Professional, work completed on time, and they cleaned up after the job---I would hire them again.

The only issue is that when you call there is some customer service issues example communication skills. However, They did a great job and I am very happy with them. They do a great job cleaning up. They get all the leaves. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

I contacted them through Angie’s List and the next morning they arrived without even calling. I later checked my computer and they had responded to my message saying they would be by sometime this week Monday through Friday. Luckily, we were awake and home when he arrived. They quoted $690 for the work and that seemed to be a bit much for only one tree.

The crew were punctual, polite and professional. The work was performed in a timely manner, and the cleanup of all debris was impeccable.

I needed an ash tree removed from my front yard and a stump ground. I left for the day. When I came home it was taken care of. It was hands off, done on time and cost exactly what they told me.

The owner had spoken to me on the phone and assured me that everything was going to be fine. Their crew showed up early morning as planned. They were extremely professional with their crew and trucks. They took their time finishing the project. They made sure we were satisfied. They went above and beyond for us. My neighbor was so pleased with the work that he's going to have them do work for him too.

My experience went very well. The staff was friendly and professional. The pricing is reasonable. I learned a lot from the company about the tree. I would recommend them to others.

It went great. They came on time, did the work in a very short period of time and cleaned up our yard extremely well. They were very polite and explained the work to me very well. I WAS HIGHLY IMPRESSED WITH ALL OF THE WORKERS-THE ONES WHO DID THE INITIAL WORK, THE ONES WHO CAME TO REMOVE STUMPS AND FINALLY THE ONES WHO CAME TO PICK UP WHAT WAS LEFT FROMTHE STUMPS BEING REMOVED. I WILL CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.

The tree removal and cleanup was completed in one morning with no issues. I was told by the crew that the stump removal would be done by a different crew within 3 days. One week later, the stump removal had not been done so I called Ping's to find out when the work would be completed. I was not given a date, but was told that completing the work would be a priority. Later that day, the stump removal and cleanup was completed with no issues.

Ping's did an excellent job of repairing and probably saving the tree. And they did an awesome cleanup!

The company was very responsive and came out quickly for an estimate when I called them. They were extremely good at communicating through the entire process by phone and email since we were not home during any of their visits. They were willing to work with us to fit us in their schedule as their job needed to be completed before the leaves fell from these trees. We had a misunderstanding about the tree in the rear. We had wanted all the dead brances over the driveway removed so they would not fall on one of our cars this winter when they got weighed down with snow or ice. As it ended up, Ping's only bid on removing the largest of several dead branches and their estimate clearly stated "limb" not "limbs" as they pointed out to us when we told them we felt the work in the rear was incomplete. Their Operations Mgr Pete had Supervisor Gordie contact us to come out and remove the other deadwood with a pruning pole. This is the kind of thing that creates happy customers and we would not hesitate to call them again the next time we need tree work.

A team of 3 completed the work in an hour and 45 minutes. They cleaned up well after themselves, were punctual and professional and seemed knowledgeable. They were the most courteous, polite people we have ever worked with. The whole experience with them, even when the estimator came out, gave me a sense of confidence. We were also able to use an Angie’s List coupon for the purchase.

Ping was about an hour late to see the damaged tree but once on site they saw removal of the remaining tree was necessary to avoid additional damage to the garage.They quoted a price and within an hour a crew was on site and the tree was taken down without further damage to my property. They worked even though a storm threatened and within a couple of hours this very large black locust tree was on the ground, cleaned up and halled away.

I called them to come out to give me an opinion on my trees and to provide recommendations and an estimate for services. They were very responsive. While I understood and agreed to the $125 consult fee (w/$65 credited towards any work to be done), I was handed a 4-page estimate without any explanation on why the recommendations were being made and the current health of my trees, etc. I thought I was paying for a consult and not paying for just an estimate of services. Furthermore I felt it was way over to the top on what was needed. Since then, I have had two other tree experts come out and review (at no charge) who explained the health and their recommendations. Not one suggested the amount of services Ping's did. I will say that when I reached out to the Pings person with questions on the estimate, they were responsive and professional. I am sure they are good at what they do, I just did not feel that my expectations were m et.

