Description of Work: Last summer during a storm a large pear tree was severely damaged. At that time we tried calling 4 of the top providers listed (from Angie's List)in our area. Ping's was the only one that gave us a quote on removal. My husband decided to try to work on it himself. That didn't work out well. In January we contacted Ping's and asked them to quote removal of what was left of that tree, the stump, and another tree stump. They came approximately when they said they would (snow affected their schedule)and quickly did everything they said they would. Someone from their office called afterward to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We were happy that not only do they answer their phones & return calls, but also that they follow through and do what they promise. We were very pleased and would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Removed large maple tree. |Trimmed standing river birch. |They were able to use plywood on the ground to drive equipment over so no grass was damaged. |Job was done very efficiently, and cleaned up very well.

Description of Work: Removed a couple of trees, one had fallen over heaving the soil, the other just leaning. They were fir/pine with shallow root structures evidently. They made it earlier than they thought since they had an opening finishing another job early. They came back later and ground the stumps. Cleanup was great, and very pleased they did not leave ruts in the yard at all given it was a period of damp weather and the area stays fairly wet.

Description of Work: Hired company to remove branches from one willow and remove 3 diseased maples. they came and treated the maples with a fungicide but did nothing else. They were very apologetic for their mistake when I called and I just decided not to get the work done. I think it was just a communication error.
