The team of men who did the work made a mistake and cut something down that they shouldn't have, but they gave me a $50 discount, and I was happy with that.

They did a good job. They are dependable. They even hauled some old lumber I had laying around. I don't remember the cost, but I know it was competitive. I was very satisfied with their service.

Due to the holidays they weren't doing any work. When I called in Jan., I was told they did not work during the rain, then there was snow. I called again, was told they were busy and my job was so small they would send their crew probably at the beginning or end of a day if they were in my area. I called the next week and was told they would get to me that week and would call the night before coming. On January 22nd when I called, I was told they would be there the next day. I even told the person on the phone if my job was too small to let me know and I would call someone else, was told no they'd be there on Wed. I called my neighbors so they could move their cars to the street. When I arrived home after work, no work had been done, I called the company again and was told the crews were still out and would come. I called the neighbors and they moved their cars again. The crew never came; no phone call to advise me (ever!). On Jan. 24th, I called company and canceled my order.

It went very well. I was at a business conference the day they came and when I got home the tree was gone. They returned the next day to grind the stump. I had no problems at all.

This was no small feat. This massive tree was right next to the house and surrounded by glass walls, a deck and all kinds of breakable stuff. The workers were outstanding and the job was perfectly done.

They did a great job! I would use them again in the future.

They were neat and cleaned up after themselves and did a good job. They hauled everything away and stacked up the wood I wanted to keep. They were nice enough to let me pay in payments since it was an unexpected expense.

Shaping of shrubs was done very well. Trimming of trees done very efficiently. Supervision was good at communicating work to be done.

I was very happy with the work they did. The quality of the work was excellent. One branch fell over the driveway, and they worked from about 5pm to 6pm to make sure the driveway was clean.

The workers showed up, checked in and went right to work. They trimmed the trees in back, cut back and shaped the tree in front. They cleaned up after themselves including twigs and leaves. The trees look much better.

They performed the work as promised. The tree canopy is trimmed up 14 feet from the street, and the dead tree is gone. They cleaned everything up very well.

They were very quick and did a large amount of work in a small time. I feel they went out of there way by getting there so quickly. They have very good equipment and we had confidence they would take care of our trees.

I was extremely pleased with the job! I called for a quote and they returned my call promptly. The quote was in line with other quotes I had received and I was able to schedule the work within a week of calling. They worked on it while I was at work and the tree looks wonderful, balanced, and professionally trimmed. All of the cuttings were removed and the yard was hardly damaged at all.

I have a fairly large maple in my front yard. The leaves started turning yellow last year and I treated it myself. This spring when the leaves came back they were still yellow. I found Pings name on Angie's List and called them. They came promptly and treated the tree. There are two more treatments one next year and another the following year. The cost of each is $60.00. The tree looked much better by this fall and I hope it is much healthier by next spring.

Ping performed the tree removal precisely to our expectation. The three-man crew was extremely efficient and tidy, being careful to remove every last twig from my yard following the tree removal. The mulch resulting from grinding of the stump was racked into a very tidy and uniform pile awaiting my future use.

Mike and Jason were both extremely helpful. Jason and his crew were punctual, and very through. I would certainly recommend Ping's to anyone. The $700.00 includes the Angie's List discount.

Called Monday, price quoted on Tuesday, I asked that be done this week if possible, work done on Friday. After Angie's List coupon, price was $31+ less than other quote (after other company's Angie's List discount). They called Thursday evening to schedule work on Friday. Promised mid-morning, arrived mid-morning. Back yard, where locust was located, is VERY hard to access, requiring removal of debris through long passageway & garage. Plus they had to be careful not to injure artificial grass lawn. Work was finished in about 3 hours, all debris removed, no injury to artificial grass, clean-up left grass cleaner than it was when they arrived.

No one should need to cope with a locust tree. If this happens call Ping.

Great! Very efficient and responsive. They worked neatly and safely with our other trees surrounding the area. They were done in less time than estimated and left NO MESS at all in the area.

Very well. All work was performed as desired and the end result is satisfying. One minor complaint: They parked their large truck on my newly-resealed asphalt driveway, causing some minor damage. I would have preferred they had parked on the street (or asked to park in the driveway). Their price was a third less than another company we had a quote from.

Work completed on time and as promised. Competitive pricing and very good service. Plan to use again in future.

Excellent. Mr. Ping came out and we walked around and I showed him what needed to be done. He marked the trees that required work. He provided a copy of his estimate and liability policy. He was very professional. The crew arrived at 8:00. The "foreman" introduced himself and we walked around and I showed him what I wanted done. I also told him they could remove several branches from a maple tree that was in their way and add it to my bill, but they did it without extra charge. They were finished with the job by 11:30, and except for some wood chips and a few twigs, there was no debris left. They will return next week to grind the stumps as apparently the grinder was not available at this time.

They showed up on time as promised for both the estimate and the actual service call. They did what they said they were going to do. They charged what they said they were going to charge. They cleaned up after themselves.

They did an excellent job. My yard was cleaner when they left than when they got here.

They are very knowledgeable, professional, timely and very responsive. They were great to work with.
