They did a great job, and the quote was reasonable. It took them awhile to get to us during the storms that came through, but we were happy with them.

Couldn't get a confirmation on when the work was going to be done until the day before and had to wait 2 weeks. The largest tree was dropped to the bottom of a deep ravine and not stacked by the house as promised. Took 4 phone calls and 4 weeks to get them to get the wood out of the ravine and they didn't bring it all up.

They took a bad trim job by another and shaped it into a tree to be admired. They were very neat and clean and left no messes. No complaints.

The came out and they were very friendly and they did a good job. I was a little bit disappointed because they did not remove a tree that was along the fence line. It might not have been their fault because the tree grew into the fence and I might not have understood what they were going to do with it. Other than that they did a good job.

We sent an e-mail to ask for an estimate that was responded to in a timely manner. There was a bit of a miscommunication with setting up an appointment for the work to be performed, but it was settled reasonably. There was also some understandable confusion on all the work required, and when contacted they came right out to finish up. The finished product turned out how we wanted. I liked that they gave us lower cost options other than the more expensive cabling.

They came out right when we called and took care of the problem. We have used this company for the last two years. I think that they have done a great job.

I like them because they do what they say they will and they are here when they say they will be. They clean up very well. They are a little bit expensive, but the quality makes it worth it.

They did a very good job. In fact, two other neighbors asked for their name because they were doing such a great job.

Three men and two trucks arrived on day scheduled. One man used a bucket truck to trim the trees and two others cleaned up limbs and made sure equipment stayed away from power lines. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned off the roof. Service was performed as contracted. Very polite and professional. I am pleased with the job.

Okay. Communication problem in trying to get an answer on when workers would be on site.

They were on time for the estimate and assessment. They performed the work as requested and in the time frame and cost they said they would.

They gave us a complete written estimate before starting the work. The work took about 2.5 days.

Did a nice job, took about 2 weeks to come out after the estimate to complete the work. I did a little minor clean up after but overall I'm happy with the service.

Took time for inspection of several large, old trees. Careful and professional. Honest appraisal of what needed to be done. Fair price.

They are great. They show up on time. They are totally dependable. They clean up extremely well.

Phil arrived on time for the estimate, we talked about what needed to be done, and he appeared to be very knowledgeable and professional. The quote given to me from Phil did not match the quote that was emailed to me. And when I considered scheduling the work to be done with Ping's, I called to schedule the work, but it was sign the estimate and fax or email the estimate back... Too professional, I am not a business I am an individual, when I call and say do it, do not ask me for more paperwork. This over professionalism put me off, and I waited for another company's estimate. They came in at a lower price, and will be doing the work.

They were professional, the guys that did the work knew what they were doing, they were very reliable, and I felt that their prices were reasonable.

Phil Ping personally came out and gave me a quote, even on a Sunday. It took a while for them to come, but they had a lot of others that had more serious damage. They cleaned up everything when they were done.

I called and set up an appointment for an estimate from their staff. The estimate was completed within a couple of days and an appointment was set up for the work to be completed. The day of the job, the workers arrived on time and began the work immediately. I had asked to be called the day before their work was to start so I could be on site while they were working. They did contact me ahead of time as requested. They were true professionals as their work definitely enhanced my trees and property. I had a couple of questions about the trees they were working on and they quickly answered to my satisfaction.

They were very quick. They came on time and did the job exactly the way that I wanted. I had no problems with their service and I would use them again in the future.

Although I never actually saw the person, he left a report for us indicating his opinion of how the tree died. We paid $75 for the service call, which was applied to the cost of $155 to remove the tree. Because it was a small job, we were not sure when the removal would be, but it happened within a couple weeks of our payment.

Overall, I thought Ping did a very nice job trimming and removing our trees. They were punctual and performed the work in the amount of time they estimated. They had another part of their crew return the next day to remove the stumps. My only concern was for how they schedule their service. They were very specific about needing to contact them by email. Once the estimate was done, I was told I would be contacted to do the work. I requested at least a day or 2 notice so I could notify my immediate neighbors so they could move their cars and allow more room to do the work. They waited almost 3 weeks to actually do the work once we signed a contract and they called me at 7 pm to say they would be there the next day. Overall, the job was very good but the scheduling was a pain.

They didn't really do what we asked them to do. We wanted them to diagnose a tree that was about to die, instead they billed us for a service that they do. We called them and they did give us our money back. I would never recommend them.

There's no one like them in the tree business.

They do good work. They are professional and friendly. They did a good job cleaning up after they were done.
