The tech was great and did an awesome job. He was prompt, friendly, and very detailed in performing the service. I feel that he performed the best tuneup ever conducted on my furnace. Service Plus has an outstanding and well trained tech. I received great service. I will definitely use Service Plus again.

The ejector pit that was replaced now trips our basement breaker when it runs. I felt like that should have been reviewed prior to installing what appears to be a pump that overloads our electrical system.

They were quick, and fixed it so we had our air conditioner working again on the same day.

Great! We were working with our new Home Warranty company and were having trouble finding anyone to work with them. I was delighted to find that Service Plus was a vendor who would perform work for them. They came out and evaluated the garbage disposal, and replaced it right away. The tech was excellent and did the work very effectively.

We called Service Plus Heating Cooling Plumbing when out furnace stopped working on the evening of New Years Eve (you know, when it got down to -13 degrees). They came the following day, diagnosed the issue as a faulty inducer motor on our Carrier 9200 furnace. Thankfully, they were able to get the part in a couple of hours and Dustin was able to switch it out in about 30 minutes and we were up and running. Cost was $1178 (we had a service agreement with them so saved us some of the cost of the repair. I really have no basis for the price rating as I don't know what is standard. I have seen inducer motors at all price points from $150 to $750, so between parts and labor, I guess that this is roughly what I might expect.

We purchased and had a new Furnace and Air Conditioner installed by Service Plus. We have had great experience with their techs servicing our old HVAC unites. They provided great service and explained in detail what they were doing and what we may need to watch for. Additionally they were honest and not pushy about purchasing a new system. Once we decided to purchase a new system we decided to go with Service Plus because of our experience with their techs. We had purchased the furnace with a humidifier and smart thermostat as well as the AC. Please keep in mind that we had the new system installed on Black Friday and that may be the reason for some of the issues we had with Service Plus. The Installation crew arrived on time and worked hard most of the day to get the pieces installed. One of the techs wanted to make sure he got done as quickly as possible so that he could go shopping. I get it there are deals out there, but we did not appreciate that once he told us this we felt that the last part of the install was a bit rushed. After they were finished installing and it came time to install the thermostat, we noticed that it was not a smart thermostat and so we questions them on this. They made some phone calls and said one would be delivered and installed on Monday. It turns out that this information was not included on the order. They did not leave us a copy of what we had agreed on because it was all on their iPad ordering system. Then my husband asked them how to work the humidifier and they had not installed that either because that was not included on the work order either. We made phone calls and asked someone to call us back by Sunday, so that we would know that they were coming to install both the thermostat and the humidifier on Monday. Of course one of us had to take off work to be here and we needed to know what time and how long it would take. We never did receive that phone call until Monday morning at 8:30 am, as I was on my way to work. It turned out that they would be there later that morning to install both pieces. The tech arrived about 11:30 am and installed both but when he went to test them he received an error message. He continued to work on it, but had to leave because he had a doctors appointment at 4:40 pm. He had previously had canceled this appointment multiple time. I had agreed that as long he came back to finish after his appointment I encouraged him to go and understood the importance of getting to the appointment. He was not the person who came back. The salesman, who obviously did not include or follow up that everything was included on the work order is the one who showed up to "save the day". He told us that he was not happy with the tech that had been there earlier that day. So basically we now had more reservations, because we liked the tech felt he did a good job, but was stressed about getting to his Dr. appointment. Now the salesman/ now our tech had mentioned how he was perturbed because he had plans to attend a Pacers came that evening. Once again we felt were putting them out, but indeed it was primarily the salesman fault, in my opinion, that it did not all get done on the initial install. Now there was still a problem with our floor vibrating and the very loud noise once the furnace would turn on and I felt uncomfortable asking him about this issue. We called again the next day and explained that the furnace was making our floors vibrate and that we needed that fixed. It turns out that the inducer seemed to be bad and they replaced that and also did some work to move the duct work away from the floor boards so that it did not vibrate against them. Finally this was fixed, but only after taking multiple days off of work when it should have all been done on one day, a day we already had off of work. One other thing we had asked the salesman for when purchasing the units was if they would please check our duct work, because we are fairly certain that there are some issues that need to be fixed. Well guess what that did not get done either and when he was here last he said he would put an order in as a free estimate and that they would call us to set a time to come out AGAIN. We have yet to hear from anyone and it will be a full month in one more week. oh yes, they have given us a $25.00 Starbucks card for the aggravation. What I really want is the owner to call us and actually talk to us about our experience. I am not looking for anything free, I just want him/her to know the multiple issues we have had and some suggestions that might avoid these in the future. Show me that you care about the experience.

