It was very good. They did a great job and I was very pleased.

It was taken out carefully. They showed up on time, even a little early. It only took an hour and was phenomenal. The entire crew was polite and friendly. They completely cleaned up any outward sign of the mess. They were worth every cent!

Had a young girl with him and was quite pleasant. I asked for an estimate for removal of 2 apple trees and for an ornamental to be trimmed. I thought the price was too high for apple trees and an ornamental tree.

Comprensive estimate and explanation. Responsive to our concerns. Professional removal of all four trees. Thorough clean-up. Great job overall.

Ping's is a well managed family run business. Their personnel and equipment are professional. They removed a large ash tree in a matter of hours and came back within 2 days to remove the large tree pieces and ground the stump. I Phil Ping, the owner, was even out on the Saturday they were finishing the job and I mentioned to him some stump that was not ground up all the way and he called for the crew to come out right then and there to grind it more. Phil runs a tight ship.

It was about 60 feet tall and they did a nice job. They called way ahead of time to inform me that they couldn't do the work in the rain on the scheduled day, so they came the next day. They are very easy to work with. No problems at all.

I could not be more pleased with their services.

Ping's Tree Service Inc removed several trees for us. They cut the trees down stacked the wood and hauled the debris away. They were very good. They showed up on time and performed the work quickly and safely.

The service was wonderful! The price was reasonable. I have no complaints with the service. I called to ask some questions. The owner answered and he was very helpful.

Guys showed up. Went straight to work taking down the tree. Grinded branches as they cut them. Grinder got full so they had to take truck to empty. When doing so the truck had a flat. The guys kept on working to get the tree down so branches were piling up for a while. Ping sent another grinder out to finish the job. They got it all shredded and cleaned up. Returned the next day to pick up large pieces of wood. The guys were very professional and did a wonderful job! Great cleanup!! If I ever need a tree removed..... I won't hesitate to call Pings Tree Service.

Andrew was the estimator, he provided separate estimates for removal or treatment of trees. He was very accommodating with a la carte options so we could pick and choose what we felt fit our needs. Terry was the foreman for the crew that did our work. He and Mike and the rest of the crew were polite, knowledgeable, hard working and took care not to damage our property during the work. They answered all our questions and were very respectful. The did an excellent job cleaning up after the work was finished. Dave came out two days later to grind the stumps. He did a thorough job grinding and cleaning up. He was also very knowledgeable and polite. The office staff was friendly and helpful. They explained the process and answered all of our questions. Ping's staff made us feel important as a customer and that they appreciated our business. We have already recommended them to someone else for tree services.

The equipment used was perfect for the job, and the operator was a true professional that performed in an outstanding manner. Clean up after the job was well done. This was the best performance by a tree service that I have ever seen, and I will definitely recommend Ping,s tree service to friends and neighbors.

I was totally satisfied with their work and would recommend them to others. They were very prompt and professional.

Our rep, Greg, met the crew on site and clarified the job with them and us. They took down 4 trees, cleaned the spaces and took refuse away. Matt, Dan and Andrew were polite and did extras such as blow off our sidewalks although they weren't working there. The men were pleasant and helpful. They showed great respect for surrounding plants and lawn. Ping's is our go-to company.

Most of the work they did for us was impeccable. Unfortunately there was a problem in communication that created a disconcerting situation for both them and us. After reluctantly bringing it to their attention, we were gratified by how determined our rep, Greg, and Ping's were to correct the situation to our satisfaction. They made the resolution comfortable for us. We are happy with the result, and they have become our go-to tree care people. We trust them to do a good job and stay in clear communication with us. They take great pride in their company and the work they do. We highly recommend Ping's and thank Greg for his great on-going service.

They cut the the huge trees in half and they lowered them and fed them into a chipper right on site. The base of one of the trees was 4' in diameter. They will be back to grind the stumps. I was very impressed by their work and their professionalism. I had other companies come and give estimates that did not even come close to their price.

They were prompt and polite.

I would rate them an "A." The weather prevented them from coming when they had originally intended to do the work, but once the weather cleared, they got the work done and they did a good job. The met my expectations and their prices are reasonable.

A large branch of one of my trees fell onto my roof during one of the recent storms. We called Ping's and they said they would be out on Tuesday (following Memorial Day). I called on Tuesday to see if they could give me a time range. They were unable or unwilling to provide a range. I waited all day and finally gave up and fixed dinner. I assumed at 7PM they weren't coming. The next thing I knew - the estimate was emailed to me. Not only did they not call to say they were on the way - they did not let me know when they arrived. (How do I know they even had the right house or showed up at all?) I emailed them in response to the estimate and asked how soon they could provide the service (ie get the tree off my roof!). I was told that they were scheduling 3 weeks out. When i emailed them telling them that they would not be getting the job - I received an email proclaiming their dedication to customer service. This dedication was not evident to me - especially since they showed me no respect as a potential customer. Maybe they are just too busy and don't need the business. They will not be on my list of potential providers for my future tree service needs.

Phenominal! My neighbor recommended them and I will do the same for anyone who asks. I called on Monday for them to do an estimate. They told me they don't do estimates for grinding stumps. I explained the stumps and they said they needed to do a base cut, therefore they could come out and do an estimate. Came out on Tuesday to see my yard and provided the quote on Wednesday. I approved the quote and asked them to get the work done in the next two weeks. They showed up the next morning! In and out and the yard was perfectly clean when they left. They did leave all the mulch, which they explained they would do and I was okay with it, but everything was in a nice, neat pile like they had never been there. Couldn't have asked for better service and experience. Completely shocked me, in a good way!

However, they tore my yard up and the follow-up service has been abysmal. 6 calls to the office, 3 separate discussions with the foreman to have somebody come out and throw seed down seems to be an issue for them. They claim they sent a landscaper out and did couldn't see anything wrong. Then the foreman said he would come out to discuss and never called or showed. There are plenty of options for tree trimming without having to deal with poor service and responsiveness. Go elsewhere.

The job went well, just as planned. After having a not-so-good experience with another provider, we called Ping. Mike Webster came out and we went though all our trees. He was very knowledgeable. I felt he gave his honest opinion as to the assessment of each tree's future. Thanks to an Angi's coupon, we saved money and Ping's price became competitive. Because of the size of their company, they had a lot of people working and were able to complete the job in a single day.

Ping's came out and gave me an estimate and discussed the trees in my yard. They advised me to water the trees prior to service and were very thorough in their explanation of the treatment. My ash trees were already invested but the treatment worked and my two ash trees are beautiful this year! I am very satisfied with their exceptional service and plan on using them in the near future to trim trees, remove dead trees and stumps!

They were very efficient, and very careful. They could have cleaned up a bit better than they did. I would hire them again. They gave me the best quote.

I contacted Ping's to do some tree trimming back in January and they were quick to come out, listen to my needs and I had a quote within just a couple days. I finally was ready to do the work, called them and they were out to do the job in about a weeks time. After they got done with the tree trimming on the originally planned job they confirmed that I was completely satisfied with the job they had done and asked if I needed them to do anything else while they were already here. So, I had a tree out front that was hanging onto the house and roof so we negotiated a fair price to complete that tree trimming as well. All went smooth, they were professional and nice and I would use them again in the future. Thank you!
