Sani-Bright Carpet Cleaning

Extremely well we are very happy and satisfied with the service provided by sani-bright. We have used then previously and will use them again. They are always on time, very friendly and do a wonderful job.

The guys were on time, did walk thru & see trouble areas, got started & finished in just over an hour.

Mr. Mike, from Sani-Bright Carpet Cleaning, called up before coming. He had been here before and knew our stain problems. He was quick and efficient.

They are great! We were trying to get it all done for a party and the time was tight. The woman on the phone offered to come and pick up our area rugs the day I set it up so that they would be ready in time to be returned on the day they cleaned. We have always been very happy with their work.

I initially planned to just get an estimate from them, in the course of getting some estimates, but the woman I spoke with (Karen) was so nice and helpful that I scheduled with her on the spot. She went out of her way to accommodate my schedule for pick-up and delivery and quickly provided an estimate via email. The cleaning was done within the promised time period and the rug looks amazing! It was a great experience and Sani-Bright will be our rug cleaning choice going forward.

The technician was prompt, polite, and professional, and the carpet looks very good. Price seemed high for small areas cleaned and no pet odors to eliminate, but Scotchgard applied, so difficult to compare to the company that I used previously.

They were on time, cleaned the 4 bedrooms, hallway and stairways. The men were very nice and knowledgeable. He looks good so far, we will see how it looks when it's dry. UPDATE: The carpet looked wonderful when it dried! We were very pleased with the way it turned out and would not hesitate to have them out again.

At first, it looked like the carpets were clean, but within time the stains came back. When they were here they were polite and punctual; we were pleased. We aren’t sure as to why the stains came back, if it was the type of stain that had been there or if it was the chemicals/method they used.
