Crew was punctual and went straight to work. Trimmed up low branches from roof and cleared dead wood. Job took 2 hours including cleanup, and the patio was cleaner than when they arrived. Tree looks good.

Their pricing was competitive with other quotes that I received. They completed the work within a week of me accepting their quote. They showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. They completed job as they described it in the quote (which was to trim a redbud and maple) and did it in a timely manner. Their cleanup was satisfactory. Overall, I had a pleasant experience, and I would recommend Ping's.

The crew was prompt, professional and did the job with minimal damage to my lawn. They had to dismantle my fence and part of my neighbor's fence to bring a crane into my yard. They did the job, cleaned up the debris and put the fences back up. The crew was courteous, friendly and did an excellent job.

This tree was 3 tree's growing together. Ping not only cut this tree down they cut any good fire place wood into 18 inches sections.Also clean up the area. Well done!

They put us on their schedule and not too much later came and safely cut down our tree and cut the good wood into 16 inch sections for our fireplace.Also cleaned up .

Tree removed. Good cleanup in spite of some rainy weather. Crew protected adjacent shrubs. Crew used plywood to protect the lawn from damage by their tracked vehicle.

The storm damaged tree was located right next to our house and it required a crane to remove. I got several quotes from different tree companies and Ping's was $1000 cheaper. The tree's gone and I couldn't be happier, Thank you Ping's!

The price is a little high. It was superior, you don't have to worry about damage to your property or any insurance reliability. They absolutely know what they're doing. They've got trained professional arborists, so their knowledge of the tree scene is pretty deep.

Shortly after I called for an estimate a representative came out and looked at my tree. I was surprised how quickly the company responded. Ping's came out to do the work sooner than expected due to a cancellation they had with another job. The men were courteous, quick and knew exactly how to take care of my River Birch problem. They also did a fantastic job cleaning up. I will gladly use them for future tree and landscaping services.

The ash tree was in the back yard near the patio and the branches intertwined with other trees. Ping's used a crane to lift large sections of the ash tree over the house to the front yard where it was cut into smaller pieces and removed. Ping's used other equipment and techniques to remove the branches from the other designated trees. In all cases the crew was careful to tie off and lower the branches in sections so as to avoid damaging the patio, driveway, a shed and other things at ground level. Ping's had a large range of equipment at their disposal and performed the work in a safe manner.

Ping's has several arborists on staff, so we know they will always do what is best for the tree. They trimmed a very large honey locust in our front yard that was almost hanging to the ground, trimmed a sunset maple away from the house and a Beverly crabapple tree away from the house. They also cut back about a foot of a large blue spruce near our screened porch. We have used them for several years for trimming and treatment. They may not be the least expensive out there, but we trust them. There is one broken branc "hanger" from the trimming that we just noticed because the leaves have died off. I called them today to ask that they come back out and take care of it and the scheduler said they would put us on the schedule and at the very least Chris, one of their arborists, would come out to look at it and possibly take care of it himself. It's just too high to be safe for my husband to try to pull it down..

They needed neighbor's written permission, understandably, and that was not a problem. In fact, there were no problems. Their arborist had given some options on how the tree could be trimmed and they were able to remove the encroaching branches and still maintain the shape of the neighbor's tree. They were fast and efficient, really skilled, and very tidy.

It was wonderful they did a terrific job. I will have them back in the spring to do some more work

Amazing customer service from the office staff to the Arborist who provided the initial estimate. After dealing with other service providers and their poor customer service (no returned calls, delays in providing estimates, etc.), Ping's was a breath of fresh air! Chris Jackson-Certified Arborist is the one who came to our home to provide the estimate. Immediately, I was impressed by his professionalism and friendliness. And, really appreciated the fact that he is an Arborist. Other services who provided estimates didn't even come to our door to meet us. They just showed up, without notice, tossed a written estimate (one was nearly illegible) into our mailbox and left. I appreciated the fact that Chris took the time to discuss our needs with us before looking over our tree and writing things up. The maple tree we had was our only tree, and even had a name (Mr.Maple). But, it had died and Chris explained the likely reason why etc.. We were heartbroken to have to take it down and Chris understood this. After dealing with 4 different companies, and the rotten customer service we recv'd, Ping's was our obvious choice. All estimates we recv'd were within 70.00 of each other. So, this was a no-brainer. Chris Jackson's professionalism and friendliness made all the difference too. If you want a professional, friendly, easy-to-work-with, company for your tree needs, this is the one. Timely responses, wonderful office staff. I have no complaints and would call on them again. Now I need to check into other services they provide in case I can use them for any future projects!!

LOVE, LOVE Ping's!! From the moment Jay came and gave us an honest assessment of our trees until the last piece of wood was removed went flawlessly. It's clear that Jay knows his stuff and helped us decide what could stay and what should go in the best interest of keeping as many trees as possible yet keeping our house safe in a storm. The crew arrived to start the day long process. A crew of 4 who were the consummate professionals - polite, efficient and made good decisions around which limbs to trim off of the trees that stayed. Very impressed with the entire process, the staff and the way our property looks after they left. They took great care cleaning up everything that was trimmed. I think they likely even picked up a small amount of debris that we had trimmed over the weekend. And, seriously, these guys couldn't have been nicer or more polite. I can highly recommend them!

We had a very large maple tree in our back yard that was leaning very menacingly toward the house so it needed to go. We contacted several tree services for quotes and Ping's Tree Service was the most responsive and gave a very reasonable price. I scheduled the work on October 29th and was told that there would be about a 3 week lead time to get the work done. They contacted me the very next day to say they would be out the following Monday to do the work. This was great news as we were very concerned about this tree falling and hitting the house. The crew came out early Monday morning and commenced work immediately. I was at work when they arrived but I came home to make sure they had everything they needed. The guy in charge of the work crew was very friendly and professional. They laid plywood sheets on the grass to drive their lift across the yard. They worked quickly and had the very large tree removed within a few hours. They cleaned up and removed all of the branches and foliage. They even raked and removed the leaves that had fallen in the front and back yard. I had asked them to leave the trunk and large limbs for firewood. They cut all of it into 18" long sections and left it neatly stacked in the back yard. I am extremely pleased with the level of service we received from Ping's. They were professional, punctual, and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a tree removed.
