I called them to come and diagnose why my tree was flourishing on one side, but not the other. The man who came out was an arborist. He was very informative and educational. He told me some possibilities for why the tree was growing that way. I had a good experience working with him.

They were very good. They were very prompt and they cleaned up well. The price charged by them was good too. I would use their services in the future as well.

Troy was very nice when she helped me get setup for an estimate and the whole team at Ping's was friendly and very willing to answer all of my questions. They came when they said they would come and they took care to clean up after their work. I am pleased with how quickly the process took place and with how friendly each person was that helped me.

Right off the bat, I was a little put off by my initial phone call. They wanted me to explain verbally on the phone which trees needed trimmed and what I needed done. I explained to them I would prefer to meet someone at the house to show them what I needed and to discuss what they felt would be the best course of action. The woman was not rude, but she wasn't very willing to accomidate my request. She told me, "that is why the estimate is free". I wasn't pleased with that comment, but I finally got her to agree to a day and to tell me they would give me a 30 minute call ahead. As promised, their estimator called me and met me at the house to discuss the work. He was pleasant and told me what he thought I should do and gave me a price. I felt comfortable with this company doing the work, however, their price was significantly more than the other price I received.

They are very good, except that they are expensive. They cut down 6 or 8 trees and did the stump and roots as well and were here a good part of the day. I used several different companies and I feel that they do a better job. I think Mr. Ping is an expert and he knows the trees and knows what is wrong with them. We did have to wait a little while because they were busy from all the storms from the spring. They were efficient and got the job done and they were professional.

The above amount is actually the total for three jobs done this summer aggregating the removal of nine trees, several of which were very large. In each case, Ping's service was extraordinary. I got competitive bids on all of the work and they were reasonable in all cases. Not only do they really know how to take trees out quickly and thoroughly, they clean up so well that it's hard to find a leaf or twig left, no matter how big the tree. On the most recent job, I happened to be home when they did the work and the employees were all courteous and very careful of my property.

The work went very well. They're on time, do exactly what they're supposed to do, and do a superb job cleaning up after themselves.

We called Ping's to have them out to look at a few trees that we needed taken down -- they were able to come out with a couple days of our call. We were provided an estimate right there on the spot and were told if we wanted the work done to call them. I schedueld the appointment with Troy - we exchanged several emails as I had questions about the job and a time frame in which it needed to be completed. He was very responsive which was great. We decided to have 1 of the 3 trees removed at this time. We were in a time crunch and Ping's was able to get the job done within a week -- their crew came out and cut down the tree, removed all the brush, debris and wood. The next day they had someone come out to grind down the stump 5" below the grade leaving a good amount of mulch. I was very pleased with Ping's - they provided good customer service, fast turnaround on the job, cleaned up the area - and when I called to pay for the job over the phone the lady was friendly and actually said 'Thank you for your business' -- which I don't feel I hear very often these days. We will be using Ping's again in the Spring to take down the other 2 trees.

Quick and professional, with some impressive equipment. Called them at 4pm while they were working at a neighbor's property. Got a written quote and the work was done by 6pm that day.

They did a nice job. Their price was fair and quality of work was great. I would use them again.

Came on time, preformed all work as requested. Charged me less than quoted because I had removed a yard barn that was close to the tree they removed.

Office was responsive to my questions, workers showed up when they said they would, did the job they said they would and cleaned up after themselves well. All in all a very satisfying experience.

They did not even come out to my house to give me the estimate. My mailbox has my address written blatantly on it and they gave he estimate to the woman across the street. I got the written estimate for her trees! After I called them about that the owner came out to give me the estimate. They came out to trim the trees. They pulled up, looked at the trees, got out and cut a couple of limbs. They were limbs still hanging down when they left. They did not cut down any of the lower limbs that were hanging in the back. I called the company and said that it did not look like they did anything. The company said well they did this and that and I told them I might not be an expert, however if there were supposed to trim the trees and they did not that is unprofessional. They also did not come up to the door and tell me that they were here. The guy who came out to take care of the griddling roots was out on time and he did a good job. I would not use them again in the future.

