Description of Work: Roof tune up and addressed some concerns with a couple odd leaks in one room. |Could not find actual reason for leak did some trouble shooting with caulk . Replacing roof was suggested. Not ready for that . |They did make 2 different trips to the house.

Description of Work: They were scheduled to an inspection and fix minor damage. Upon arrival and without being on the roof. The contractor immediately said the entire roof needed to be replaced due to jail damage from several years ago. We immediately contacted 2 other roofers who said the roof didn't needed to be replaced. We decided not to utilize seamless restoration and therefore we loss the $200 prepaid service. Would recommend not buying the prepaid services unless you are very confident in service provider.

Description of Work: Represenative from company came out, did not not perform any of services provided, other than wanting to try and put a new roof on my house. Could have basically came out for free and gave me and estimate. It was a wast of $99.00 dollars.

Description of Work: New roof and took down old, crumbling chimney. They were excellent at working with our insurance company about the hail damage and the finished product is great. Very satisfied with their work.
