They are very knowledgeable, professional, timely and very responsive. They were great to work with.

Their guys did a nice job. They were neat, and courteous. They explained their work well and did not leave until they were sure we were satisfied. They were careful with our yard not to damage the landscaping. I would use them again.

There price was better than everyone else that gave us a quote. They were great!

The estimator arrived on time and gave me an estimate on the spot.

It was a very positive experience. Phil Ping came out and walked us through the work that was to be done. He was very easy to work with and did not give even a hint of trying to get us to let them do more work than we wanted. We have a large old maple tree in the backyard that I love but thought it was getting too big. I asked Phil about it and he said it looked great and to leave it alone. The work was completed very quickly and all debris was taken away. We will be needing more tree service in the future and I will certainly get Ping's to do the work. I was also surprised by the cost, thinking it would be much more than it was.

They provided a good service, arrived at the date and time, and cleaned up completely after the job. They did what I requested in a fine and timely manner.

They did a fantastic job. They backed a truck into the yard, and there was one worker up trimming the tree while 2 others cleaned up below. We're very pleased with their work. They gave us several options for the trees when they provided the estimate.

Not only was he the most expensive, he started ranting about church and his political views for at least 10 minutes after giving me his quote. Not the best thing to do when you're trying to get a client, and especially bad when you're views are opposite and offend the potential client. I would not have chosen him for the work even if he had been the least expensive. He didn't explain what/why he would be removing certain trees. Stump grinding/removal are separate and, the quote states that they leave the wood (we don't want or need it). He showed up the first time within a couple of hours but was upset that the trees I wanted removed had not been marked yet. I had not even had a chance to get home from work.

Came out same day we called to give estimate. Were very thorough and gave us a lot of information concerning the estimate. Were the most thorough of any contractor to give us an estimate. I think they would have done a good job but their price was several hundred dollars more than the contractor who performed the work.

The owner is very personable. He came for the estimate and explained everything to us. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He did a phenomenal job in every respect.

Although, I don't remember the exact price, it was far lower than bids from other companies (almost half). The quality of work was not compromised by the low price. It was superior.

A highly satisfactory experience. Efficient work plan, well coordinated by team. Everything was finished & cleaned up in originally estimated time.

My husband was very impressed with them showing us their license. They came when they said they would. The clean up was great. Over all they did a great job!

Mr. Ping (an interesting guy!)came out personally to give us an estimate which we found to be extremely reasonable. We received a call in the morning 8 days later saying that they would be there that afternoon, and they arrived later that afternoon. They set right to work, first removing any items that might possibly be damaged in the process. The bucket artist and crew were so methodical that they provided entertainment for the neighborhood. After they had cleaned off all the "smaller" branches and carted off the neatly raked and shredded debris, the crane truck arrived and made unbelievably short work of the 3 main trunks and the one original trunk. Then the stump grinder went to work and even dug a small hole for us to transplant a sapling into. It took only about 4 1/2 hours to take down our old friend that was probably about 100 years old. They even got up on the roof and blew off the sawdust that had gotten up there. We were very very satisfied and would recommend them.

They were very professional, friendly and courteous. There was one tree that I wasn't happy with. They came back and reshaped the tree to my liking.

Mr. Ping was very helpful in deciding what work needed to be done. He was able to give me good advise on what work didn't need to be done. They work was performed very quickly and professionally.

Ping was prompt in responding to our request for an estimate. The on site technician was on time, very helpful and courteous, and provided a clear assessment of the service needed. The company scheduled service within a couple days of approval of the estimate. They cleaned up after the service. We are very pleased with the appearance of our property now. Plus, they were several hundred dollars cheaper than another nearby tree service that had been recommended to us!

Did a great job, cleaned up well, did everything that was expected of them.

THE PRICE WAS GOOD, WAS MUCH BETTER THAN SOME OF THE OTHERS THAT I CHECKED. THEY WERE VERY NEAT. WE WERE VERY HAPPY.

I received a call early morning notifying me they were coming later that day. Everything was done in one afternoon, including the stump grinding. They were careful not to damage the vegetation around the trees that were taken down, and cleaned up nicely afterwards. They did a great job in thinning the crown too. I liked that they had an organized information packet at the time of the estimate which included their insurance policy information. It was not the lowest estimate, but price was competitive.

She was very rude and said they don't make appointments. I tried to explain that I can't have someone come out today or tomorrow, and they were just rude.
