or more in advance when I was going to on vacation at home. Now, they want to reschedule. They have done 2 or 3 times now. I can't take a day off work just to suit their schedule. All they care about anymore is where is the big money. Never mind your loyal customers who have spent thousands of dollars with their company.

It went well. We had low hot water pressure throughout the entire home. The old valve handle had snapped causing the cold water to not fill the tank at the rate it should. Everything works like it should now.
