The foreman was very knowledgable and did much of the trimming himself. This was a rather large job and there were 4-5 people actually doing the work. They were very good in cleaning up after the trees were trimmed. Not one plant was damaged in my garden.

They did what they said they were going to do and I am very pleased with the service.

Reasonably priced and did a very good job. Clean up was good also. We very pleased.

Everything that they did was great. They were punctual and courteous. All three men were very respectful and they did an excellent job. It only took them a half hour and they worked very well together.

We contacted 3 tree companies that were all rated highly by Angie's List consumers. Ping's was responsive and sent out an estimator within a day. However, Ping's was by far the most expensive estimate, nearly $3000 more than each of the other two. We chose to go with one of the lesser estimates and we were absolutely delighted with the service we received.

It went very well. I was very pleased with their work. What they accomplished in an hour and half would have taken me three days to do. They were very courteous and professional. The equipment that they used was up to date. They were also very safe in removing the tree.

Came out and gave me a quote on Thurs, did the work on Fri. Their quote was much cheaper than their competitor (MUCH CHEAPER) and they did even more work than what they quoted and didn't charge me more. I feel like I got a tremendous deal and will tell anyone that needs tree work to use Pings!

The estimator was highly professional and helpful. The work team was professional, friendly, and responsive to my requests. All round---an outstanding job and experience.

Mike from Pings came out to give an estimate (I had already received 2 other estimates) and while his bid was a few dollars cheaper, I was very impressed by his presentation and documented materials. I signed a contract, and within 10 days the crew came out and took down the trees and shrub, along with removing a few limbs from other trees. The work crew was fantastic, did a great job of taking the trees down without causing any damages, and cleaned up all limbs and raked the yard. The next day a stump removal truck showed up to grind down all of the stumps; this man did a great job and also cleaned up any debris. I would definately use this company again.

An estimate was received promptly and work was done within a month of the estimate. The tree was located in a tricky spot- just within fence, near house, on sloped area. The crew did a nice job of protecting the neighbor's yard from damage when branches were dropped from the bucket. Damage to our yard was minimal considering the size of the tree. They also ground the stump well below grade as we planned to plant another tree in that spot. My only recommendation to Ping would be to inform the homeowner that 3 different crews perform each major task- cutting down tree, removing wood, and grinding stump, Entire job took a week, which was fine except I had thought it would all be completed on the same day. Otherwise a great experience.

Years ago our town was hit by a tornado and a big tree had come down right across our outside deck, covering the garage. We couldn?t get out, and we had called Ping's Tree Service and informed them of the situation. They came right away and moved the tree so that we could get out. They came back later to chop the tree and haul it away. We were very impressed with their work. They had actually come and saved us. They had also come back a couple of weeks later to clean up the debris.

My experience was very pleasant. Ping's Tree Service, Inc. was quick with their responses (phone and email). I was provided information regarding who they were, information about their Company, and a copy of their insurance coverage. This alone helped me feel confident with my decision to select them. Actually they completed the job without a confirmation from me - I felt important and trusted. Usually some businesses require completion of estimates and payment before initiating service. I appreciate their friendly, helpful attitude and the thoroughness to the completion of the job. I plan to use them in the future and will definately refer them to family and friends.

Ping's had to reschedule by one day due to two previous jobs lasting longer than anticipated. A company representative called to notify us of the issue and to ensure coming a day later would not present a problem. Overall, excellent and very professional service.

We were not the first job of the day and they were about an hour later than the estimated start window. The estimate called for a bucket truck but the crew scheduled for the work did not have one since theirs was in the shop. The foreman had to drive off to swap his pick-up for a bucket truck on another side of town. He made good time and the rest of the crew remained to work on the other tree while he was gone. He got straight to work when he returned and it was a good thing because the job took longer than expected. Unfortunately, we never made the time to walk through the project so a couple of things I was hoping to get done were not done. I had an existing brush pile I would have liked to have had removed and I also would have liked some of the lower branches of the Norway that brush my head removed. But they were working hard the whole time from what I could see and I think I got a good deal. Their estimate was a few hundred lower than the other two estimates I received. We did spend some time clarifying the estimate because the estimator was unclear in his description of which tree was which.

Great, quick service even trimmed more at my request for no additional cost.

They came at 8:00a.m. and was done at 11:30a.m. Every man on the crew had a job and never stopped until the job was done. They're true professionals. Excellent job!

These guys are pros. The crew was on tme and did a great job. Used a crane and lift to take down the trees, one of which was leaning over our roof. Completed the work by mid afternoon and left the yard neat and tidy. Got other estimates, and PIng's offered the lowest price. I will definitely use them again.

It took them a bit to get here but that was because they were busy with many more important tree work because of the storm and I completely understood their delay. They did a good job for us when they did come a couple weeks after our call.

I had asked them to come ASAP since their estimate was dependent upon the rear neighbor's new fence NOT YET being up. We agreed on the price on April 23 and they actually came on May 1. However, we did have a lot of rain in between those two dates.

The process went very well. They came out for the estimate on April 1st and did the work on April 6th. The only item they did not complete was the grinding of the stump and the ground was very wet and they wanted to let it dry out so they would not destroy the lawn and plants. They tried on two occasionals to complete the removal of the stump. Finally, after discussing the pros and cons with the grinder operator we decided to leave the stump because the equipment was very large and our lot was small and confined. I asked about a refund because we had paid the charge in full ($909) and they said it would not be a problem. I sent them a letter explaining our decision and within a week we had a check for $85--the cost of the grinding of the stump

My contacts with everyone in the company were very good, the workers were good about communicating with me, they were punctual, they had good clean up and they did a great job.

Estimate was done the same day that I called. Did the work this past Winter to take advantage of the Winter discount. It took 4 hours to cut the trees and remove the brush. I kept the wood. I liked that the estimate was broken down by tree removal, hauling wood away, and stump removal. Would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

They estimated each part of the package I requested and stuck to the estimate. They honored the discount per coupon I clipped from Angie's list.

Ping's gave me multiple estimates for service on the tree. One for trimming and one for taking it down to the stump. Also grinding and surface root removal. I decided to get rid of the tree because the roots were eating into my sewer line and tearing up my sidewalk. I had questions about the tree and no one in the office seemed to be able to answer my questions so the owner, Phil Ping, called me directly and offered suggestions and advice on what should be done. Highly recommended and I will use them in the future for my stump and surface root removal.
