Description of Work: I called Ping for an estimate after reviewing the reports on Angies List. I told the person over the phone that I had a two acre lot and wanted to meet with the estimator. The person told me that it would be $150 to meet for an estimate or they can come out on their time for free. I have several large trees that need work in a heavily wooded lot. After reading on their report that they had done work on a wrong tree, i wanted to make sure that this did not happen to me.

Description of Work: 1. Contacted the company thru Angies List. Took a week or more before i had heard from them. 2. After recieving a quote. i contacted the company a weel or so later. i wanted an updated quote since my brush pile had tripled in size. The person who answered the phone said he was the scheduler. After a long conversation in which i was told the company does not like doing brush, he said he would have someone stop by that aftrrnoon to take a look. He was to email me the info. i never recieved any contact back. i called again a few days later. the gentlemen i spoke with was busy. i left message for him to please call me. Im still waiting for that call..... i was to have a tree removed, stimp grinding, dead wood trimming and the brush pile removed. they lost my business.

Description of Work: Ping's was very responsive and professional in all phases of our dealings. The extimate was very thorough and Mike Webster took time to discuss alternatives on what work we wanted done. I emailed then back the estimate with the work selected which became the contract they used. When the work was done (6/1/11) three men showed up in two trucks. We had two trees and one arborvitae removed and several other trees trimmed. They were done within three hours and all work was completed to our satisfaction. The price was lower than other estimates I received from competing companies. I would definitely use Ping's again. I also took advantage of an Angies List coupon which allowed us to have he stumps ground at no chage.

Description of Work: My pine trees are looking poorly due to the draught last summer. I called the arborist that usually takes care of my trees. He couldn't get here for weeks. I called Ping and he came the day of the call. I was impressed also that they do service calls within 48 hours. You can't beat that! I don't know if I am going to use Ping as I am styill getting quotes, but I loved the service. Best I have had in awhile.

Description of Work: Was getting a new fence and had a dead tree next to the old fence and decided 2 days before the new fence installation that the dead tree should be cut down. Called Ping Tree Service and Tim was kind enough to work us into his crew's schedule so that the tree would be down before the new fence arrived. Did a nice job, we would hire them again.

Description of Work: Removed fallen tree limb from yard caused by storm damage. Were very careful not to damage plants and cleanup was great!

Description of Work: We had three trees trimmed. One on our power lines from the poll to the house. Two larger trees with overhang above the wires and overhang above our roof. The trees were pretty tall. They did an excellent job in trimming exactly as we asked. Their response from start to finish was outstanding. They returned calls promptly and kept us informed every step of the way on timing. We would definitely have them again and would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I had three large trees topped, trimmed and dead wooded and 4 trees cut down, including one that was a monster. It was a massive job and Ping responded with a massive amount of trucks and equipment and a massive number of men (at least 10). They worked till after dark, cleaned everything up and away they went. A little pricey but I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who needs some serious tree work done.

Description of Work: A huge tulip tree was damaged in a storm. One side of the tree (which "Vs" about 10 free off the ground) was broke maybe 30 feet up (just guessing). Part of the broken tree was leaning on another tree. Another part was hanging very close to my neighbors camper. Mr Ping came out the day after I called and gave me an estimate. His crew arrived on time the day I was promised the service. They did a great job. All of the leaves, sticks, twigs, whatever were removed from the property. Mr. Ping and his crew are very nice people.

Description of Work: Met Mike at our semi-wooded lot and walked the lot with him. Discussed trees to be removed vs. trees to keep. Mike instantly knew what each tree variety was and which ones were diseased, weak, or undesirable. Discussed treating the Oaks and Ash. Mike quoted us on tree removal, stump removal, trimming deadwood, and injecting Oaks and Ash trees. Mike was quite knowledgable and pleasant to work with. The only reason we did not use Ping's Tree Service was that their quote was about 15% higher than the other reputable provider we decided to use for this job.

Description of Work: This company was hired to remove a very large tree in our front yard. They gave us an estimate about half the price of the other two companies we contacted. They did a fantastic job and in 2 1/2 hours had removed the tree and completely cleaned up the yard. Great job. I would definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: Took down Maple tree, ground stump and provided removal of debris.

Description of Work: Cut down one tree, and trimmed several others. Work was mainly done mainly around telephone, cable and electric wires and no damage to the lines at all. Cleaned up the yard of chips and debris. Very good work.

Description of Work: Ping's removed a large spruce tree next to our house and pruned 2 maple trees in front of the house.
