It went great! They did all the work they said they'd do in a very prompt fashion. They cleaned up the yard afterward. Terry, Jesse, and the third guy (I didn't get his name) are personable and friendly and very professional. I recommend them highly.

They did fairly good service and I will have them back out next year. I had to ask a couple times to get the coupon added to my bill, but I gave him the coupon at the time of the estimate.

They were very professional. They came when they said they were going to come. They worked wonderfully. The first thing they did was an assessment because it was a green ash tree. They were honest and said the tree can't be saved which I appreciated. I have as a matter of fact recommended them to our neighbors who also had green ash trees that are dying. They allowed me to pay by credit card which I appreciated and I was able to do that right over the phone which was very convenient.

They were prompt and brought all of the equipment needed. I also had them bring a proof of insurance and they provided that very promptly. They came out when they said they would and brought men out to do the work. They worked very well together and seemed to know their own job. The only bad thing that happened is that one of the trees I wasn’t having them take down got scoffed. They painted over for me however. I don’t think they were the cheapest but I did pay for a level of quality. I firmly believe that if there was any problem, Mr. Ping would be right out to check on the problem.

They brought a crane to do the job. They did a marvelous job. It was amazing watching them do it. They cut the trunk in two pieces. I didn't have to worry about whether the branch was falling down or anything. They had the lowest quote and just did an amazing job. I was just amazed at how well and how quickly they did it. Their price was considerably lower compared to others.

Making an appointment for arborist to come was very easy. Melissa handled that appointment and all the other details very professionally. Bob came and gave his recommendation for trimming up an existing tree as well as taking down the one I had serious questions about. There was a slight glitch in scheduling the crew but everyone was apologetic and quickly rescheduled it. Crew showed up promptly early in the morning and went to work quickly. Cory headed up the crew and was very sensitive to the historic nature of the neighborhood. The tree came down and work began on the huge oak tree that was to be trimmed. When the guys got above the tree in the bucket, they discovered the tree was severly damaged where the limbs joined and was in danger of losing limbs that would fall on the house. Extensive tree rot on the tree that was over 150 years old. So, after consultation, I agreed that the tree should come down, too. The crew was not counting on the extra work but they stayed until almost dark to finish the work. The wood was taken away and the stumps ground the next day. All leaves and debris was cleaned up. I had heard good things in the neighborhood about Ping's and Angie's List reviews are top notch but I had to experience it for myself. A+ I would use them again, although I hope I don't need to. I highly recommend them!

They were wonderful. Right on time and did it in 4 and a half hours. They have to grind up the stump and came back two days later to finish that.

Made request for an estimate on-line. After four days, I call to find out about my request which did not get processed. I was then told someone would be out the same day. Called back two days later and was told I would receive an estimate within the hour. Still have not received any estimate from Ping's. After filing my original report, Mr. Ping contacted me to see how they could solve the problem. He was able to get me a quote and perform the work to my satisfaction.

I have always had a good experience with Pings. They always do a great hob at any project I have them do. I have used them for about 12 years now and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great service in this category. They are professional, on time, and get the job done the right way.

The estimate was received promptly; however, I could tell by the estimate that the person I spoke to hadn't really been listening. The estimate seemed high and ended up being double the price of the other two estimates I got from other Angie's List vendors. I went with another company for the work.

It was a wonderful experience. They were professional, quick, and did a wonderful job. The workers were friendly, polite, handle themselves extremely well. They also completed the job quickly and left no mess. I would use this company again!

They suggested two treatments (1 per year). I decided not to use Ping because we are most likely going to move in the next 9 months and didn't want to sign up for a treatment after we have moved out since the estimate said that both treatments were part of the contract. I will definitely keep them in mind if i need any future tree service done. They were very professional and very nice when I called and when the arborist talked with my wife.

