It went very well. I liked that they were very busy but they were still able to come out; we were fearful that branches would fall on our kids. They really work us into their day's work.

The tree was leaning dangerously over my deck. A very large branch from another tree had fallen on the leaning tree and was wedged on it. The team handled everything well, moving the branch and proceeding taking down the tall tree.

Did a very thorough job in removing deadwood. One tree had to be climbed to complete job. Most other work done from lift bucket adequate protection given from possible damage from falling limbs. Only damage was one broken paver brick in patio. I declined reimbursement from it.

They didn't drop the tree on my garage which I was worried about and they were professional and they came and did the work fast and promptly. I would recommend them.

I was very pleased with the tree removal because they did a very good job. When they finished removing the tree there was no sign that a tree was ever there. I would use them again in a heart beat.

It went fine. It took them awhile to do but I think it was because of the storms and tree damage we had in the area. I would recommend them to others.

We have extended our contract with this company, they are excellent to work. They are on time and they come when they say they say they are going to.

I would say that the services were good. I didn't price any one else, but I think there pricing was pretty good. I would use them again. I plan on using them next season. I would also recommend them as well.

I think they do an excellent job. I think they are fair and give honest appraisals and estimates. Sometimes, I do not quite understand what they base their pricing on. It seems that sometimes they are more expensive than other times. I suspect that it depends on what type of equipment they have to use and things to that effect.

My experience with Ping's Tree Service was wonderful. Considering all the storm damage in the area and the number of customers wanting this service, everything went very smooth and was done in a very timely manner. The work area was left neat and clean and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Ping's to everyone and will be be using them again to do some tree trimming in the near future.

They were very professional and neat. They knew what need to be done and did the work that a day. I couldn't of been happier. They left no mess and I would recommend them.

Mr. Ping is a very honest and good man and he definitely knows trees, but this company is VERY unorganized. Once they actually treated my neighbor's tree instead of mine. Another time when I told them when I sent in payment-in writing-that I did not want them to treat one of my trees anymore, they came back a month or so later and treated it again. I will say that when I refused to pay, they did not argue. Again, they are an honest company, but not very organized.

Called them 2 weeks ago and requested they come out and diagnose 2 trees dying in my yard, was told that they charge $75 even though the phone book states free estimates, she stated that is only for tree removal, she said that they were busy due to storm damage and I understood that and said when can I expect you then, she stated in a week and they would call me on the morning they were coming, I was satisfied with that and to this day 2 weeks later have not heard a word from them, meantime one tree has died but other is doing fine, no thanks to them. Just a call stating that they were too busy or something would have been nice.

They were very polite. Did everything as they said they would. I thought it was going to be very expensive and it ended up being very reasonable. They were very efficient. They were very responsive whenever I called.

It went very well. They were very easy to work with. They cleaned everything up and they were easy to make an appointment with. They were a good company.

Following the storms of May 30th/31st, we awoke to find a fifty foot tree in our front yard partially uprooted and dangerously leaning toward our house. As a former customer, we called Ping's Tree Service at 8:00am. Despite the massive amount of storm damage all over the city, Mr. Ping came out to our house by 11:00am. Recognizing the possibility of damage to our house, he had a crew with a bucket truck and a crane at our home by 3:30pm. Because it was located immediately adjacent to our driveway, it took them little time to complete the job. There was no damage to our house or driveway. Despite it being a busy Saturday for them, the cost was quite reasonable.

They are absolutely awesome. I can't say enough good about them.

I have no complaints about this company. They did a good job.

The appointments are made based on when the company has other jobs in my area. I was called the Friday before the work was to begin. The crew was here when they said they would be. They worked very diligently, and left the yard cleaner than it was before they arrived. I received a 20% discount for making an appointment prior to Spring. I also took advantage of a 3 month payment plan Ping's offer at no extra charge.

I was very impressed with how quickly they came out to provide an estimate the day after I called there was a man here looking at my trees. Everyone I have interacted with was very professional and thorough so I knew exactly what was going to happen and how much it would cost. The actual work and clean up was done very well, going above and beyond my expectations. I was very satisfied with their service and I would use them again.

They were supposed to contact the electric company prior to beginning work but did not. During the process, a branch was trimmed and fell into the electrical wires. This cut off the power to my home. I was surprised to find that the rep had not called the electrical company to report what happened after. I called the electric company myself to report the loss of my power. The electric company did speak with the serviceman from Ping's and he denied having anything to do with the damage. I was disappointed with the lack of honesty from this person. I was satisfied with their work with my tree, but very unhappy with the fact that he did not take responsibility for his actions. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again.
