Sani-Bright Carpet Cleaning

Karen at Sani-Bright is wonderful. My sister was moving here from Michigan and I made arrangements for them to clean her carpets before the movers got there. We had our appointment for the carpet cleaning and one day before our appointment, I found out the movers were going to arrive the same day of the carpet cleaning and that wasn't going to work. I called Karen and she bent over backwards trying to get the carpets cleaned a day earlier. Jared ended up coming a day early, worked in very hot muggy weather and did a great job! Doing business with a small local business is almost always a great way to go. I have to wonder if I would have gotten the same great customer service had I been working with a large chain.

Mike and Jordan called on their way and arrived when they said they would. They completed a quick walk thru and got right to work. Care was taken to not drag hoses around corners by using plastic protectors. They worked hard to ensure any spots received extra attention. They completed the job in just under 3 hrs. I was impressed with their work ethic and professionalism! Nice job and would definitely recommend Sani-Bright. Plan to use them in the future too.

We used a coupon for the room carpet and the stairs. Then had a 9x11 wool rug cleaned at their shop. All looks wonderful!I was, especially impressed when they called to let me know they were going to be 10 minutes late. Great crew, very professional and courteous. I would, definitely, use them again.

I wanted to place my house on the market quickly and needed the carpets to be cleaned before showing the house. Karen was able to work me in, in spite of a booked schedule. I originally had scheduled only 2 rooms, but when the technician called to say they were running early, I asked if I could add a couple of more rooms. They were very accommodating, and professional. They were very transparent about the costs, and what they were going to do. The two technicians were polite, professional, and efficient. The carpets looks fabulous.Karen followed up today to check on how the service went. I'd highly recommend them.

I found the technicians to be punctual and very professional. They performed all the required tasks very well and took me around after the job was completed to make sure I was satisfied. They seemed very conscientious and they knew what they were doing. They were very efficient and good. There was only one issue but I think that it was our problem and not theirs. The price was very fair.

I bought this service as an Angies List "Big Deal". They did a terrific job of cleaning all my stairs (a lot!) and general areas. They were pleasant and professional. I would defiantly hire them again.

Scheduling was easy and very prompt. Called on Sat. and was booked for Mon afternoon. Very friendly professional service. We have old carpeting and did not expect the results that we got. The appearance is considerably improved.

I bought a deal through Angie's List and paid about 1/2 price. Mike and Jordan showed up on time and cleaned all the carpet in my house and treated all the stains. The carpet was white and I had never had it cleaned in the 10 years I have lived here. They couldn't get all the stains out, but that was understandable given the circumstances. Mike and Jordan were both friendly, professional and hard working. My carpet looks much better. Thank you!

The work turned out to be fine. That was the second time that we used them. We have area rugs that we wanted them to clean. They came, picked them up, cleaned them and delivered them back. The cleaning was fine.

READ THIS FIRST: I had them out to clean tile, grout, sofas, and carpet. I was extremely satisfied with everything but the tile, but only because I did not understand about what the previous owners had done to the tile. They came back out and the owner called to followup personally. He actually spent the time to research everything and possible fixes, then came over here himself to fix it and make certain we were satisfied. What a TERRIFIC EXPERIENCE and truly what Angie's List is all about...find the exceptional company who cares. I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED and highly suggest you use this company.
