Description of Work: The young man who came to clean our carpet was prompt and professional and efficient. However, he did not exude confidence about the few stains we had and was somewhat non-committal about whether he could remove them. Sure enough, after the carpets dried a bit the coffee stain was much worse and another stain appeared where there had been none. The company was very responsive and Jordan (the owner, I think)came back the next day to give extra special treatment to the stains. He was able to remove the stains and I was satisfied.
