Never came out to do the job.

They were punctual and responsive. I won't know until spring if it worked. I think they did a great job.

These guys were professional. They knew how to safely operate their equipment and followed strict safety practices. Trees weigh tons and if not removed properly, your house could be badly damaged or a worker gravely injured. In addition, they were fast and efficient. At one point they had 8 workers there. I couldn't be more pleased.

Their people are punctual, courteous, and professional. They do a great job of cleanup after the work is performed. I opted to the have the work done at this time to take advantage of their winter discount.

We pretty much liked everything. They were prompt. They came out to do an estimate which some of the companies we tried to contact didn't answer back.

He does very good work and he cleans up after himself. He shreds the branches in a machine and then hauls it away. However, his price is a bit high.

The work they did in the back yard has grown back now however, the work they did in the front yard was good. They had the best estimate. There were no issues with scheduling and I did not have to be here when they did the work.

Work was done within two weeks of contracting the service. Tree work was completed in one afternoon. All debris was neatly removed. Crew was efficient and very professional. Stump grinding was done several days after tree removal.

I had three large tree branches fall into my yard during the 1/5 blizzard; and naturally called Ping's since they had done a nice job pruning my cherry tree. I was very clear that I was to be called to schedule services, as my back yard is secure and I'd need to leave it unlocked. I was disapointed to recieve a call from an irritated crew member, who could not access my back yard, who seemed even more irritated that I would not leave my office to let him in. I was greeted by more irritatation when I called to schedule the actual services. I get that it's been a difficult winter, but that is quite franky not my problem. I can forgive short tempers, but not the fact that I had to re-shovel my sidewalk after three large tree branches were drug through my front yard. The final insult was that the crew from Pings literally had to step over another branch in my alley to gain access to my yard. The aforementioned tree branch is still in residence as it was clearly way too much effort to dispose of it. Lazy. Shoddy. Sloppy work. Poor form Pings.

They do a great job. They are awesome. We have used them before and they do an awesome job. They are very fair and very knowledgable. The prices are very fair. They clean up after themselves.

Trimmed trees and provided information about types if trees on property.

They did an outstanding job avoiding the three fences that were very near it. They cleaned up the yard as they worked and did everything better than we expected. They have not yet ground the stump due to snow, but will as soon as they can reach it. Would highly recommend!

dead tree removal, dead branch removal, overgrown branch removal--sometime last Spring, date uncertain. I can't recall the exact price but it was somewhere around $1400.00

They’re not the cheapest, but when you’re cutting down trees, you don’t want the cheapest. They are very honest, knowledgeable, and they pay attention to details. They are very careful with your property when they are cutting down trees.

A crew of four came out when scheduled, and promptly went to work. I was initially concerned they weren't trimming enough, but they did. They followed the detailed instructions Phil had written in the estimate. They made it look easy with the proper tools and knowledge. It began raining heavy enough before they finished that they would have to come back another day to complete the job. I had seen enough to be confident that the crew would complete the job to my satisfaction, and clean up after themselves that I wouldn't need to be present when they finished up. Ping's has a separate crew for stump grinding, and a separate crew for wood hauling. I was pleased with the work.

Ping's came out to do a general inspection for a property we're looking to purchase. Gave assessment of types of trees and recommendations for which needed service and which needed to come down. Explained situation with Ash trees and the emerald ash borer and offered fair estimates for all recommended services. Were a little late to appointment, but called ahead to let me know. Overall, excellent and fairly priced. If I need service, I will return to Ping's.

I had an arborist trim this tree a couple of years ago and was not pleased with his approach. Wish I would have used Ping's back then. Very responsive... Reasonable price... And work performed was great. Could hardly tell they had been at the house... No mess remaining whatsoever.

BIG MISTAKE. 1) I specifically asked them to trim one low quality tree away from a high quality tree, not touching the high quality tree. They acknowledged in writing that they would do that, but when the crew came out they chopped BOTH trees, not the one they were supposed to do. 2) They had a to do list of about 8 trees they were to prune, they only did 5 of them, forgetting to do 3.

Came out and treated 5 huge Ash Trees. They were professional very informative. Showed me exactly what they were doing. Very pleased with the service.

They were terrific and have timely service. They were polite. They cleaned up when they were finished. Because of the angle of the tree it could have been disastrous but they are incredibly careful.

I had a spruce tree and a fairly large maple tree removed and hauled away and the stumps ground and a large bush cut back, plus deep root fertilizing of a red oak and a sugar maple tree. Due to the weather conditions at the time they had to reschedule a few times, but always called promptly to reschedule.

Everything was done exactly when they said it would be and at the price quoted. They were kind, prompt and professional. They followed by phone to make sure we were happy. This is the second time I've used Pings and I highly recommend them.

We communicated mostly over the phone and email. I live out of state and needed a company I could trust to do the work unsupervised. I was not disappointed they did an excellent job. When finished I had my son to take pictures and send to me. The work was done as I expected it to be. They even fit me in to get the job done sooner than scheduled. I needed to get the property advertised to be rented. They did everything as requested. This is my second time using them. I received other quotes and their price was within the range. I had a higher quote and one was lower. Ping's was in the middle. The wait time was three weeks for all quotes received. Everyone I talked to within the business was very nice and polite. I have decided that they will be my tree service provider for all my properties in Indiana.
