Sani-Bright Carpet Cleaning

I was able to schedule very quickly and the two guys arrived early on the date scheduled. The "Big Deal" was for 2 workers for 3 hours. When I scheduled it and told the scheduler what I needed done, she said they could easily do the job in the 3 hours and did I need anything else done. When I said no, she pressed me that they could do more work for me if needed, but we only have so much carpet and tile. I was beginning to regret getting the special because I thought maybe I over paid for what needed to be done. The scheduler suggested that the guys could work longer on problem areas if they had extra time. The two guys were very nice and professional. After about an hour, I checked on how things were going. I was disappointed to see that the 50 year old bathroom tile really didn't look any better. Perhaps I had unrealistic expectations, but I expected the grout to be whiter after cleaning. It really doesn't look any better than after I've given it a good scrubbing. The carpet looked OK, but high traffic areas still look a little dingy and a spot where a piece of furniture had been still was visible (but better). Again, maybe I had unrealistic expectations, but they left after about 2-2 1/2 hours. They left me a sheet to show me how much I saved with the Big Deal....they estimated that it would have cost me $380 when it actually cost me $349. I think it was advertised to be at least a third off or maybe half. I regretted that I had done it. I could have cleaned the tile just as well myself, and I've had a little better results with other carpet cleaning companies. Again, the guys were very nice and professional, but I don't think I'll use them again.

They arrived on time, were professional, and worked hard. Got it done a bit early and offered to clean upholstery since it was included in the "Big Deal" - I did not have upholstery done.

Purchased a Angie's List Deal of the Day. The carpets were cleaned within a week of the purchase of the coupon. Feel that the price was very good and they did not cut any corners because of the coupon. Were very professional and courteous. Definitely would use again.

It is great. They were prompt. Their work was thorough. They cleaned up after themselves when they were done. They returned their calls.

It went really well. They showed up on time, were very polite and professional. They moved the furniture as needed and went back over the stained areas to be sure they got the stains out, which they did. It didn't take long, there was no mess to clean up, and they offered to come back if the stains returned once it was dry. The stains did not return. I was very impressed, have recommended them to a couple of friends, and I will definitely use them again.

The cleaning person (I forget his name) had a look of horror when he saw the stains. I assured him that I did not expect him to be able to completely remove all the stains and that the carpet really needed to be replaced. He did a great job on the stains and although the carpet still has discoloration, it looks a great deal better than it did.

They were very prompt arriving to the carpet cleaning. The cleaning was great, they did a very nice job. Most of the spots were removed. The spots remaining have been there for years, so they are no surprise they were not completely removed. Carpets took a few hours to dry though. After they finished, they sent me a thank you note for giving them a try!! I will use them again.

Contacted San-Bright through their web page after looking them up in Angies List. Immediately received a phone call with an estimate and arranged a date to have carpet cleaned. Mike arrived on time and did a very thorough cleaning. Everything looks as new as can be expected. Sani-Bright did an excellent job.

The techs showed up early, we very professional and courteous. They were here about 45 minutes, and now our carpts look like new. Will use again in the future.

Two people came, one being the owner and cleaned our carpet which needed cleaning especially the stairs. We have a dog and we get stains of small spots on the stairs where the dog comes from outside. We almost looked into replacing the carpet in the stairs which was only two years old. We decided to try cleaning it before replacing and the cleaning was so good that it looked like brand new again. The owner was very nice and explained things about the material the way they do the carpet cleaning. We were so happy with the service that we recommended them to our friends this week.

Was here on time, staff member was courteous, did a very good job of cleaning all areas, including a number of mystery stains that were completely removed. Got some troublesome pet stains that were under a large bed. I'd definitely recommend them and will choose them again for my carpet cleaning needs.

All together, over 1100 sq. ft of carpeting, over 300 sq. ft. of rugs, and one sofa and one love seat were cleaned. I have had these cleaned every other year for the past fourteen years. My two pugs, lap dogs which shed and are house-broken (99.9% of the time), are almost as old. This is the first time I've used Sani-Bright. And this time around yielded the best overall result. I will use Sani-Bright, particulary Tom, the owner, again. (For that remaining 00.1% of the time, I use a Bissel SpotBot. It's great too, like San-Bright.)

They did a great job. The carpets look excellent. They were prompt and the price was reasonable.

Sani-Bright came in and got most of the dark discoloration out of the rug but it's still dark in many of the high traffic areas. I don't think any rug company could have gotten it all out. They returned our calls promptly, came in and did exactly what they said they would do. They charged what they quoted us on the phone and did a great job in cleaning up after themselves. I believe we would call them again.

I was thrilled with the discount for Angie's List members. The technician was respectful and punctual and presented himself well. The basic cleaning was terrific. The technician spent a good deal of time on the large stain (which did include red punch in the mix) and was able to get most of it out. The stain was greatly reduced and I recalled reading that it would continue to disappear as the carpet dried. It did! The area that was treated though had a larger surface area that was discolored (and my dog kept licking it like there were still tasty (?) chemicals on it. That area began to attract dirt. A few days later the owner made contact via email (kudos to Tom King - that was great costumer service - it's rare to find someone who follows up!) to ask about service. I told him that while the stain was gone, the treated area wasn't right. He sent his technician plus another technician back and the area was recleaned. The final result... no traces of stain or residue! It took a while, but I am very happy with the end result. The technician also gives a card/s at the end of service to pass along or use for future visits which contain a $50 off coupon - that says something too!

When I called the office I spoke with Rachel and she was able to give me a price right over the phone, along with scheduling a date and time for Mike, the technician to come and clean. Mike showed up for the appointment right on time and we walked through the house while I explained stains for areas for special attention. After the walk through Mike went right to work. One of the best services that they provide is they bring their own water, so no hooking up to the hose. Best of all they do not put the extracted water in the sewer (which drains directly into my pond) but they take it back to the shop and treat it there. On top of this, the carpets looked great and dried quickly (he even had a fan to help with the drying). AWESOME experience!
