Sani-Bright Carpet Cleaning Sani-Bright Carpet Cleaning, cleaned the carpet in the whole house. I have white carpet, and I have a walk path, that other carpet cleaners didn't seem to get it as bright as Sani-Bright did. I have some pet damage spots(urine), and they got the spots cleaned pretty good. They do a more thorough job than most companies.

Fantastic Service! Our carpets hadn't been cleaned in a few years, and they came out wonderful. I thought their prices were great, and had previously paid much more with another company with worse results. They followed up with a thank-you note, and gave me a $50. off coupon for future cleaning. Definetly will call back for future service!

Went very well. Karen was very pleasant to work with in preparing an estimate and scheduling an appointment. This is the second time we have used them. We were pleased to see the same technician, who was already familiar with our house. The cleaning went smoothly and our carpets look great.

The person who came was very nice and helpful and gave us a bottle of spot cleaner to use for the spots on the stairs. The carpet looked like new after he was done. I have been using the spot cleaner since summer as I need it and it works great. I would recommend them for carpet cleaning..

Spoke with Karen on the phone last week. Call was prompted by coffee spilled in bedroom. She worked with me to schedule the appointment when I was home Friday. Very delighted with service and customer focused care and cleaning. Would definitely use them again.

They were less expensive than another company. They promised if a spot returned they would be right out to treat it.

Jordan was awesome. We did a quick walkthrough so I could paint out areas of concern, them he quickly got to work. I can't believe how great it look and how little time it took.

Mr. Michael, from Sani-Bright Carpet Cleaning, was efficient, on time and cleaned the carpets well. He also helped to move the furniture and was accommodating. He answered all our concerns.

The technician was on time, professional, courteous, and efficient. He got the stain on my sectional out that others were not able to. He did a great job and I would hire them again.

They were not the cheapest carpet cleaner I could find. They were highly rated on Angie's list and offered an Angie's List discount. I would definitely use them again. I think the extra money is worth the guarantee of a good cleaning and good service. I am very happy with everything.

It went very good. They came and moved the furniture. When the work was done they moved the furniture back. I'm very pleased and will be using them again in the fall.

Start to finish they did an outstanding job. When I arrived home from golf the house smelled clean and sanitized. The carpet looks wonderful and their representative was friendly and very professional.

It was a Big Deal that we purchased. They were professional and they tried doing a good job. We had one carpet that they couldn't get clean but we've tried and we've had other companies try and we can't get it clean; it may be a defect in the carpeting. The Big Deal was 40-50 percent off. We probably wouldn’t use them again.

Excellent service. They provided us an estimate via email which prove to be exactly what we ended up spending. they contacted us by email ad phone prior to service in order to make sure we knew what to do (i.e. move light furniture, vacuum... etc). They left us a 50 dollars gift card towards next services and a bottle of spot carpet cleaner

Came in at time stated, took less time than I thought. Completed work.

Response was good, they fit me right in. The tech was on time. The work was completed. I felt the price was a little on the high side for a standard hot suction clean. I may give them a try again in the future.

They were very courteous and did a great job. They paid attention to all the stains and removed the same. They offered to come back the following week, if the stains re-appeared, but I never required the same. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

I had originally set and appointment with Karen( owner) for July 6 in the morning for carpet cleaning. She called me that morning before the scheduled time to inform me that the technician who was scheduled to clean our carpets was not able to make it due to an illness. I appreciated her letting me know since I have kids. Since I had moved all of the furniture and vacuumed the three rooms the day before the appointment, I was in dire need in getting the work done asap. Most of our large furniture was piled up in my kitchen, which made it unsafe for my toddler. Karen was very responsive to my urgency and worked in getting me a technician out for Friday afternoon. The day of the cleaning, Mike(technician scheduled to clean the carpets) called me 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment and informed me that he was available to come by and start before the scheduled time. Mike did wonderful job in getting out the stains and the odor in the family room. He did a wonderful job in cleaning my carpets, they look practically brand new. I will definitely use them for all my future carpet cleaning needs.

They did a very nice job. Their office staff was incredibly courteous and helpful. They even provided a free estimate over the phone, which other companies I spoke with wouldn’t. The technicians that arrived were also very professional and courteous. They did thorough, outstanding work. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to others.

I was very pleased with the outcome of their work. The owners were incredibly nice. After the work was completed, they called to follow up. Also, on the day of our appointment, there was a flash flood in our neighborhood, and they showed genuine concern over that.

We were really happy with Sani-Bright’s service! They arrived right on time, which I thought was really nice. Most importantly, I think they did a great job.

Overall, I was pretty satisfied with their service. They did have to come back out to re-do the living room, but it looks great now.

They are great family business who did a great job! They were very nice, and I liked them a lot. In fact, I’ve already given their card to a few neighbors.
