Description of Work: I purchased a $99.00 Angies list deal from the member. When he arrived he discovered we had purchased the wrong doors. He went with my husband to Lowe's to purchase the correct doors. This was above and beyond what we expected him to do. The doors were installed in a quality manner. Would definitely recommend this company!!!

Description of Work: Company called immediately to schedule an appointment. I am the one who cannot supply the doors and other supplies company needs to do the work. Company was very responsive and I have no complaints... I

Description of Work: Steve and crew installed a light/ ceiling fan, changed lightbulbs in the cathedral ceiling and a few odds and ends. They were very professional, punctual and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend their work!

Description of Work: The two men showed up for less than half the time, ran through my house and left when i had stuff to finish. they said they'd come back to do the projects i had for them. I scheduled an appointment with them for August 8. They did not show, I've called and left three voicemails and still have not heard from them. I am beyond irritated as I stayed home the day of the appointment and no one showed or even called to follow-up/reschedule. This was the most ridiculous and worst service I've ever had.

Description of Work: Provider sent message and responded promptly to my phone call. We were looking for someone to help us seal our garage floor. However, what we learned from Mr. Schaefer was that prepping the floor before sealing was a major job and he had done this before for a location in Carmel, In and, even done properly, the sealant peeled up after application. We decided not to seal the floor at all after the discussion! We surely appreciated his honesty!!

Description of Work: We purchased the big deal coupon and everything went great. Originally, Steve was just supposed to paint 2 rooms and do a couple of odd/small jobs. He discovered that some of the drywall needed to be cut out and replaced before he could paint. Since the drywall was a 3 step process, he was willing to come out on a holiday to take care of it. He came out a few times to get everything done. He always called before he came. He cleaned up everything and he didn't give us a huge time window as to when he would arrive. Steve is great and very professional.

Description of Work: Friendly and affordable service. He repaired caulking and grout in our shower. Originally, he was booked 2 weeks out, but then had a cancellation. He came out the next day to the work and charged me less than the estimate.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal back in the fall for handyman work. When he did the work in the fall, he did the work in less time than what the deal was worth; he owed me 45 minutes. He told me that when I needed further handyman work done, he would hold good to the 45 minutes he owed me. When he came, he replaced 3 bathroom faucets. He held his promise and gave me the 45 minutes.

Description of Work: Installed two new toilets; took old ones away for a fee which was detailed to us in advance. Installed three handicap assist bars. Examined two door locks we wanted installed and advised they were wrong ones. cleaned up the area pretty well.

Description of Work: Steve and an assistant Did work on two of our bathrooms. We had a problem with the quality of work his helper did. The quality just wasn't there. When we called Steve he was very quick to return our call And apologized for the inconvenience.. He also covered the cost of the additional paint. We would definitely have him work for us again, his follow-up and professionalism where the best.

Description of Work: This company came out to provide a free estimate for a leaky window. I was told a little caulk and some paint would fix the window and that he could do it but advised me that it would be a whole lot cheaper to do myself. Such honesty is very refreshing!
