They gave a thorough and detailed estimate shortly after we called. We decided to hold off on the tree removal until the spring.

William came to our home and he was phenomenal. A wonderful young man who could not have done a better job - I just wanted to adopt him as a son!

They did a very efficient job. They have all the equipment necessary for the big job. They ground the stumps and cleaned up well. They left the ground in good condition.

The B in responsiveness was due to the wait time and uncertainly. It was about 3 weeks between when I signed the estimate to when they actually did the service. I had to contact them to find out specifically when they would arrive to do the work.

They were all very nice and polite, got here when they said they would. I took a broom out to sweep the leaves off of my front porch and a young man told me he'd use a blower to do that. I've used them before and they always give me the best estimate. I know what kind of work they do so I feel safe in using them.

They actually took down the wrong tree. My husband talked to them while they were doing the work, and they insisted the tree they were taking down was also a mulberry and that it was the tree indicated for removal on the hand drawn map they were using. I can't say whether it was or wasn't the tree on their map. At no charge, they did trim back the tree we wanted removed. We have used them a few times and will probably use them again, but I was disappointed that I particularly asked for the tree dropping berries to be removed, and that request wasn't followed.

I HAVE USED THEM MANY TIMES. THEY ALWAYS ARE PROMPT AND DO A GREAT JOB WITH CLEAN UP. I AM ALWAYS VERY HAPPY WITH THE JOB, WHEN IT IS DONE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

They had me waiting from 7am-7pm and they never called. I called them once in the afternoon and they said I was still on the list. I think when people make an appointment. They should show up. I called the next day and complained so they were here within the hour. They won't tell you if it is morning or afternoon when they are coming. I would never use them again.

These men were professional and true artists. Enjoyed working with them and will definitely use them again as needs arise.

I called them afterwards regarding a customer service issue which was resolved to my satisfaction. At that time (after the original work had been done) we discovered a tent moth infestation. Due to Stephanie's courtesy (she is the co-owner) and the professional work they had done for us, I asked her for an estimate on removing the tent moth infestation. I came home to discover that Phil Ping had come and done the work at no charge. I am very impressed with Ping's orientation towards customer satisfaction. They really went above and beyond for me and I can say that as far as I am concerned they have absolutely earned their Super Service awards.

As far as I'm concerned they did a great job - no complaints.

I called them on 8/21. I did not hear anything so I called them back on 9/05. I still did not hear anything called back on 9/09 and left a voice mail to Mr Ping to cancel my request.

Very prompt initial estimate. They were able to perform my work ASAP (needed to be done prior to a roofing job). Looks great and the estimate was much less than a competitors. Will definitely use again!

He was gracious about doing 1 small job. He was knowledgeable, on time and they seemed like they were really good arborist.

Free estimate was fast and easy. Our job was completed in a timely fashion without significant damage to the yard.

They showed up, did the job right, and so forth. You get what you pay for.

They were professional, the property was left very clean, and they even made suggestions to help us out. The owner and employees were pleasant.

They did an excellent job on that and I would give them all A's for that job. A couple days later a branch snapped in the front yard and an additional spot that needed to be taken care of the same tree, so we called them back to take care of it. On August 4th we had an invoice for $145. I thought it was high so we didn't want to hire them for the job. When we went out to look at the tree we saw that they had already done the work. I called a couple days later. I didn't get a call back. I called again yesterday and didn't get a call back. Both times I was told someone would call me back but never did. I just want to talk to them about it and I'm getting frustrated that they won't return my calls. They did return my call and they lowered the bill. The complaint is done.

Mr. Ping was very easy to work with and helpful in the estimating stage. His workers carried out everything that had been agreed to and more and were prompt in getting to our house on time.

Pleasant office staff. Very quick estimate (1-2 days), but took a month to come for the job itself--wish I'd asked for a time estimate up front. Vewry neat work--I couldn't tell they'd been out. I also asked that the cuttings be left for me, but they did not do so--when I called to ask about them, I was told this was a weird request and the foreman had not known what to do with it.

They did a good job, cleaned up after words and were very inexpensive.

When I called for the estimate, I explained that a tree needed to be removed to make room for a storage building. Also, the base of the tree was to be leveled to ground. The estimate they wrote up was not what I wanted. They were going to cut down tree and leave four feet of the trunk standing. Why would anyone want that? The estimate they gave was much higher than everyone else's, and that was to leave behind the wood which I did not want. Other companies were not charging more to remove wood. Ping's left a ribbon on tree trunk to mark where they were going to cut tree and leave trunk standing. This was not necessary because they wrote 4 feet on the estimate. This botched the other estimates I got that day, because they saw the ribbon and thought that it meant only one of the two trunks of the double trunk tree was to be removed. Make sure you are at home to tell them what you want done.

This is a very good contractor. The employees were polite and hard workers. They did an excellent job of clean-up.

They were very prompt to come give an estimate. Mr. Ping was very nice and he knew his trees. He was very chatty about his personal life which was fine it you have the time to listen. The office personnel were very short, curt, and sometimes rude on the phone. After faxing in my estimate and giving them my credit card number, I waited for 2 1/2 weeks. All four trees were on power lines and I was leaving the country in 1 week. I called and had to leave a message on Mrs. Ping's voice mail because all the other voice mails were full. She responded back immediately and said she would try to have them out by that following Friday. The crew showed up on the Thursday, were very prompt. The man even trimmed the trees a bit more for me. They cleaned up quickly and were very neat. The stump removal men came the following Monday and were just as quick and tidy!
