Sani-Bright Carpet Cleaning

They stained my oriental rug and claimed it was abrash. Their cleaning process also stretched and added lots of wear to my antique rug. My oriental rug had handprints and stains after it was picked up. They acted like they were doing me a favor re cleaning it and delivering it to me. After inspection of the rug washed the second time, stains were present and the delivery guys couldn’t explain what it was. They said the owner would come out which he never did. Now I have rugs that are ruined. I think this company is unethical. It is hard to imagine they have so many positive reviews based on the way this case was handled.

Sani-Bright is a very customer focused operation. They provide a lot of information on the phone, show up on time and keep to their time line. I had an elderly dog who had urinated on a couple of area rugs. The rugs were cleaned and the urine smell removed. I was very happy with the results.

Fantastic experience. The gentlemen who did the work was courteous, helpful and professional. The outcome exceeded expectations. He did a great job cleaning the carpets,l and removing some stubborn stains. This is the second time we have used this company and would recommend them highly.

Went well. Would have liked to see more attention paid to the areas under the door going into utility room and guest closet in LR. The gentleman said it wouldn't clean up. I cleaned it up to where it looked a little better after he left.

They are all A's. Mine was $277 it is because they put down special stuff for my pet. There is an extra charge to do the stuff for my dogs. They spot clean too. I like the guy that does the work and my account is noted that he is the one to come out and do the work. They are very punctual and they give me a time window. He will call and tell me when he will come exactly. They are very professional, and thorough.

The work was great, but it took about 2 weeks longer than estimated.

They left streaks and brown marks on the floor. The floor is not shiny the way it use to be, it is all dull. The guy they sent out didn't know how to clean the floor, he'd only done it once or twice. They didn't give me someone that was experienced in cleaning that kind of floor.

Both services were performed well and in a professional manner; however, the cost of the hardwood floor cleaning was far more than we were led to believe it would be. The technician graciously offered to defer the hardwood floor cleaning, but since we were putting the house on the market the following day, we felt we had no choice but to pay the price.

On all of the finer points I'd give them an A. They were good. Absolutely would use them again, I'm actually about to call them.

The technician was on time and completed the work as expected. He took put a cover over the door because it had to be open for the equipment. The carpet looked really good and the house smelled fresh.

They were able to get the stains out of the carpet that I pointed out.

Scheduling was easy. The young man who cleaned the carpet was prompt, professional, and well versed when he answered my questions. This was a little more than I had spent in the past, even with the coupon, but you get what you pay for. My carpet is like new and I think it was worth every penny.

It's challenging to find sufficient superlatives to describe what a great company Sani-Bright is. We've been customers for a number of years and I can't imagine using another carpeting cleaning company. Our most recent experiences were, once again, just GREAT. Jon was our technician both days and is truly one of the nicest human beings I know. He is very good at what he does and he's thoughtful, helpful, flexible and a good problem solver.
