Description of Work: Thinned trees, reduced crown, and removed lower branches. Crew arrived when they said they would. About 5 people showed up trimming trees and moving debris to chipper. Cleaned up yard and driveway after they were finished and left no mess. Walked though what they were going to do before any trimming started and then again when they were finished to answer any questions that I had and to make sure their work was satisfactory to me. They also applied the first of two Ash tree treatments to reduce Ash Borer coming onto my trees.

Description of Work: Removed some dead limbs and cut two trees back away from the roof (way too high/big for us to do ourselves) I've used Ping's several times in the past and have always had good service from them.

Description of Work: Remove large red maple (20 yrs old) and grind out stump. Replace with 2" diameter red maple. Anchored with stakes and lines. Prune top and sides of large silver maple and large river birch. Used power lift equipment for all work. Did not climb trees. Placed ply wood boards on ground to prevent ruts. Cleaned up and removed all debris. Have done tree work several times over past 10 yrs. Always do excellent work: quality, customer service, knowledgable, prompt and courteous. Jason has worked with several times. He is great.

Description of Work: I had a VERY large Silver Maple tree that was having a bad year. 3 large limbs came down from Spring 2014 to early Fall 2014. When the next Fall wind storm came another large limb came down and thru our fence I decided that that was enough fun. I called Ping and they came right out for the storm damage call. They quoted me a fair price to clean up the storm mess and re-cable the tree. I had also had the tree cabled twice with Davie Tree service and was not going to put anymore trust in cabling of this tree. So for just under $2,800 the tree was removed and all the storm damage cleaned up. I would recommend Ping to anyone who needs tree help. They did think that the tree would be fine if it was just re-cabled correctly but I didn't want to be concerned about any more branches coming down during any more big wind storms! Our next door neighbor also used Ping to remove a very large Ash tree the month prior. They did a great job removing our neighbors tree also! Highly recommend them!!!

Description of Work: I had a pine tree removed and the stump ground. They came out before they estimated they could. They were quick, courteous and cleaned up after they finished. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Trimmed two trees. Excellent service from their arborist who came to give the free estimate to the men who did the work.

Description of Work: I was very pleased with their expertise and the quality of their work. My reason for the "B" grade was some initial confusion on the cost for the work and some charges that should not have been accessed. It all was eventually resolved, and they apologized, but the work itself was exceptional.

Description of Work: Removed a tree that had split and two others that we did not like. They were available right away to remove the large limb that fell and the remainder of the tree. The work was completed quickly and the staff was very friendly.

Description of Work: They did significant tree trimming, particularly in the back yard as we prepared for a major patio project. They did an excellent job. The cleaned up, protected our gardens during the trimming, and used some pretty sophisticated new equipment to reach the tallest branches.

Description of Work: Cut down (3) trees, injected (3) with Treeage for Emerald ash borer, removed (3) stumps and removed deadwood and pruned (4) maple and crabapple trees.

Description of Work: they thinned out a couple of ovegrown trees as well as remove a tree that we agreed needed to be taken down. It is taking me a while to get used to the new look but they did good work--were there on time and communicated with me throughout the process. I had a couple of questions after the work was done and they got back with me right away. I would suspect we will use them again

Description of Work: They were scheduled to do triming work for us and take two trees out when we had a storm that took out a hugh branch. They were able to move our job up by several weeks so we could take care of storm damange quickely and they completed the whole job for us early. Easy to work with and they left us with a clean yard when done.
