They were on time to do the job. The quality of their work was good. I would use their services in the future. I thought their price was fair. They were very professional in doing their job.

I called them on Saturday morning (morning after the storm). I spoke with Mr. Ping and he remembered that we were repeat customers. The crew showed up at 3PM Saturday and completed the job. They also did our neighbor's job. Corey and Mike were good to work with.

They came earlier than the said. They did have to leave for an emergency but they did come back and finished the work the same day. They were very friendly.

This company was very efficient in their work. They were courteous and good workers. The company is honest and upright in their dealings with the customer.

They took several days to come out, but did the whole job in a few hours and very well. Other contractors had quoted much higher rates and even suggested bringing in a crane. Ping had 3 workers come out and quickly go the job done. I will use them again in the future.

Ping's responded very quickly to my request for an estimate (via email) and an arborist arrived several days later. He left me with and estimate, which I accepted, and said they would contact me to get me on the schedule. I waited nearly a week and finally had to call them. I was told it would be a few weeks before they could get out, and it was, which was ok. I'm very happy with the work they did and how nice the trimmer was about answering my questions. The removed the ash without damaging the lilac and advised me on how to prevent the ash from coming back.

It went as planned. I guess being "arborists" I would like a little more advice on the trees. Don't want to lose these trees; I have a lot invested. Last year I paid a great deal more to have these injections plus soil care around trees. They are not doing well, and would appreciate having advice on "hope for the future" of these trees, or ideas of something else that could possibly be done before things get worse. Last year, the injections did not fully empty into the trees. I am not sure what will happen this year. This is a slow process. I went out and spoke to the man, but it was brief and I felt he had done his job and that was what he came to do.

They did a super job. I have used them twice in the past couple of years.

They were fantastic. Extremely polite and professional. They came out and gave me an estimate on the job while I was at work. $320 ($290 with Angie's List coupon) for cutting branches and hauling them away. And these were no small branches. They were massive and overhung my garage, my neighbor's garage and the back alley. They worked on the tree while I was at work and by the time I got home, they were finishing up. They had a large crew, but everybody was kept busy and were very respectful of cleaning up my yard after the job. My only knock against them is that they are so busy, it took them 2 weeks to finally have time to squeeze me in.

I have used them before and they always do a great job. These particular trees were close to some powers lines and they had no trouble removing them safely. I will us them again if needed.

Great. It was a true art form watching the big old tree be deconstructed and removed. They double checked with me on all shrubs to be removed. All shrubs were ground out as well. They did a good job cleaning up after the project as well. Willie was the one who communicated with me on site. Mike was the foreman for the job. When the job was done, Willie called me to relay that there was a chip on the siding on the garage that he wasn't sure was made by the grinder or not. I was not sure either. I had emailed the company regarding this and Mike called me back to discuss it. He asked me to think about what I would like to have done about it and call him back. I truly appreciate their honesty and willingness to make things right. Integrity is a rare thing these days. Also, there was a great woman who answered the phone at Ping who did a great job scheduling the job for me to get it done quickly. Overall a great experience.

The staff was worked quickly, removed all debris and placed in previously agreed upon area.

They were supposed to start on Thursday AM, Got delayed and then rained out after an hour. Finally got here on Monday. There Arborist was very professional, and the workers were excellent, However, the office does not inform customers of schedule changes. After a conversation with the owner he promised to rectify this procedure.

It went well. They did a good job, came in right at estimate.

They cleaned up well was very polite from the receptionist to the owner that answered all of my questions about the tree service. He knew what he was doing with the trimming and honored an Angie's List discount.

First, we arranged for an estimate on March 13; the owner (Phil Ping) carefully examined our trees (which had not been thinned for many, many years) and gave us his recommendations on the work needed and a written estimate for each of the specific tasks that we agreed to have done. Within a few days, the Pings called us back and worked with us to find a date when one of their crews would be available and when we would be at home to monitor completion. Their crew arrived as scheduled on March 28 and completed all of the tree and brush clearing work in a little over three hours. They were thorough and painstaking, and the results were even better than we could have imagined. Also, they laid down boards to protect our lawn before driving their bucket truck up to the front trees, and they completely cleaned up all the fallen limbs and branches when they had finished the thinning. The stump grinding, which was done by a separate crew, was completed within 24 hours. Excellent job!

I can't say enough good things about this experience. The crew worked very quickly and efficiently, were respectful of our property as well as the neighbor's, and kept me informed of what they were doing throughout the job. They gave us good suggestions about what tree to plant in replacement of the maple and told us how long we should wait before we replant.

I found them on Angie's List and called and they came out right away to provide an estimate. The men who did the work were very professional and they did an excellent job.

Overall they did a good job. I would use them again.

They were very professional, quick, and friendly. I received an estimate in the morning, and they were able to perform the work that afternoon.

They stayed until they had every last thing done, despite how large of a job it was. They were very concerned about doing the job right. I would absolutely use them again. This was a potentially dangerous job with lots of opportunity for error over the deck and extensive landscaping. They really did a fabulous job, and charged reasonable prices!

Generally the work was done well, although I had to ask a lot of questions and follow up a couple of times.

They were nice. They gave me an assessment and then came back another day to do the work.

They're pricing was much better than every one else. They were very time efficient and responsive, and their follow up was exceptional. I had the work done on a Friday and I have already had a follow up call on the following Monday.

I was please at every step with Ping. Their estimate was detailed. He showed up on time. They confirmed the estimate and asked what day would be good for me to schedule. The crew came out and did the work in a professional manner. Cleaned up very well. They had good equipment.
