Description of Work: Took out overgrown bush, cleared brush and small Mulberry trees and trimmed pine tree.

Description of Work: Had an Ash tree in front yard that lost pieces of bark from ground to high up in tree along one side of tree in a few hours. Requested an arborist meet me to discuss possible causes and condition of all trees on property I just purchased last year. Could not get a firm appointment. Arborist called on his way to my house but I was not home so did not meet him. He called to let me know the problem was wood peckers looking for ash bores and the tree and I should consider taking it down. Their quote was the highest received to remove the tree, remove the wood, and grind the stump (all priced separately). Since I did not use them, I had agreed to pay the arborist fee.

Description of Work: They cut down a maple tree in my back yard and did a very good job. The only thing I didn't like is everything is done through email. You had to schedule appointment or anything you needed through email

Description of Work: I reached out to Ping's Tree service for a bid on taking down a dead tree in my backyard. Although I did not end up hiring this contractor I still wanted to write a review to appreciate their professionalism & speedy responses. They messaged me back within a few hours. They came out & looked at the tree & emailed me an estimate, per my request. They even called to verify that I receive their estimate. VERY professional & quick. GREAT job guys!

Description of Work: Pruned and shaped 4 trees (7", 11", 12" and 27" diameters) and removed dead limbs. Were very punctual, came within a week of our signing the agreement. Very professional, cleaned up after work and the trees look fantastic.

Description of Work: I HAVE TO PREFACE THIS BY SAYING THAT THE OFFICE PERSONNEL (I HAD LAURA) COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE COURTEOUS, KIND AND PROFESSIONAL TO ME DURING THE START OF THE PROCESS. |I HAD SEVERAL TREES TO CUT DOWN AND I USED THE COUPON IN ANGIE'S LIST WHICH SAVED ME THE COST OF GRIDING THE STUMPS (IT WAS FREE). THE MEN SHOWED UP IN THE MORNING AND APPROX 3-4 HOURS LATER, ALL TREES WERE GONE WITH ALL DEBRIS GONE ALSO. THE GRINDER SHOWED UP AND "DID HIS THING" WHILE I WAS IN ST LOUIS, BUT THE WORK WAS SUPERB. I LOVED THE PROFESSIONALISM OF PING'S CREW AND THEY EVEN ANSWERED QUESTIONS FROM MY NEIGHBOR ABOUT HIS SITUATION. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL, COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND YOU COULD TELL THAT THEY LIKED EACH OTHER BY THE WAY THEY RESPONDED TO EACH OTHER. THEY INFORMED ME AND MY NEIGHBOR THAT ANYTIME WE NEEDED CUT UP LOGS (18" LONG) SIMPLY CALL THE OFFICE AND SPEAK TO THEM CONCERNIN THE MATTER, AS MY TREES WERE NOT SUITABLE FOR FIREPLACE BURNING. THEY INFORMED US THAT THEY WOULD CUT THEM UP IF WE WANTED THEM, BUT ADVISED (AND WE TOOK THEIR ADVICE) US THAT WE SHOULD NOT BURN THEM.

Description of Work: Ping's tree service dead-wooded all of the trees in our yard and took care of cleaning up all of the mess from this process. They also treated the trees that needed special attention. They explained everything that they were going to do, and why, and then went over all of the completed work with me. They were very professional and respectful of our property.

Description of Work: I had called to schedule an appointment to meet with a rep from the company. I left a message with the details. Next thing I know I am getting a price in my email. #1 their price was high, #2 I wanted to MEET with the rep, not have them show up and just give me a price. There were things that I had questions on. Also, they gave me a price on a tree that I didn't want cut down in addition to the one I did want cut down.

Description of Work: Diagnosed and treated trees that were planted in our yard last year.

Description of Work: They removed 2 trees and pruned back 2 more. Things went great. The man who came to give us the estimate was very helpful with the trees and the best approach to remove and prune.

Description of Work: Weather caused a tree to fall in the backyard onto a fence. Ping's was out within a day or two to remove the tree without causing any damage to the fence.

Description of Work: Removed a large walnut tree from backyard, removed wood and ground the stump. Our fenced-in backyard was a challenge to get their machines in and out of, and they had to take off a section of fence and put back each time the separate crews came out, which was a hassle b/c the crews didn't communicate with each other. That was the only issue with the service, everything else was great.
