I've used them before and never had a problem. They showed up when they said they would, and cut the trees down. However, they were sloppy about controlling them when they dropped them, damaging the lawn and breaking brush, which they left for me to prune after they were gone. What earns them an F is that, instead of removing the stacked wood, they just put it on the other side of the fence and let it roll down a hill, where it now sits. I sent two emails telling them what was done, and received no response. I called them and spoke to Jasmine, who put me on hold while she spoke to her boss and then told me the Operations manager would call me. He never did. I told Jasmine I would not pay the $145 charge that was for removing the wood pile and I wanted a new invoice. I never got one. I will pay the rest of the bill if they send me one without that charge, but they have not responded yet to two emails and one phone call. An astonishing lack of professionalism and customer service.

I spent between $700 and $1000 on their services. They came out and gave me a quote. They were punctual and on time. The crew came out and they were on time as well. They did what they were supposed to do in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again.

We called Ping's for a quote and received it about 3-4 days after the person came to our house and left a card. This is a little longer than it has taken them in the past, but it was not inconvenient. We authorized the work via email and received a very courteous email in response about scheduling the service. We authorized them to come whenever they could, with no notice required. That is the first time we did not ask for notice from them, as we have used them many times in the past and been very pleased with their work. When I arrived home and saw the tree had been removed, a representative from Ping's pulled up to retrieve items the crew had left behind (this is the first time I recall them leaving anything behind). We both observed that the crew had broken several branches off a new tree we had planted on the opposite side of the driveway, and neither of us could figure out why they would have even come close to that tree, much less damaged it. He helped me trim the branches and told me that he thought it would fill in, but if I was unhappy, he could make it right, so to speak. I told him I didn't think there was anything I could do, so why bother getting mad, and he thanked me for being nice about it. His response seemed a little odd to me, as I would have expected that he would have offered to "make it right" whether I was officially unhappy or not. However, there was no damage to our yard, and the stump was cut off cleanly with no jagged edges. Overall, I would say this was not our best experience with Ping's, but they still stand head and shoulders above any other tree service we or our neighbors have used in our heavily wooded neighborhood. They always seem fairly priced for their quality of work. Many people we know pay less for cut-rate tree services and regret it when their yard is destroyed. We will continue to use Ping's whenever we need a tree service.

We had a 3 forked tree and the middle one fell on the garage unexpectedly. No indication that there was anything wrong with the tree,. The tree that fell was removed privately. I got 2 estimates and went with Mr. Ping. They had a back log of 2-3 weeks and I expressed my concern that the other two forks might also fall (one leaning towards my neighbors house} and asked if they would consider coming out sooner to ease my mind. Within 1 week they came out and took care of the job. The men on the job were very polite and courteous and did an outstanding job in cleaning up after themselves going above and beyond in the clean up.

They were quick, clean and called me ahead. They were very good at cleaning up after they had finished. They stacked the wood and kept it in the side. They called me to confirm if they needed to cut some more trees that were in the way.

Do remain on site to ensure that the service is provided as requested.

This is the 3rd time we've used Pings Tree Service. Again we were very happy with their work. This time we were not even home, and they did things exactly as planned. They cleaned up a pine tree in the back yard that fell down during a recent storm, chipped it, and left the chips for our use as mulch. The project was somewhat of an emergency because we had scheduled some trees to be planted the day after the pine fell. The hot weather made getting the pine tree out of the way so we could get the new trees in the ground very critical. Pings was very prompt and flexible in the timing of their work, and in the price of the job. We would certainly hire them again!

Everything went GREAT. The job was completed and everything cleaned up within 45 Minutes.

Called Ping at 800 sharp the morning after a thunderstorm which took out two of my trees. They responded promptly and had Gordy out within two hours. Provided me with a great quote so I scheduled the job. they were able to work me in later that day. When the crew cam out they had four people that tackled the job with precision. They did a tremendous amount of work ( to include great clean up) in about 1.25 hours amazing! I would absolutely use Ping again. Well done!

The two-man crew came to remove a 40' tall mulberry tree in our back yard that had split and was not salvageable. Working on a 100 degree day, within 90 minutes they had the tree down to a stump, mulched all the branches, removed the trunk and raked the yard clean. They were professional, efficient, friendly ... I was impressed. Very hard work done well and with personality. Thanks, guys!

They were extremely prompt and professional.

I had 2 very tall trees in my back yard that were dead with the bark peeling off. I checked a few companies and Ping's quote was the best. (Another well-known company quoted me 4X as much as Ping's.) They arrived on time and were very courteous. They explained how the trees would be falling. They did the job in 2 hours. I inspected the back yard and the wood was stacked neatly along the fence. I still have another tree to come down and one that needs some help. I will be calling Ping's again to do the work.

We had a large tree that was close to falling on our house. They literally saved our house. Because it was such an emergency, they came out immediately and cut down the tree promptly, within a few hours. They were extremely careful and cleaned up after themselves. They were so good and so professional. I can't say enough good things about them. They didn't even mention payment until the next day after they had completed the job.

Arrived on time, foreman, Terry, very polite, worked with me as fas the dogs being able to go outside . Cleaned up nicely , everything looked great !!!!

Everything was great. They came out right away for an estimate, and gave us the numbers to either make the tree no longer a danger to the house, as well as total tree removal. Since the trim job was about 90% cheaper, we went with that option. They came out a couple weeks later, and did a great job. They even too extra limbs that we had piled up - so the yard looks even better than it did before they came.

They were very good. They came out and did some trimming and also made some suggestions. I was satisfied with the work and I have used them more then once.

As stated above the job was under difficult weather conditions and some of the trees were in difficult positions. The crew knew what they were doing and they worked very effectively. The limb from the dead tree on the adjourning property was not part of the estimate; however, since the owner of the property where the tree is located has not cut the tree down (it has been dead for about 1 year) we were becoming worried about damage to our house. Ping's crew indicated they could cut the overhanging limb off over our property for an additional $65, which we easily agreed to. The crew was prepared for the extreme weather and came prepared and took breaks to hydrate and catch their breaths.

They did a very good job on the mulberry tree and they left the trunk for firewood. The trimming of the crabapple was half the bill which I thought was too much for the job but since they were here I had them do the work on the tree. Taking down the mulberry was a bargain compared to the trimming of the crabapple.

They arrived when they said they were going to do and did the work they were suppose to do. I was at work when they did the work they seemed to of cleaned up all of the branches. No damage to the flowers or shrubs and that is good because some of the tree branches are over the house.

They had us scheduled at 3 weeks out, but were able to work us in much quicker then that as we had some special services needed. They were careful, courteous and friendly. They made sure to check with us periodically to make sure the topping was as we wanted and where we wanted the mulch dumped. They took care of other plants. I will use them again as we have other larger trees to be taken out and drastically pruned.

Called and got an estimate, it was reasonable and they were friendly. I decided later that I wanted a little more work done, called them up and they said they could quote me on site so I didn't have to get a new quote. The new quote was fair and they did excellent work.

The split branch was bolted, and cabled to prevent further damage. The work was done timely and done well.

Excellent service. They did exactly what I asked. Clean up was excellent.

We couldn't get out of our house. They came very quickly and cleaned it up beautifully! It was a huge limb that fell. They didn't leave a twig or any debris behind!
