My experience with them overall was very good. They arrived when they said they would and they cleaned up the yard very well. They were also very nice.

They were responsive, prompt, and their cleanup was good.

They came out and gave a free estimate of $445.00. I emailed them authorization and told them I had a coupon for $30.00. They said give it to the workmen when they come. They asked if I needed notice before they came out and I said no just do as soon as possible. I was gone when they came and my mom paid but didn't know about the coupon. They took it off anyway. When I looked at the work it looks just as we agreed.

I called and asked if they could come as fast as possible since I was concerned about my grandchild that plays beneath the trees. Several very heavy branches had suddenly fallen. One when she was playing nearby and would have hurt or killed her had the limb hit. They really came right away, within a day or so. Their work was very good and they followed through on everything I asked and their price was reasonable for the three large trees they worked on and another tree taken down.

We called for an estimate and received it promptly to my surprise since this was just after the storms on 09/14. Once I sent the estimate back via fax, they called within a day and a half to let us know they would do the work Monday. We were happy with the end results; our tree looks much better and their clean up job left the area spotless, even better than when they started I think.

It was perfect because they were very easy to work with. The quote took no time. They were very punctual once we scheduled the appointment and everything went really well.

They put a cable in the top of the tree in front to prevent it from falling on my house. I was very pleased with the service. I was impressed with the clean up work that they did. They also worked until 8:00 p.m. that evening to get everything done in the same day.

They are prompt and efficient, but they are pricey. I feel I get my moneys worth out of their company. I would use them again in the future.

Quick response to initial call. The estimator recommended some additional service on an Ash tree in the back yard. I agreed to schedule this work for the Spring of '09. I called the office a few days ahead of the scheduled date of service requesting some additional work. The lady in the office told me I could just tell the foreman on the day the work was being performed and he'd take care of it. The crew came on the scheduled day and worked quickly. I spoke with the foreman about the additional work and he provided me the estimate. Once I approved the estimate for the additional work, the crew took care of it.

They provided a detailed quote for several trees in my yard, but due to the overall cost, I decided to have only the largest one trimmed. They arrived on time, consulted with me to confirm how I wanted the tree trimmed, did the work quickly, were very polite and professional, and cleaned up thoroughly.

I have used this Company before and I have not had any problems. They are very professional. I have not been disappointed with their work. They are very thorough. They cleaned up the area very well. I would call on them again to service my trees if needed.

Due to their volume of business, took awhile to get an estimate, then to schedule the work. While here, the estimator recommended that a neighbor's large dead tree that threatened our house be removed. Appreciated his professional advice on how to handle the situation. Fortunately, the neighbor realized the problem and agreed to contact Ping for service. Ping was willing to offer a 3% discount to do both properties at the same time. It took awhile to schedule Ping due to their workload and the phone calls between three parties. I then called Ping and asked that they remove a tree on our property when I would be home to help remove a floodlight and wire on the tree. As I arrived home one afternoon, I realized the workmen came and did the neighbor's tree and our original work, but not the tree with the floodlight. I called Ping, who asked that I e-mail instructions. Mr. Ping called to schedule the work. By that time, I had decided to borrow a chain saw and do the work myself. While there was some confusion getting the work scheduled, then accomplished, the end results were satisfactory.

I was very impressed with Mr. Ping, the owner of the company. He went to great efforts not to overstate anything or the situation. I am very happy with the job that they did taking care of this situation. They did a very good job of cleaning up any mess and hauled everything away.

This was the first time we had used their services. I chose them because of the way they were when I called them. They gave me an estimate and stuck to it. They were accommodating and did not leave a mess. They have really good insurance in case of an accident. They had to work around high tension wires and we have a large fence around our yard that they had to work around and they did not cause any damage at all. They followed up on their work.

I requested and received a quote from Ping's within days of my request. Once we decided to move forward with this company, we set a date for the work to be performed. Unfortunately, Indianapolis was the target of several severe storms during this time and our work had to be rescheduled so Ping's could perform emergency work. Weather forced us to reschedule several times. Once the crew arrived they completed the work quickly (within 4 hours). The next day, a crew member called me at work. He had arrived at our house to grind the stump, but explained in detail why he would not be able to do it (the tree had grown around a pipe and there was also a stone wall right next to the tree.) The only complaint I have is the lack of communication from the main office. There was at least one instance where work was canceled the morning of the job due to circumstances other than weather that could have been communicated to us the day before (crew/equipment being used for another job). Otherwise, they did a nice job.

These companies seem to just give you a number, but they can't explain how they get the number, so you don't know how they get their figures.

Their rates were reasonable and they had good communication.

They did excellent job removing tree but left some yard damage, though they were responsive to repairing the yard. I had to follow up a couple of times to secure a scheduled appointment, and they were supposed to call before coming the day of, but did not. Overall, I was satisfied with the service.

Mr Ping provided a fair quote and insight to the issues. The office staff coordinated the work well with the field crew and also in our case with our neighbor who allowed access via his property after homeowner asked permission. The crew was on time, courteous, professional, cleaned up well, minimized damage to other plantings, and was efficient and safe. Trimming and pruning went smoothly. The most difficult task was removal of large dead branches above the garage structure without damage to the garage. The bucket truck was carefully set up to prevent damage to the asphalt drive, the branches were carefully secured, cut and lowered with no mishaps. The support cabling was subsequently installed high into this tree, like at 60-70 feet up, and also done safely and without mishap.

This was the first time I had used their services. They were good. They have competitive prices, are reputable, you can trust them and they do good work.

It was wonderful. It was less expensive then we thought it would be. It happened faster than we thought it would. It was just a great experience. It was during a time when the storms and the floods were causing all kinds of damage around other places. Ours was not a storm experience, but they fit us into their schedule, even though they had higher priorities. We were having a family event and they worked with us on that.

They were really great with taking them out. They had to go over a smaller tree to get to the trees they used two cranes one up on the basket and one operating the truck. I now have 3 feet high of grounded up stump that I can use for mulch.

They left the bigger chunks of the tree so we could give them to my brother and he could use them. They cleaned up very well when they were done with the work. They had to work around electrical wires and they were very careful.

Pings did and awesome job!!!! I would highly recommend them to any and everyone. I will definitely use them again.
