It was an emergency service. Within two hours they had it completely cleaned up . You would have never known the tree was there or that they were there. They were very good and prompt. We continue to use their service.

They completed the work when promised, did a good job, and cleaned up the yard. They do excellent work, but are a little expensive.

I had seen this company do a similar tree removal at a neighbors house and was impressed with the professionalism, safety and speed of that work. Ping's did the same heavy duty job for me, looked to be using all necessary safety equipment and procedures on the job and cost me several hundred dollars less than other estimates from other less capable companies. Ping's is the one to use for big, heavy, tight space jobs.

They did a very good job. The crew paid attention to what I requested and they did an excellent job at clean up.

It was an excellent expereience and the gentleman that they sent out was very nice.

Got work done same day by another service. Z & Z tree service did an excellent job at a fantastic price and I have used their services again twice since then and I was very happy with extreme punctuality and efficiency

They are very good. They always come on time, and we've used them numerous times. They finished the job on time, the way they said they would. They are very reasonably priced.

Extremely fast response. Just about all our communications were done via emails and they were very detailed and accurate. We received two estimates from them for service. One was for "fixing" the tree and the other was for removal. We decided to go with the removal. We were about to go on a brief vacation and they graciously fit us in before we left. The crew came, removed the tree, chipped the branches and trunk and cleaned up the yard completely. Several days later a different crew came and ground down the stump. They used a shield around the work area so that the chips would not go on our adjacent deck. As we were told, they piled the chips evenly around the area were the tree was. An excellent experience in every way.

They are great. They cleaned up after themselves. I will use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

I used Ping's Tree Service in the past for similar tree service in my front yard. I was pleased with their price, responsiveness and work. Ping's was very responsive to responding to quote the tree service for my backyard. I was also very pleased with their work. Everything was completed and cleaned up as proposed. My only recommendation would be better communication as to when the service is to be completed. I was not under a time constraint to have the work completed, but did feel compelled to make a phone call to make sure I was still on their work schedule after I sent in the estimate authorizing the work. And unless I missed it in the fine print, I was charged for a gas surcharge that I was not aware of. Not a big deal, but I would have liked to been made aware of it beforehand. Otherwise, I have been very pleased with Ping's service and would use them again.

The service was performed well and they cleaned up well. Price was a bit high, but I used them since they did such a good job for me July 3, 2012. I wasn't as pleased this time. I had noticed the first time that communication between departments there is a little unorganized, but this time it was a bit worse. It took a while to get the job scheduled though when I was finally called they were able to move the estimated time up to the next day. Scheduling for the grinding of the stump took 7 days. I would call and no one would call me back. It had rained a few days, so they said they ran behind, but a phone call would have been nice just to get a explanation. I had to call and email many times to find out what was going on. In my case I had to be here when they ground out the stump, because of the tight space in which they had to bring the grinder through. I knew, because communication was unorganized, that this would never be communicated and it wasn't. Autumn, in the office, was a big help in communicating my needs and frustrations. Finally I received a call from the scheduler and the appt for the grinding was made. This company does great work, but needs to work on communication with the customer and between themselves. I may use them again.

Jessie's crew was professional. The cleaned up after the job perfectly. They cracked one of my Privacy Fence panels when cutting a branch. Jessie came out the next morning and replaced the panel. It was just a few days later they came out and ground out the stump. Jessie is awesome!!! Great job!!

I felt that their price was high so ended up not using them.

I didn't hear from them for a wk or 2, but they did come out and give me an estimate. Within a week they came to get the work done and it was done well. The price was very reasonable. If I have other tree work that needs done I would not hesitate to hire them again if the price is right.

We found "Ping" on Angie's List and called and someone came out to give an estimate. We told them to go ahead and service. Pings told us they had alot of work and would get to our Tree service work in a couple of weeks. After about 4 weeks, we called them because we wanted work done before the worst of winter. They sent a crew out that week and completed a good and clean job.

I have used this company twice: once last year, for several treatments, and once this year. After last year's service, due entirely to my absent-mindedness, I did not pay the invoice for 8 weeks. When I received a call about it, I apologized and paid immediately on the phone. The person who called was extremely abrasive and rude, but I was at fault so I did not say anything about it. Because they did such a good job with the service itself, two weeks ago I decided to put my feelings aside when I received a service offer (over the phone) and to accept this offer. On Oct 26 they treated two maples for me. On Nov 8 I received a call from their payments desk, almost as rude, but equally abrasive as the call from last year. I understand their frustration with non-paying customers, but the person who calls (in this case Victoria) does not seem to be able to extend a minimum amount of courtesy and presupposition of non-guiltiness to customers who haven't paid their invoice 12 days after the service was rendered. The technicians working for the company are very knowledgeable and very courteous, but the people in the financial department are rude and they certainly don't do this company a service. I will not work with this company again.

Gave me a discount, very punctual and satisfied. They cleaned up everything so well I didn't know they were here.

Salesman Greg was awesome and his estimate was right on the button. The crew that came was courteous and professional. They left our yard in perfect shape. We will definitely use Ping's again!