Ping removed two trees that were between my house and a neighbor's house. There was limited space to work. Ping utilized one of their cranes and insured that the trees were removed with no potential harm to nearby fences etc. Ping also replaced two cables that had been installed between two sets of trees almost two years previously. I was concerned that the cables had broken within such a short time. Even though they had no contractual obligation to replace the cables at no cost to me, they did replace the cables with no charge. Ping Tree Company continues to impress me that they not only provide a high quality tree service, but they go out of their way to insure that their customers are satisfied with the work they provide.

First, the estimator--Greg Sears--came out (surprising us with no appointment but I had requested an estimate online). He sent the estimate the next day. Although it is a busy time for them the crew was out within two weeks to take down all of the trees. They were speedway and efficient and so very tidy in their clean-up. What wasn't immediately wood-chipped was stacked for the next crew to pick up within a day. Within yet one more day the next crew came to grind down the stumps (at our request) to below the surface. All of the employees were kind, polite, and competent. We couldn't be more happy to recommend this company.

Have not had the work done yet.

They were on time, and I was very pleased with their work. I would definately recommend them.

Didn't show up for scheduled appointment. Called an hour later, but I already had another crew started by then.

They were simply the best. We were out of the town at the time and just made a verbal arrangement. He came out of the blue while we were on vacation, and we came back and saw that everything was done perfectly.

Excellent work done at a fair price. Very clean -no damage to lawn, flower beds , shrubs or deck.( Had requested a heads up call in order to be present but perhaps it got lost.) Have used Pings before and will again.

Overall it all went great. They left a message that they would be here the next day to remove the tree. I had some concerns since no one could be home at the time they would be cutting the tree down and called them early in the morning of. I was told the general manager would be out at 10:00 AM to talk to me about it and he arrived exactly at 10:00! He put flags all around the stuff I was worried about and told me he would meet the crew at my house to show them how to get the truck to the tree, etc. We got home when they were just about all cleaned up. They did a fantastic job. Nothing was damaged and the area looked almost like they had swept it with a broom! I didn't like the fact that I had to describe over the phone or by email which trees are to be removed or trimmed. We have lots of mature trees and I didn't want the wrong one removed. But that practice seems to be common in the industry. AND as I said, Pings Tree Service, without much notice, sent someone out to talk to me leaving me comfortable with them providing the service without my being there. Completely satisfied. Thanks so much to the entire crew for a job well done.

Gave us a detailed explanation of what they intended to do. completed job looks nice. We added trees to have trimmed. Clean up was complete.

The crew that came out to take the 70 foot tree that was dying and dropping limbs on my neighbors garage were great. They had to use my neighbor's driveway and were able to remove the tree in two days using a bucket and crane as well as a fair amount of tree climbing. The forman was very professional and let me know everything that was occurring. The people that came out to remove the larger logs from the yard were also very professional and had to come out twice because they were not told how large the logs were and need heavier equipment. The stump grinding was a bit disappointing as the stump was supposed to be ground down 5" below the surface. Most of it was ground down maybe 3" and part of it was left a little above the surface. I did not know this until I had removed the substantial amount of mulch that was left about three weeks later. Since I had to remove a section of the fence and had since replaced it, I am taking care of this portion myself. The biggest problem was dealing with the office to get the process moving. Since they had to use my neighbor's driveway, he had to send them a email to give them permission. He did this three times before they acknowledged that they had received it which was only resolved by the two of us being on my phone with the office are for approximately 30 minutes at which time they told me that they had not yet received my approval to proceed. I had approved the work twice and did so a third time. When I had approved the work the first time, I was told that they were 3 - 5 weeks out on scheduling. When I contacted them 3 weeks later, I was told they did not schedule out that far and was told that they had not received neither my approval nor my neighbor's approval. That is when we both sent these second approval. One week later I was informed they had not received my neighbor's approval. That is when we got on the telephone together and we both sent the third approval. I was then told it would be 3 - 5 weeks again. I notified them that this was a case where I needed the tree down as quickly as possible befor it dropped a branch that could damage my neighbors garage. A branch that was over a foot in diameter and approximatey 30' long had already dropped between his house and garage and a branch approximately 6" in diameter had dropped on his roof without doing any damage. The crew was then supposed to come out ona a Tuesday (5 days later) but there was a scheduling issue and they came out on Friday (8 days) later. Once again the crew that removed the tree did a great job. I would give them an A. The office area needs to get there act together. I would not have been a big deal if there was not the danger of the tree causing severe damage to my neighbor's property.
