Great! Quick estimate, fair price, cleaned up as requested before we left on vacation.

The crew chief immediately reviewed the tasks to be completed and agreed to some additional work on a tree not discussed previously. The crew was organized, did their work very efficiently, and answered all questions about what they were doing when asked. The work was completed by the end of the day, and the yard was completely cleaned before they left. We were impressed by the enthusiasm expressed by all the workers regarding their employment with Ping. They are good ambassadors for this company.

I had them come out and give me an estimate. Their estimate was for $1200. I was very happy with them. They came out and gave me an estimate on the spot. They also gave me copies of their insurance. They were very professional about everything and their price was great. Their reputation has been good. It has been a great experience dealing with the people that I have talked to so far. They have not yet done the work. But, going by my experience with the assessment and their representatives that came out, they were very responsive. They answered my needs to the estimate. They answered detailed questions and their response was fast. They have started doing the work.

Good experience and will hire them in the future.

The tree was on the property line, with large branches hanging over our house, and our neighbor's house. They scheduled the job right away when it was determined that the tree was rotted out. Their estimate was significantly lower than three other estimates we received. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards.

They were great from start to finish. Very professional, very prompt, and did a nice job of cleaning up after the work. I hired them a few weeks later for another smaller job ($165) to remove a dead limb and had the same positive experience.

They have done an outstanding job. We referred them to my mother as well. I also had a tree removed by them a year earlier. It was near our house and they did a fantastic job with that as well.

Removal went smoothly. Plywood was placed on lawn to prevent damage from equipment. All debris was completely cleaned up. The stump shredder did leave some small indentations in the lawn. A cable in the maple that was attached to the damaged branch was not removed. Ping honored tha Angie's List Coupon in their bid.

I had requested an estimate for the dead tree to be cut down and the stump removed and the tree in front trimmed. They gave me an estimate for all of this. They came to do the work on the morning of March 31st. After cutting down the dead tree and trimming the front tree I was told the man who did the stump grinding would be over in a couple of hours to do that part of the job. When they got there they said they couldn't grind the stump because the stump grinder would not fit through the gate of my fence. The next day they determined that none of their stump grinders would fit through my gate and could I take down a section of my privacy fence. I do not have any idea how I would do something like that so I just told them to forget the stump grinding but could they cut the stump closer to the ground. Someone actually did come back to do this but I can't tell much of a difference. So now I need to find someone who can remove the stump. I feel they should have measured the gate in my fence when they did the estimate and told me at that point that they couldn't do the entire job. That way I could have hired someone else. I'm sure I am not the only one in the area with that size gate.

I did confirm that the crew was coming as it was windy on the date of service.Upon arrival the crew chief confirmed with me the trees to be trimmed. At the completion of each tree the crew chief discussed the work and asked if I was good with what had been completed. All of the crew took their time and were very respectful of my yard and fence,including my neighbors yard, as my tree was also extending into their area.They did a great job on clean up. I would use them again.

We used Ping and I thought it was a good company. I didn't see them as I was out of home meanwhile. I felt that they were professional and did a good job. I was pleased with their work. I would use them in the future too. If I wasn't happy, I wouldn't have hired them.

Showed up and went right to work. Did exactly what they quoted and what we had requested. They did an excellent job in the clean up stage. I had a neighbor ask if he could have the wood chips, they agreed and delivered them to his driveway.

From the first contact by phone to set up estimate to the completion of the work this was the most positive tree company experience I have ever had! Everyone was friendly, professional and respectful. The crew who did the actual work were incredibly skilled, respectful of one another, me, and both my and my neighbors property. It was necessary to have some of their equipment on the neighbors property in order to get the job done properly. They kept me aware of any concerns they had while doing the work and their clean-up was the best I've ever seen! When they were done you couldn't tell anything like taking down 5 trees had been done. They are that good at clean up! Pricing was what I had expected and certainly very competitive. I felt I got my money's worth and then some. I will no longer need to "shop around" for a tree service company....I've found the one for me. I will not hesitate to recommend them to any and all who might ask.

Did the job according to proper arborist rules.

My last interaction went well with them. They are very pleasant and came out pretty quickly for the estimate. The price I spent was around $150 for that work.

They did a good job as far as getting out here quickly. They had a good number of workers to do the job.

I do not hesitate in any way to either utilize their services again in the future, which when necessary I most certainly will, AND recommend them to whomover is interested in their services! Ping's completed the estimate promptly after our request for one was made. It was a very detailed and thorough estimate presented professionally and including a copy of their insurance certificate. The estimate was several hundred dollars more for the entire job than some of the other estimates we received, however, so we decided to use another company.

The person I initially talked to on the phone took down specific details very clearly and carefully in a highly professional manner. The proposal was sent to me via email promptly, and changes to it were made quickly and courteously. When an opening in their schedule came up I was phoned both at home and work to make sure of reaching me. The crew members arrived on time, worked like a well-oiled machine, cleaned up all the debris, and were very polite and professional. I cannot say enough good things about the experience.

They were very professional and I liked working with them a lot. I talked to their representative at the home and garden show. I was very impressed with them there so I contacted them. They were very prompt and efficient. They did exactly what I wanted them to do. They took time to answer a lot of questions that were not related to that tree.

They were absolutely excellent in aspects. I found them on the list and other people also said good things about them. They were very neat and they cleaned everything up. They discussed with my neighbor next door what was going on, so there wasn?t any problem. Since a lot of the work had to be done from his yard they cleaned his yard up really well and put the fence back. Everything went really well. I spent about $2200 on that service.

I use Ping's every other year. I wasn't particularly happy with how one tree turned out. I called them and within hours the supervisor was back out to my house and personally did additional trimming to the tree. From a client service prospective, I thought that was just outstanding.

Ping's came the same day to evaluate the job and left a written estimate in my mailbox. It took about three weeks to schedule the work due to a sudden storm that created a lot of extra damage work for them. They trimmed my tree right before all the leaves fell off in the fall. I think it will look good this spring, and there are no more branches hanging on top of our porch roof. Office personnel are friendly and helpful.

I was very happy with the service. They were polite and professional. Before putting debris in my neighbor's driveway, they spoke with them to get their permission. They are a little expensive.