They did a very good job.They came in a convoy of three trucks and needless to say our school bus,the garbage truck and the neighbors leaving created a bit of a traffic jam. Still the did a wonderful job on the tree and the neighbors commented that tree looks good. THey did good job of cleaning the yard of debris from the tree.It was a very professional job. I and my wife just loved the job they.Recommended.

Ping was the first and only company to get us an estimate on this job. We originally only requested they estimate on treating 1 tree but after seeing how reasonable their price was, we asked them for a 2nd estimate for adding a 2nd tree. They were able to give us the 2nd estimate over the phone and stuck to the price. The arborist who treated the trees was incredibly thorough. He was finishing his work when we came home and he took at least 15 minutes to answer unrelated questions about other trees in our yard and give us free advice on caring for some other trees. He had a small equipment malfunction that caused the treatment to pop out of one of the trees. He saw it as soon as he arrived to collect the equipment, let us know there had been a problem which we would have never known ourselves, and he treated the tree a 2nd time and made an extra trip to collect the tools and make sure it was done right. I'm very pleased with the time he took and what a great job he did.

Ping's was the first company to respond to our several requests for estimates on this job. Their estimator was out fast within a day or two. After waiting a few weeks to get estimates from other companies that never arrived, we went with Ping's. The tree they removed was large (~60 ft tall) especially for our small yard. It was in close proximity to neighbors' fences on 2 sides. It was dead and rotting. It was also nestled close to another large live tree with branches around it when didn't want damaged and close to several smaller ornamental trees. In short, it was an impossible job for amateurs or a homeowner and I'd been dreading it. Ping fit us into their schedule fast, despite the fact that they're dealing with a lot of summer storm damage jobs. They called us the day before to let us know they'd be here, and called me immediately after finishing the job. I have no idea how they did it but the cumbersome tree was removed perfectly with only minimal expected damage to flower beds around it. The neighbors' fences were untouched and all of the surrounding trees in my yard are in perfect shape. The cut the stump smooth to the ground and removed all of the trunk and branches. I couldn't be happier with their work. I hope I don't need them again but if I do need tree service they're who I'll call.

Excellent! I have never had such a thorough and professional job done on my trees! For the last 17 years, I have used two other local tree service companies, and they have always done an adequate job, but Ping's was much better. One thing that really impressed me happened the day before Ping's was scheduled to do the major work on my large trees. There was a severe local storm, and he called me that night, and asked me if it was OK if he postponed me a day or two, so that his company could take care of the victims of the storm first. I said yes, and Ping's did show up two days later, and did an excellent job. Most companies would not take the time to call a customer like that; Ping's really understands customer service!

We had a really great experience with them. They were extremely professional AND knowledgeable. Their foreman directed the job really well. When they left, you couldn't even tell they had been there. Overall they were great.

They did a good job. They were in and out. It took to weeks to get them here, but they were fine.

I'd used Ping's before, to help save this tree--their repair kept the eventual fall from damaging my or my neighbor's house. Initially got the estimate for removing the entire tree, but a friend wanted the wood so he came and hauled away most of the large branches. Ping's crews took out the rest and returned to grind the stump. Beautiful work with nice clean-up, quick response. I was shocked that reducing the amount of tree to be removed by at least 2/3rds didn't drop the estimate more than about 10%. I'll use them again, though, due to speed and clean-up job.

This is the second time I have used Ping Tree Service and I would recommend them highly. They are extremely professional, their pricing is fair and the work is top notch. They clean up after themselves and it looks like they were not even there. They are the epitome of true craftsman. They do an estimate, you agree on the job. They are the professionals and need no supervision like some contractors.

They provided an initial estimate in less than a week. We fine tuned the proposal based on the initial estimate. (They estimated doing more pruning of one large tree than we desired.) All work was performed within a couple weeks of final agreement on the estimate. All work was to our request, neat and professional. When we returned home you couldn't tell they had been working, except for the results on the trees themselves. Price was not a bargain, but fair and the work was done quickly and well.

They are easy to talk with including making payments. This is my second time to use them.

they came out and gave me a quote right away. price was very reasonable and lower than the other quotes. came out, cut down the tree and dug out the stump. removed the tree and debris. they were very nice and professional and i would recommend them to others.

They did a very good job. They were very courteous. They gave me an estimate. We paid the bill they sent us and are all set. I would hire them again.