The unit could not be repaired but the service tech provided many options and pricing for a new unit and install.

Once I received the quote I about fell out of my chair. I was able to have the line ran by a competitor for $500 and they wanted to charge $1900. They do great work but pricing never makes sense to me. Again, I don't mind paying a little for premium service but not $1400.

Our water heater went out on Thanksgiving day and we called Service Plus on Friday. They were able to come out around noon on Friday, and diagnose that we needed a new water heater. They recommended the brand that we were interested in, and were able to install it by mid afternoon. The two men that were here were very efficient, very quiet, very professional and we are quite pleased with their service

He arrived at time window specified and was very courteous. Wore booties entering house and left work area clean. Time will tell on AC portion and water heater flush but so far so good!

The technician arrived during the period we requested and performed the spring maintenance on our central A/C in a timely manner.

Great experience! Very profesional, moving to our first home we had many questions about overall maintenance, which they answered in a very good way.

It went well. The technician, Charles Dabney, was exceptional. I was extremely impressed with him. He was very professional, seemed very honest and knew what he was doing. He was very concise and used my time wisely. I wish all technicians were like him.

The furnace was ancient and needed to be replaced. They came out the same day, which was great because it was already pretty cold. They had a new furnace installed the following day. We’ve used them 2 more times since, and they’ve never failed to be friendly, professional, and prompt. I love that they don’t schedule some enormous time window, and they always call within 30 mins of coming. They even email you in advance with a photo and intro to your service person so you know who to expect at the door. They are not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. I feel like the price was well worth the service we received. They even come out for free to service it in a year.

Tech arrived in window given and did call when he was on the way. He was careful to wear booties upon entering the house each time. I ask lots of questions to technicians and he was patient and polite answering them all. Upon reading other reviews about expensive repairs and trying to sell equipment not really needed I don't know about at this point, but I will review after each service for the year. The annual plan also includes discounted parts when needed and priority service over non members among other items.

He called a half hour before showing up, as promised, and showed up on time. He was friendly, and performed the inspection within a reasonable amount of time. I am always happy with the service, and plan to renew my service plan.

They were very friendly and respective. Inspection went professionally. In addition, they gave me useful advices to save water and repair simple mechanical failures. It saves money.

It went very well. The technician was very helpful, friendly, and professional. They were able to diagnose and replace the water heater in one visit. It wasn't probably cheapest option, but for the convenience and fixed problem, it was certainly worth the money.

I can’t say enough about Dan and this company. I called two other A-rated companies and over the phone they determined my water heater needed to be replaced!!! I was thankful Dan listened to my problem, looked at the error code and did the work that needed to be done. He was great at explaining options and setting realistic expectations. Dan was understanding that this was my first home-repair issue. I would use this company and would request Dan if you want to ensure you’re getting an honest opinion.

I was quoted $1,400 for this repair but he urged me that I would be better off to just buy a whole new ac unit that it wouldn't be worth it to fix my ac unit. He quoted me 2 different prices for a new ac unit one was for $4,000 and the other was for $8,000 neither prices were in my budget. I ended up getting more affordable prices from other companies and got the ac unit repaired for $350.

The technicians worked with my schedule, were communicative about the time they would show up, were professional, and the check didn't take a long time. In addition to checking the furnace, they checked the A/C unit too, and answered some questions I had about the system.
