Sani-Bright Carpet Cleaning

Product was Angie's Big Deal. I called the business to set up a date for the carpet cleaning. The gentleman on the phone was very nice and informative (I've never had carpets cleaned before). After settling on a day and time, he sent me an email with the do's and don'ts for before and after, which were informative. We had to change the appt day/time once due to a work truck being in the shop but it was no big deal. My mother-in-law was there to oversea the cleaning. She said everything went well and when I got home everything look good. We have a rabbit and had urine stains on the carpet so I paid an extra $27 for them to treat those spots. Not I can't see or smell the urine spots YAY!!!

Everything was fine! We got a special price, and they did all of the work to our satisfaction. The technician was polite, easy to get along with, and completed the job quickly. There were some kid & animal stains on the carpet, which they treated and they were able to get out. All of the stains were removed as expected. Everything turned out really well and we would recommend them.

The experience was okay overall. The house that we were working on was in pretty bad shape, and they were unable to get some of the stains out. The technician did try a few times. They did refund a portion of the cost because of that, but I ended up having to buy new carpeting.

Overall, the experience has been good. They did a very nice, professional job.

I called and talked to Karen. I explained that I had a 12 year old dog that had a rough week. Even though they were crazy busy, she found a crew to come out and clean my carpets that night. THEY ARE AWESOME! The last time I had them out they tried to removed a bright orange 'candy corn' stain and would not charge me and this time they cleaned some nail polish off a rug and my rug NOW looks like new. They are great & very accommodating. I will hire them and recommend them over and over again!

Arrived on time. Measured job and received estimate (downward) based on actual measurement. Workman did job quickly. Both wood & tile look new!