We recently had a large tree struck by lightening. Ping's was called primarily because of its ratings on Angie's List. Two gentlemen came out and suggested several alternatives. We are in a waiting came now to see how much damage the tree sustained. When that is determined they will be the first ones we will call.

I received estimates from two different companies, and Ping's estimate was very clear on what needed to be done and they were very competitive with their price. I wasn't left wondering what else I would be paying for and I paid exactly what they estimated. They were here when they said they were going to be here and did exactly what they said they were going to do. I was very impressed with their work. They cleaned up after themselves, they even cleaned the street and the driveway. They were very professional. I would definitely hire them again.

They did an absolutely superb job. Not only did they do everything I asked, but they did a little extra on their own. Their cleanup was amazing, not even a twig was on the ground when they were done. They have been superb every time I've used them.

They had several things to do and then they had to come back out because the work was done on the wrong tree.

It went very well. They worked quickly, and removed all the mess. One of the cutting crew had me come out and check what they had done before they left, and the stump grinder person showed me what he would be doing before he started, and advised there would be a lot of mulch left. They were very polite and professional. I would definitely use them again.

They were very professional and it was fine. Their men damaged my fence during their services. They immediately aknowledged the damage and had me contact me fence company. The fence company completed the repair and I assume that Ping paid them.

Sprayed for apple scab three times. One time I had them come and reapply because they had sprayed when it was very windy and I felt the spray did not get on the trees at the top and they had missed the side towards the house. They were very willing to redo the application. Our crab apple trees look better this year than they have in years. Usually by now they have dropped most of their leaves.

Ping's did an excellent job and they are the most professional tree service I've ever dealt with. I received a thoroughly detailed contract that indicated everything they were going to do to each type of tree, bush and shrub on the property. (This compares very favorably to a nearly illegible price and description scratched on the back of a business card that I received from another large tree company). You have to read the contract carefully though to make sure your objectives were communicated accurately. I thought I had made it clear that I wanted the canopy of all trees on my property to be raised to 8 feet but the contract identified only one tree that was to receive that service. When I pointed out some low branches that I thought should have been cut the foreman pointed out the contract wording. It was my fault for not reading the contract more carefully and I got what I paid for. In fact I got more than I paid for because the foreman took down a low hanging limb at no charge even though it wasn't stipulated in the contract. When I use Ping's again I'll know that the contract clearly identifies what they are going to do and that I'll need to check it better to make sure I made my wishes known. I gave them a B for Responsiveness only because it took a long time for them to come out after the contract was signed (I think there may have been a scheduling foul up). They asked to postpone action after we had originally agreed to the contract so that they could take care of people with severe storm damage. I didn't have a problem with that but after a few weeks passed I finally contacted them to see if I was on the schedule. I'm not sure that I was but they were out within a few days of my follow up. The original estimate was submitted within a day or 2 of my first call for service so that was very prompt. I don't plan to use any tree service but Ping's in the future.

As of now, Pings has still not been out to do that work. I have contacted them a couple of other times, but got just one response from them and that was just to indicate that my message had been forwarded to someone. I am really fed up with this lack of responsiveness. If they were going to take this long, they should have told me that up front. At the least, I should have been getting some sort of contact messages about the delay. I have heard nothing form them. For all I know, they could still be planning on tak;ing ANOTHER month to get to this. I am sure that I will have ongoing tree work, but it now looks like I need to find some other company to work with from now on.

They are trained arborists and know what they're doing. They clean everything up when they're done. They are very good!

They told me I didn't need to be at the house the day of service - so I was foolish enough to trust them. Since I was not there to oversee or approve the quality of work, they got away with sub-par work. I'd suggest you babysit them if you use them.

I had to wait several days for them to send someone. I was not impressed with the representative they sent. I had several questions and he did not seem to know how to answer most of my questions. His answers seemed made up , illogical, and varied differently from everyone else I had spoken with. In other words, it appeared that he came up with any response whether it was valid or not. I would rather someone find the answer and get back to me.
