Description of Work: Removed large tree from our front yard. They did a great job but it was expensive.

Description of Work: They gave me an estimate to take down one tree 2219.00. I used a different company to remove two trees for less than half of that. They came on time and were polite but I felt their estimate was way too high.

Description of Work: took down a large dead ash tree in our backyard. Did not tear up the yard!

Description of Work: They took down 2 very large diseased ash trees. They ground up the branches and stumps. They left our yard in perfect condition after they finished the job. All the workers were very polite and wanted to make sure I was happy with their work. I have recommended them to friends.

Description of Work: Pings removed a large tree from our front yard that was dead and then drilled out the stump. They were very professional and did a great job.

Description of Work: We have used Ping's several times, as there are many trees I our yard that need either trimming or cutting down. They are fair "pricewise", do exactly what has been discussed and agreed upon, clean up after cutting, and are very professional in their job implementation and information.

Description of Work: They removed an 80 foot ash tree that was leaning over the house. They exercised great care and left the yard clear of debris.

Description of Work: They cut down the wrong healthy tree and argued that it was the one I told them. They did remove the right tree but we were still missing a very nice tree.

Description of Work: TRIMMED A TREE one limb AS ALWAYS DID A GREAT JOB BUT PINGS IS NOT FOR THE BUDGET MINDED.

Description of Work: Ping's Tree Service did a good job cutting down 3 dying ash trees which were of sizes and locations relative to our house which created some risk if not done correctly. They ground up and hauled away the branches, left the firewood-size pieces we requested, and ground out the stumps. Their charge was a little lower than the other three A-rated providers we contacted but compared to many other tree services Ping's and the other A-rated tree services are significantly higher. Their work is very professional. For instance they used a different technique on each of the trees due to differences in size and proximity to the house. They have a variety of specialized equipment required for the work which less expensive services do not have. We thought it payed to spend more to eliminate any risk of damage to the house.

Description of Work: Thought I was getting a free estimate and was surprised to be sent a bill for $75 for the arborist fee. If I had known I was paying for an actual consultation, I would have asked a lot more questions. But when I called and complained about that, they didn't push it. It would have been automatically deducted anyways if any work was done and I was planning on using them regardless as I've been pleased with their work before. They gave me estimates on work for 4 different trees. We decided to proceed with the work on one of them,a maple whose roots were slowly strangling itself, and hold off on two of the other jobs until next spring. The fourth tree we decided to handle ourselves. Overall, very happy with their work and expertise. The full result of what they did to our maple tree won't be apparent until next spring.
